I arrived at 8 am and they got me right in. They changed the oil in about 15 minutes. The service techs we professional, helpful, and friendly. They told me the oil filter from my last oil change (at he dealer) had not been properly installed and caused a slight oil leak. They made sure the filter was properly placed. I recommend Valvoline in Brookings.

Had my car Detailed today. The young lady that did it did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the service. The only thing was I thought the price was a little expensive, it was over $250. However, it was immaculate and smelled like the day I drove it off the lot.

They did a good job. Took my 2018 BMW in, the oil change was done in 15 minutes and I got a free car wash. They were quick and professional. I certainly had a better experience with them than with the dealer in Medford. My hubby always takes his truck here too and he is also happy with Valvoline in Brookings. Keep up a good job you guys!

First time I came here I had good service I don t remember the exact employees name! This time my maintenance light was on and I thought I needed an oil change and I thought they checked for other stuff according to my receipt! My car was not checked right because light is still coming on! I had a different employee this time around and he seemed grumpy and didn t even greet me or treat me with courtesy. Seemed like an old grumpy man who hates his job! I don t think my family and I will be returning here anymore! I wasted money for nothing and to top it off disgusting customer service.

I ve come here before with my 2005 Audi to get my oil changed and it s never been a problem till today I pulled in and they told me that they don t have the tool to remove my skid plate which was odd considering they ve been able to do it in the past so I ended up going to Hartwick automotive and they took it off with a flathead screwdriver! lol I will not be going back here since I save $40 on my oil change at hartwicks anyway so adui drivers be warned! Hartwicks staff is a lot friendlier too

Service is fast. Seems good. Feels like a price gouge, though. Previous oil change was 70 something, and before that 50 something. Paid 107 last. Watch out for the up-sale. Showed me a barely dirty cabin filter and wanted to perform transmission fluid change since 25k miles. My mother and wife said they did the same to them.

Great value car wash at $11 for the basic wash, $16 incl tip for the top level car wash. They also include a free air-freshener of your choice scent, and a disposable window cleaner for the inside of your windshield.Easy drive-thru, nice staff, and was done and gone within minutes. Handy location. Happy with result. Car nice and shiny now. It was filthy beyond description.They go over the rough spots, wheels, mirrors, grill, etc , before your car is fed thru the machine. You don't have to leave your car.I understand, you can get a free car wash (deluxe level) if you first get an oil change, then present your receipt on your way into the wash.

I pulled up a coupon from the VIOC website, specifically for the Brookings location.When I pulled into the bay, there's a prominent sign saying they don't accept online coupons.I was disappointed but I guess I still could have asked.Otherwise, they are friendly, quick and do a good job. And a deluxe car wash was included!Clean, quick, and nice.

I have had all my oil changes here since I bought car. I had it done 4 days ago and my husband had to change transmission fluid so he went under car and discovered they had striped out or lost the pins that hold the engine access cover on. And bent up the access cover. I will never take my car there again .

These guys pushed a transmission fluid flush on my outback after I just purchased it, that cost $200. Weeks later after some hard shifting I realized they didn't put enough fluid back in, had been driving it on very low level. The car has no leaks at all, they also didn't even change the filter. I get a bad vibe from this place and I will never use a lube service again. Just do it yourself. This company also charges way too much.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Showed up for an oil change and instead of blindly changing the oil because I asked them, they let me know that I still had a couple thousand miles left before I needed one and wouldn't change my oil until then. RJ was very nice and patient in helping me to understand why I can wait. I was very impressed by their willingness to help and the fact they were watching out for me. Highly recommend them to anyone who might be considering this place, especially if one is looking for a trustworthy place for service.

Excellent service. 8:30 am on a Friday and I was the only one there. A tad expensive but the convenience is worth it. In and out in about 10 mins. Highly recommend!!!!

There was a small wait. But well worth it. Wondering if maybe during certain business hours they should implement an appointment system. The gentleman working were very curtious, professional and thorough. The price is economically doable. Definitely going to return for further maintenance.

Great Service! Reasonable Pricing! And very Quick! I was able to get my Transmission flushed, cleaned, and new oil all within 45 minutes. It cost me about 180$. That may seem like a lot but the cost for transmission fluid, gasquet for my pan, and filter would cost me just shy of a hundred dollars itself. And swapping out Transmission fluid can be an absolute mess if one isn't careful. So I felt the cost was well worth it. They also filled my power steering fluid for free as well as my windshield wiper fluid. Then gave me a free car wash!

I would give this place negative stars if possible. Waited in line for over 30 min with only ONE car ahead of me. For an oil change? Guys are standing around shooting the breeze. There s a huge line and no one comes out to communicate what the hold up is. Called and asked for a manager and JOE said we re all in charge . So no manager to talk to-ridiculous.Service: Oil change

GREAT! In and out in under 30 minutes. Fresh oil, new air filter, check tire pressure, the only thing they didnt do was wash the windshield. But they did check the whiper blades. So I guess that's a wash. All in all friendly service, and an enjoyable oil change. If you're in need of one; I recommend this place.

Wonderful, Professional service. Unlike other fast oil change places, they don't try to upsell. They tell you only what you need and are far less expensive for things like Transmission fluid flush as well as higher dollar items. Very happy!!

They were fast. BUt just horrible. They took my air filter out to inspect it. i was 1 dollar short so they would not replace it. Well they never put it back in . They left my air filter out. They did not out a plastic piece under the hood on right so it flew up when driving home and got stuck in my serpentine belt and the belt snapped. Needless to say a 50 dollar oil change cost a lot more in the long run .

Fast. Tech had a hard time replacing one of my belts though, we sat there 45 minutes. I asked about having my cabin air filter changed but didn't get a response. (just as well, I googled it and my vehicle doesn't have one)Overall I like this place. I've used them before and will come here again. Very professional and efficient.

Way to expensive. They offer a $49 oil change but that's not counting using as they should the good synthetic oil nor an air filter which should be replaced during the oil change as well so if you ask for these changes the price turns from $49 to $94. No thank you.

Nice enough people and decent service. I feel they are a little over priced for what they do though. Maybe it's the laziness charge for not having to get out of your car and wait around. Basic oil change for my wife's Highlander was about $10 more than what we would typically pay even in California. Quick and easy though.
