I called this place first thing in the morning and asked if they could put a spare tire on my semi trucks trailer. They replaced the damaged tire with my spare tire for $20 and in less than 15 minutes.Truckers: plenty of room to maneuver in their parking lot and they do have roadside assistance although I don't think it's 24 hours.This place gets five stars for integrity and efficiency.

I had to stop into Burns on my way down to Arizona. We had a very long way to go and did not have time to wait especially during the busy changeover season. Michael got us in the bay right away and let us sit in the vehicle while they worked on it!! It took about 30 minutes and they didn t even charge me! Thank you Michael!!Picture of the culprit below

These guys are just great. Very friendly and professional. Fixed our flat for free. Most tire shops now won't fix any tire defaulting to selling matched sets of new tires. Service like it used to be. Thanks so much. Give these guys a try. I'm sure you will be more than satisfied.

Can't say enough good things about the crew here at Point S Tire. We picked up a screw on the highway heading to the coast. Pulled in just before closing time and they had me right in. After repairing my tire and checking air pressure in all other tires they sent me ony way free of charge. Thanks guys!

We were driving through Burns and had an issue with our truck. Brought it in to PointS and they were AWESOME! Got us fixed up within an hour, everyone was so friendly and our dog got lots of pets. Highly recommend. These guys know there stuff.

We were on a family road trip around Oregon and we got a flat tire down in the Sunstone mine area. Luckily we had some fix a flat and a pump to get us up to Burns. My son and I went in when they first opened. They patched my tire within 20 min for Free and had me on my way. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend them

We were passing through Burns on our way to Bend and discovered that our tire was flat. We pulled right in and they fixed it quickly and for no charge. They even had complementary bottled water and cups for our dogs while we waited. We were so grateful to get back on the road so fast. Thanks again!

This place gets 5 stars because their service was excellent all the guys there were very nice And ladies They didn't talk down to me as if I wouldn't understand what they were saying they were quick the prices were exactly right and they got me in-and-out no problem I probably won't be going to the other tire place ever again. Keep up the good work guys you're doing a great job

These guys are awesome. Professional, courteous, helpful and responsive. We had a leaf spring break in our camping trailer and limped into town. They had the parts on hand and resolved the issue in a couple of hours with no fuss and at extremely reasonable cost. We had also tried Les Schwab who said parts would take at least 3 days to get there and assured us nobody else in town could do the repair which does them no credit at all. Don't waste your time with Les Schwab. Just go to Point S and get great service.

These guys are simply the best! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for an oil change, tires, breaks, or any other body work! Amazing service at a fair price! Keep rocking on guys!

Had car trouble while passing through on my way to Portland. Had that feeling of dread, like my trip was about to be ruined. Mike and Tyler resolved my issue in 30 minutes. When I asked what I owed, was told not to worry about it. Interacted with 4 different people and all seemed genuinely nice and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience!

Really good service their truck was late on the day we went over and we had to go home they gave me a discount and honored it for having to drive back over amd Scott found me awesome tires and they were very quick. Would recommend their prices are way better than Schwabs and they are much quicker than Schwabs.

My friends and I were stranded near Rome station. This was the closest place that was open. Nobody near Rome station would help us, then Point S Tire helped us by repairing our tire for free. They really helped us when we needed it.
