Had a blowout while hauling my camper and they had me back on the road in less than a half hour, I could not believe that! Replaced two tires and moved one to my spare wheel in a half hour on a Saturday morning. I interacted with 4 different people, all 4 were very kind. Thank you all so much!

We punctured a tire on a gravel road more than an hour south of Burns. With some help, we were able to get a temporary plug in it. We called ahead to the Burns Les Schwab and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Cutter worked on it and did a great job. It was all fixed up in about twenty minutes, and was covered under warranty. Great service!

AAA & Les Schwab came to our rescue today. Blew a rear tire on our F-250 while hauling our fifth wheel just west of Burns. Ruined the tire but saved the rim. LS tire team got us up and running. Shop manager worked with me and my road hazard insurance to get the tire we needed to get back on the road. These are the people you can count on.

Awesome staff and great service, patched our tires in 10 minutes. They single handled saved our trip, we will now get all our tires at Les Schwab.

Daniel and Curtis were extremely helpful when we got a pile of rocks stuck in our brakes while driving down from Steens Mountain. It took a few tries to get all the rocks, but they were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Thanks!

Just stopped in. 400 mi into a family road trip my Maint Reqd light starts blinking! Just had an oil change+ back home so a new car issue in the middle of a trip wasn't part of the plan. Eric was kind enough to scan the car for any new problems, no charge. Nothing came up, previous guys must have forgot to reset it. Eric did with a little help from Youtube. Now we're on the rest of our way with no lingering anxiety.

We were on a roadtrip with a 2016 Ford edge we've only had a month. On our way back from Vegas, we got a flat just a few miles outside of Burns. Fortunately we were able to make it before they closed and they serviced us very quickly and courteously. It was so quick and very reasonably priced. 60 bucks and I was out the door on the way home with a new tire. Thank you thank you thank you!

Have gotten a lot of flat tires out here, remember going here as a kid with my dad when he got flats on several roadtrips. Returned again at 11 pm (now in my 30's) while it was snowing heavy with nowhere to park for the night and the on call employee let me park in their lot and get some sleep. Next morning same guy got the nail out of my flat tire, found another in a different tire and patched both, free of charge. Always great service.

Amazing customer service. We where out camping at Delintment Lake. Our RV batteries went dead and we had a flat on the trailer. No not the most wonderful experience. However, Burns Les Schwab made the situation much more doable. Big thanks to all of them.

I was headed through town on a Friday night before closing on a trip and noticed 2 of my trailer tires were shot, called they had what I needed in stock and had me back on the road in 30mins.Thank you and great job

On our road trip back to home, saw we had a low tire 841 miles from home! Stopped in and Garrett gave us great service! All staff was friendly as well! Highly Recommend!

They fixed my flat for the company work truck and wouldn't accept a payment. In and out in 15 minutes. Excellent service!

I stopped in for a nail in my tire at 5pm yesterday. A young man came to help me immediately and had me fixed (2 metal pieces) in minutes and sent me on my way safely. They refused to accept any payment from me. Just awesome service. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the safety of my father and I which we had over 350 miles to our home.

Pierced a hole in the tire during a trip 8 hours from home. They came to our service as soon as we pulled up, fixed the tire, and filled up the rest of my tires and a friend's tires for no charge. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Amazing customer service!

Had a very leaky tire. Pulled in without an appointment. I was taken care of immediately and courteously. In less than an hour I was fixed up and back on the road.Fantastic service, great people. Highest possible recommendation.

Daniel was awesome, quick, helpful. Had a rock in my tire, causing it to go flat. He had me fixed and back on the road before our event started. Even informed me I would need some breaks soon. Stellar work.

A huge thank you to Les Schwab tires in Burns, OR! We were on our way south to AZ and we stopped by to have our tires checked out and they needed replacing. They were able to replace them and get us back on the road in 30 minutes!

Driving through Burns and noticed one of my duallies was flat. Daniel helped me out immediately and had me on my way in less than 20 min. Super nice guy and great service. Small town, big heart kind of place.

Josh and Kyle really helped me when my car broke down in Burns last Thursday. It was very nearly 6 p.m. closing time and they were helpful with installing a new battery and checking to see if the alternator was draining my battery. They had me back on the road within a 1/2 hour and gave me some good advice on how to manage my safe return to my home base. I appreciate the attention, good advice, and concern they showed for my well being while on a road trip by myself.

Mike was AWESOME! We had our oil changed earlier in the day in Boise and the company had not correctly installed the oil filter. Our oil exploded out of our car about 3 miles before Burns and Mike had us out the door and back on our way very quickly. Kudos Les Schwab!!

LIFESAVERS!We were broken down on the road with a serious axle bearing failure. We managed to get to this location at 3:50pm on a Saturday. I thought we were stranded until Monday at least as everyone is closed on Sundays and I knew we would need serious parts to fix the problem. They diagnosed immediately, had to cut off the old bearing races, did some repair on the axle spindle, had the bearings, had the brake drum, and had the electric brake assembly all in stock. Having all the parts was a miracle! I was out of there on my way in one hour! MANY, MANY THANKS TO LES SCHWAB.

I was passing through Burns with a utility trailer and a golf cart when my wheel bearing for my trailer failed. I had to leave it in a parking lot and head back home 3 hours away until i could get it sorted. I called this store to see if they could help me out. They went and picked up my trailer (cut the lock with my permission) and brought it back to the shop for inspection. They were completely transparent about costs and were very communicative. They even said they would park my equipment in their bull pen for safety. I can see why this store has a 4.5 star review, that's IMPRESSIVE compared to many other Les Schwab stores that i have used in the past that are consistently rated in the 1-3 star range. I can now see why. Thank you Joe and Garret for taking care of me and i look forward to picking up my trailer and meeting you later this week!

My daughter, traveling alone, got a late start heading west from Boise to Bend, Oregon, when her low tire pressure light came on due to an incident where a truck was trying to pass a semi-truck in oncoming traffic towards her. She braked but still had to veer off the road and in doing so, her tire was damaged. It was already dark at 5:30pm and she was about 25 minutes from Burns. The Les Schwab tire store website showed it was open until 6pm but I called to ask if they could stay at least until 6pm in case she ran late because she was having to drive much slower on her tire. My call was transferred to Garrett, who assured me he would stay late until she arrived and asked me for her cell number just in case and mine. She arrived with a completely damaged tired and they replaced it and had her on the road in about 15 minutes. I want to thank this store from the bottom of my heart and Garrett for being there for my daughter.

We were returning to Boise pulling our 5th wheel when we discovered we had a leak in one of the tires on our truck. We were lucky enough to pull into Les Schwab and were greeted by Eric. He quickly found the problem and got us back on the road again. Best part is that because our tires were purchased from Les Schwab originally, we weren't charged a cent! We appreciate Les Schwab and Eric's customer service. Thanks again, Eric...keep up the good work!
