Had to go through the car wash two times and it was still dirty! I ve never had a great experience there ever. These are just some of the pictures of the spots

RUN AWAY!!! Do not take your vehicle to this facility for any service of any kind!!! Several months ago, Dec2023, we took our 11 year old Lexus to this place for a simple oil change. Next morning we had a pool of oil on the garage floor. Went back to Canby Lub for evaluation & correction. They indicated the drain plug was loose and stated they had fixed the issue. Next morning another pool of oil on the floor!!!! Took the car to a known reputable shop in town and they were stunned by what they found: the drain plug had been cross threaded and stripped during the oil change. Canby Lub had attempted to repair the issue with some sort of sealant and sent us on our way, never indicating there was anything wrong, telling us it was fixed!? At the other shop, they had to replace the oil pan, pan seal + new oil & clean up the mess under the car...$600 in total damages!!! I have provided all the reciepts, brought in the damaged/stripped out oil pan, made numerous phone calls but to this date, over 3 months later, not a single response of any kind from the owner...not a "we're sorry", "is there anything we can do", "can we offer any additional services"...not a single response of any kind!! This is a pathetic way to run a business...no accountability, no responsibility, no honesty or empathy. This is not a business worthy of Canby!! As I said above...RUN AWAY!!!

Do not go to Canby auto lube! After messing up my mom s jeep, and now, my car I am putting a warning out there for people. I think everyone s heard a horror story from this place, and it s about time they either fix it, or shut the place down! Canby Car Wash & Auto Lube employees not only lied to me about the services that they checked (told me they topped off my windshield wiper fluid when it has been beeping at me all week, also never checked my tires, battery, any of the other fluids. It says they were all checked and topped off. Also says I refused, vacuuming, and they never mentioned it ) , they also broke my dipstick, and now I am leaking oil all over my engine. been home for a while now, now leaking oil all over the street. Didn t want to park in the driveway. but the worst part is . they overfilled my oil big-time!I am certainly glad I checked the oil when I got gas right after they changed my oil! Who is the owner of this place? the crew won t give me a phone number or a name after I called the business. They took down my number but I am not receiving a call back. I even sent an email.

Cleans well and the vacuum runs a while on the initial cost. HOWEVER the car washed scratches my car pretty bad in 2 places. Nothing was dome about it. When I was going through the wash it was definitely noticeable by the sound of the scratch. I will not be back.

I had no idea that these guys did detailing. They did a great job on the interior of my Hyundai Elantra. They even got the slime that my daughter had spilled on my carpet that I thought would never come out. Great job and such a convenientlocation.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

This car wash is higher priced than most and not very efficient. My car looked like areas were missed from the fairly dated equipment. It will get the big stuff off, that s about all to expect.

This is a decent car wash a lot better than the car wash in Molalla. By far, thiers another car wash in Silverton that's pretty good but not as good as the canby wash . They used to hand out a dust cloth to whipe down your car. I don't ever know what happened with that. Still, the best car wash around this area anyway.

It just doesn't seem to get all of the pickup washed. I always have to stop and wipe those areas down after I had been there.. I apparently have to many weird areas for it to do a great job.

They didn't get it clean the first time, so when we came back through, we got the Dimond wash! It's nice to know there are still bissness that stand by their service.

One of the few car washers around Canby and Woodburn. They do a good job. Price is a bit high.

Wont be returning. Use to come in monthly, and every time my front and back bumpers are still dirty , I have to manually wipe them down when I get home. I started tipping them $5-$10 on top of the wash fee and asked them to get the bumpers with the brush. Instead, brush everything but the bumpers.I'll just start going to the Washman down by my house instead until this place hires employees who care.

This car wash was absolutely amazing! I live in wilsonville but pick my daughter up from school and canby. Unfortunately the car wash in wilsonville is terrible. $15 for the works and every single time my car never comes out clean. Also always rude service. So I thought I would try this place in canby today. What a pleasure it was! With extremely helpful and polite customer service I requested the diamond wash which was more than the works in wilsonville and was only $13 and came with what sanitizing disinfectant wipes and fresh scent wafers for my car. I then used the vacuum station after going through the car wash and I was very impressed with the strength of the vacuums. Also for $2 in quarters it lasted for I would say close to 10 minutes definitely more than the normal 5 minutes. I'm very pleased with this car wash and will definitely be returning to this car wash over and over again. Also a bonus was it was a super cool car wash. Lots of very cool colors while driving through and it was super sudsy and definitely applied tons of soap and made my car come extra clean.

Great car wash but at the price I'd ask the owner to supply every paying customer with a interior wet wipe. My old carwash handed one out each wash and I used it the whole time thru and he had a garbage at the end

Adam and his crew were efficient and courteous. They didn't waste my time with trying upsell me in things I don't want or need for my basic oil change. AND I got a free car wash! I asked, and they also offer complimentary oil top off before the next oil change if I run low.

I ve never had a good experience with this business in the 5 years I ve lived in Canby. Techs have been very rude when I ve come in for an oil change in the past. Their most recent advertising sign has some VERY offensive, and insensitive verbiage that is upsetting to see when driving by this business.

I have always had a good experience here, I bring all three of my vehicles here for oil changes and car washes on a regular basis. I live locally and want to support local businesses. The technician on my most recent visit was rude and abrasive. Very uncharacteristic of the treatment I have received in the past. I this was just a bad day and service improves.

I would give more stars but I've showed up several times for an oil change at a time I could squeeze it into my schedule and found the shop to be closed.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took my truck to get washed. It got damaged due to their equipment malfunctioning. When I tried to get the video footage of the incident, they refused although I was able to get an officer to see it. Now I'm waiting to see if the insurance company can sort this out although the owner is a complete waste of time since he acted like it was our fault for coming there. Now I refuse to take any of our vehicles there and we would go thru their car wash 2 times a week, if not more. Poor customer service all around. This place is a joke.

Paid 76.00 for an oil change, with a free car wash, which they did not honor,because they said carwash is only good for 5 days,not on the bill,so no whey of knowing, so went in for my free car wash...too late. Ridiculous on many levels. Not my kind of business AT ALL

Worst service ever. NEVER bring your car here or they ll mess it up. The day after my oil change, my battery light was flashing and the next thing you know, it didn t start. Supposedly, they did a check up and everything in my car is good. I called them about my dead car and they said it s in our policy we only do a visual check it s not our fault . Thank you SO much you f****** up my car

Do not trust these people. Years ago I had my truck checked out and they stole money from my center console. The manager even met me to pay back the money. I went there recently and the employees were laying on the couch playing on their phones. Never again will I go there or recommend them. Terrible customer service and they have no idea about their product they dispense. They hire people with zero knowledge. Wouldnt even give 1 star.

Car comes out the other end maybe 75% clean, 10% dry. We could use a better car wash in Canby for sure. I drive to Willamette car wash in West Linn. It is touchless and they hand dry for the same price.

Got my oil changed there. Kid had no idea what he was doing but full on made stuff up to sound like he did and the guy under the car looked like he just crawled out of his car after sleeping in for the last five months. Also the kid didn t know how to use the sticker maker and left the mileage on it from the last car. My car is now due for another oil change and won t be going back .oh and couldn t use free carwash for the car that I got the oil change in due to a rack system on the top .asked if I could take my van through instead and would not let me. Which I kinda get but at the same time .would not have been a big deal in the end.

Came in for an oil change. Tech was abrasive, rude, short. Foul mouthed. His girlfriend called while we were here- he had his cell phone on him. Heard the whole thing. Only came here because my car was running rough and Millers Point was booked.Never coming back again and I am definitely keeping an eye on my vehicle now that I let them touch it. They took my card inside their establishment to run it .keeping an eye on my transactions too.

The tech was friendly and changed our oil quickly. The car wash was fun, Diamond level puts out all kinds of cool colored soap and the air freshener we were given smells divine.

The guy working this morning was very nice and also diligent, he made sure to do a thorough job when pre scrubbing the cars down which I really appreciated since I'd just gotten back from dust central and my car was coated! Looks great now! Thank you.

They are quick, fairly expensive for a quick lube. My Subaru was $53 for oil and air filter (after a $10 off coupon). Of course they try to upsell almost everything. Not a bad place in a pinch, or if you're too lazy on a Saturday morning like I was.
