We were traveling from Idaho to Central Oregon when our alternator was going out. We got into Burns and immediately went to Ford Dealership and they got us back on the road in a few hours! Thank you for getting us back on the road safely!

As advertised. They work hard to earn their consistent, one-star rating.I recommend going to the truck stop in Hines for automotive repairs. Those people (Allison's?) provide excellent service.

A huge thanks to Brian and his crew in service department! We were traveling across country and noticed a small leak in our coolant overflow reservoir, and they had it repaired in less than an hour. It was awesome to have the grand tour of the historic facility, provided by Ted, and learn about the direct connection to Henry Ford and how the dealership came to be. What a gem in the middle of Oregon!

Our 2005 F-250 wouldn't start after shutting it off for roadwork outside of Burns on our way home from a month boondocking in Montana. We were towed to our rv park and we called Burns Ford first thing the next morning. The service manager, Brian, said to bring it down and they'd try to get to it right away since we were stranded. By mid-morning the next day we were back on the road again with the problem identified, fixed, and tested! Their attitude and professionalism are top notch and if we had to break down anywhere I'm glad it was there!

Burns Ford Dealership is a great place. I live in Hillsboro Oregon and my brother and I were traveling to the Steens to antelope hunt. This year has been so warm and this hunt was in August. The air conditioning went out in the Ford F150 and the trip was miserable so far. The temperature was in the mid 90 s with no sign of a let up and the cab temperature was warmer. I did a Google search and found out there was a Ford Dealership just two blocks away. I called and talked to Louie and he said bring it in. I know they were busy and there was a constant flow of people coming through the service desk. Louie was a traffic coordinator getting specialist working on different cars. The waiting room was nicer than the two dealerships in our area. Air conditioned, leather seats, coffee etc. Since it was so hot and since we just had lunch we just hung out in this very nice waiting room. We were kept posted on the progress and enjoyed talking with several locals about hunting and cars. In way less time then I expected the diagnosis was done, parts installed and we were on our way. All I can say is Louie is exceptional at what he does and this was a great experience and I give my highest recommendation to both Louie and the Burns Ford Dealership for exceeding my expectations in customer service. :0)

Lifesavers! Louie was fantastic! They were busy but got us right in and pinpointed an issue that's been a mystery for years! Great place to stop and get coffee and be taken care of. Highly recommend.

Excellent service in diagnosing & repair of A/C problem.While on a road trip in September the a/c stopped working on our '04 F350. The folks at Burns Ford were fantastic. No appointment,no problem. Fortunatley it was a relativley minor problem but would have made the difference of continuing on our adventure (towing a 27' travel trailer) or returning home immediately. They were great and had us back on the road in 2hrs.

Waiting for help way to long. Walked around the full store display items, then left. Two people sat at the corner computer talking about differential on a truck. Not a word to me as I sat waiting. Then walked around. Bad customer service.

I bought a fuel pump from the parts department and it was the wrong one. They informed me that because it was special order I couldn t return it. I asked how could a part be special order when they had it in stock and I was told, because I called it in it was special order. Pretty poor customer service!!!
