Quick help when I needed to scan my vehicle codes. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable compared to most auto part store employees. The code reader I was given was old and difficult to use but it's a free service.

Always have what I need! Wish there was an express lane so I don't have to wait for farmer john to tell his live story at the checkout. Some people just want to buy what they need and check out.

I called the store manager that their delivery driver on Monday noon 12:15 pm at IVY intersection on Hwy 99, was observed using a cell phone device while driving the NAPA vehicle he refused to accept that She was their driver instead try to blame other store in Woodburn which is 11 miles away from here. Didn t even bother to listen me. Such a disappointment never seen this kind of unprofessional attitude.

Been doing business personally and professionally with the Willson stores. Helped me in many ways and counting. These guys have helped me make money and save it to. Great group with wilsonville bring one of the bigger stores.

The parts counter gave me the information I wanted to install a hell coil on a striped out handlebar dogbone on my Harley. fixed me right up with a kit that included the hell coil, proper size drill bit , a installation tool and it was on sale saving me 25%. handicap friendly , parking in front and a friendly, knowledgeable staff of professionals. if you want parts that are made to last come to the NAPA store in Canby.

The service department had exactly what I was looking for ( flashlight bulbs ) that I did not find in any of the other 3 auto parts/ hardware stores in town.

Able to get the correct part for my Ford truck. My plugs were the wrong ones, the correct ones run much better.
