Burns Ford, Inc. Service was there for me when I was in a complete pickle. Traveling from Redmond, OR to Boise, ID, my check engine light came on and I was too afraid to continue my trip home without consulting a mechanic. Brian and his team at Burns Ford were incredibly helpful. They diagnosed my 2013 Ford Escape Titanium's mis-firing cylinder #2 and were able to repair my vehicle immediately. This team was so kind and very reasonably priced; it was worth every penny. I drove home with a fixed vehicle and peace of mind. I highly recommend this shop, it was a wonderful experience.
