I limped in with a flat tire in my company vehicle. Rachel greeted me as I walked in, she was able to address my issue quickly, very knowledgeable with my fleet billing process. She submitted my tire replacement request and was quickly approved. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, Rachel is 1st class and provided top level service. Les Schwab has never let me down.

Les Schwab stores have taken care of my family and myself for years. The staff at the Canby store is exceptional. Many of there items, brakes shocks etc. come with a lifetime guarantee. I'm hoping to take advantage of that someday. Many of their tires are American made which is important to me as well! Their community support is unsurpassed, I could go on & on.

Just wanted to say thank you to the Les Schwab team ( Rudy, Steven, Austin and especially Derek ), for installing the Road Control II tires. I also had all 4 tires siped for this upcoming winter season for added traction and control. Not only do the tires look good on my E320, but they run quiet. They made sure I was 100% satisfied and went over and above to resolve a bearing cap issue on my front wheel hub. Really grateful for the customer service and care that they took.

Bought four brand new premium tires on Saturday. Flat tire on Monday morning. Got to Les Schwab and they replaced the tire for free. They took care of me, def 5 stars. Oh and Marilyn is awesome.

Les Schwab policy is to mount four tires on a front-wheel drive vehicle. Let's remember that for later.My wife and I took our cars to Les Schwab this morning to have our winter tires mounted, just as we have for years. In spite of what their website said, they didn't have her tires in stock but said they would have them shipped in a couple of days. They offered to mount the front tires and have her come back for the others in a couple days. Les Schwab policy is to mount four tires on a front-wheel drive vehicle.After several restarts in which my wife finally wrote down her phone number because she was tired of being asked for it, we were offered the wrong-sized tires. After correcting them (and double-checking their work, you'd better believe) we sent my car in to have the front tires mounted just like last year (Les Schwab policy is to mount four tires on a front-wheel drive vehicle except for, you know, last year, or if they don't have the tires we want, and possibly other exceptions we can all make up as we go along) and two new tires on the back so, in a roundabout way, I was in full compliance with whatever their policy might be which may or may not have been implemented recently, your guess is as good as mine.We retired to the waiting area and mused on how they would try and upsell us (because they always do) and I went with "brakes". I was way off; they went with "alignment". Strangely, the alignment my wife "needed" six months ago didn't come up this time.So, after waiting another hour, someone came out to inform us they could not mount four tires on an all-wheel drive car, which seems like a real shame for anyone who might have one of those, neither me or my wife being one of them, so we corrected them yet again, they came back out a few minutes later, and told us they couldn't mount two tires on a front-wheel drive car. So, at least they knew what they were looking at by now.Now, remember what I said earlier about their policy? I'm fine with that (especially after having it mansplained to me three or four times) and fully understand it but, here is some food for thought; if they knew the policy, why did they waste two hours of our time to tell us the job couldn't be done?I'm assuming they only mounted her front tires because they figured they were about to lose a long-term reliable customer. They finally got one right. We're now shopping around to their competitors.

Had a brake issue on our vehicle while towing our trailer to the coast on a Friday afternoon. Called Les Schwab in Canby. They got us in right away and we were back on the road in a little over an hour. Very professional and courteous. They saved our trip!

Once again these guys went above and beyond the call of duty. They close at 6:00 p.m. my tire warning light went off when I left work got there as quickly as possible 6:10 I roll up ask them if they could pull the nail out of my tire and fix the flat. They said no problem sir we'll have you up and running in 15 minutes. You won't get that kind of service at point s or Firestone. Thanks again team!!

Great service! Rotated my tries for free on my lifted truck even if I didn't buy the tires there.FYI, stay away from the Vancouver 118th location, terrible attitude and customer service and they charge for everything!

I absolutely love my experiences everytime I go there, I got the rears done on my 2011 challenger se and asked for my old ones to be thrown on, when asked what I was gonna do with them they loved the idea of a burnout gender reveal, I'll absolutely be coming back for tires

.Les Schwab canby oregon charged me $906 for work I did not approve them to do. I went in for a grinding sound asked to have it evaluated and get estimate ONLY , Initially After evaluating my vehicle I was told the left rear brake shoe had Broke in half and needed replacement and that it was the cause of the sound I was hearing, prior to going in my vehicle drove straight and had no warning lights on dash. I went into this shop because they are one of my local businesses and literally steps away from my door. I believe in doing business locally. they did not have all parts in stock so couldn t give me quotes I agreed to let them keep the vehicle only if it was safely stored inside and locked up at all times especially if they needed to pull it out, I was told they would call me Monday morning with a quote and we would decide then in person what our next move would be regaurding everything. I agreed to leave the truck but I also told them I would never do just two brakes (rear) on an all wheel drive and that I would want all four brakes done at the same time as well as the parking brake. Returned Monday the 29th at 12:pm after no calls to a bill of $866, dash lights on and pulling hard to the right, dents on hood and left outside unlocked. total cost me $906+ after alignment and then losing a cap, they do not care about customer service and did NOT listen and even Called me a LIAR. I m done request full refund terrible customer service. They did work I did NOT approve of, way over priced, I was told by one employee that this store has a very poor work ethic, that no one knows what they are doing and that he has already quite twice before because of it . After they ordered the wrong caps for my tires twice I knew I was dealing with idiots.. I have worked in the sales / auto industry for over 30+ years my CSI always has been 100% , I believe in honest work, true morals and ethics & my customers are always right and happy!

These guys are great, they've always looked out for us when we're getting ready to go on a trip and check our tire pressure and lug nuts. If you're ever traveling, you should always stop and just say hi.

Have a bulge in tire sidewall at 25,000 miles of use. Tires warranty is supposed to last 50,000 miles. Went in today and spent an hour and a half just for them to tell me my warranty was void because the tires hadn t been rotated at les schwabb every 5,000 miles. I looked through all the paperwork and nowhere did it say anything about the warranty being void if I did not get them rotated. All it said was it was recommended. Why did I have to wait an hour and a half for them to tell me something they could have told me in two minutes? Les schwabb would rather send drivers out on the road with risk of a tire popping causing a fatal wreck then hold themselves to the warranty they offered. Just lost customers.

Me and my son were coming back from the pumpkin patch and got a flat tire, I had a can of fix-a-flat in my car which was enough to get us to the station to put more air in and go, i was worried about the tire leaking more over the weekend and dealing with it Monday morning, so on my way home I looked for a Les Schwab, I was passing this one and pulled in with only 45 mins till they closed, the employee there was SO nice and fixed our tire and had us on our way in no time! this was such a relief and i was very grateful to get this taken care of that day!! 10/10 !!!

Best service ever! God bless them! My husband who's 75, disabled veteran tried to change our tire which went flat. Jack slipped, tire and car fell into his hand. Called Les Schwab in Canby and they sent a mobile tech, Rudy to save us... literally. He got the spare on and took the bad tire to be fixed. ( Tires were not from Les Schwab). Fixed tire, reinstalled it and all at no charge. Sergio, Rachel and the gentleman I spoke to yesterday were all wonderful and helpful also. You really saved us! Thank you so much! I decided I wanted to paint my paint calipers and some paint got lodged between the pad and the rotor but I could have sworn it was something completely worse from what it was doing. So I look it to them and they said 3 hour wait time witch I totally understand without a appointment they cleaned my brakes off and the car was back to normal. Thank you les Schwab

They got me in early to get some front tires on and then looked at a problem coming from my wheelsthey order the parts it, was Saturday, right before memorial Day. Maryland was awesome.

This place is amazing.To say I have no knowledge of cars is an understatement.I had a tyre which was deflated and didn t seem to fill with air.I went here and asked for a new tyre only to be told there was tons of tread on it so let s look for a nail or something instead.They checked it, no nail, inflated it properly with no issues and checked all my other tyres too.No cost and wonderful service!

I had to stop by my local Les Schwab this afternoon to get a tire sensor. Being high risk for Covid I was worried about waiting in the waiting area or having anyone else in my car. The gal who checked me in was super nice and said I could drive my own car into the bay so no one would have to drive it and they let me sit in my car while they fixed the sensor. The mechanic was very nice and no one made me feel weird that I didn t want anyone else in my car or wanted to stay in my car. They were super nice and professional. Great staff thank you so much!!

I called the Canby location this afternoon needing to schedule an 11am appointment for my trucks tire to be patched. I had already spoken to the Wilsonville location and scheduled a 10am for Friday but wanted to see if they had something sooner at a better time.A women named perla I believe answered the phone and I asked for exactly that. She told me no that it would be a walk in only. I have a 15 month old and don t have the availability to sit and wait around. I told her about my existing appt and she said welll I could do an appt online only. I told her she has not been helpful at all and I don t want to use a location that s not helpful. I was really really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and no want to help their customer.

We all know Les Schwab is awesome for tires struts and alignments. For me it's the trust. I know they're not going to put parts on my truck I don't need.they took the time to show me what I needed and walk me through how they were going to fix it and offered me a payment plan in house. Way Awesome ! if you go to the candy store make sure you go to the alignment shop and meet Les... Somebody give this guy a raise ! When I bought a used truck Les and the managers bent over backwards to make sure everything was right and my new truck was safe. OMG ! You guys really are the best at what you do...

These guys were absolutely great. The sign on the door says they open at 8am, but when I showed up at 730am with a flat tire, they opened up early and got right to work on my vehicle. They were able to set me up with four new tires and windshield wipers in less than 60minutes.

We went to just get tires switched over. Took 2 hrs for them to just switch them. They helped people that came after us before us. This place used to be great not anymore

They messed up my tire pressure sensing system. Had no problem when I drove in. Now they are sensing backwards. Front are higher pressure than rear. Am going to have to take vehicle to a Les Schwab I trust on Tuesday after Labor Day weekend

Really approciate that they fill and repair tires for free- this kind of customer service is rare in any business, and for something car related, never ceases to impress me.
