I arrived close to 8 am and they took my car in right away to rotate my tires. It took them about 15 minutes. I think Diego was my technician. He was professional, helpful, and friendly. They did not charge for the service. He said it is a complimentary service they provide customers and they hope I will choose them when I need new tires. And I will. The car dealership always charges me when they rotate my tires.

You pay twice as much for tires. Used to be a big supporter of Les Schwabs but the service has just gone too downhill. Cheaper to go down to California and buy truck tires down there even after taxes.

This is one of the les schwabs to avoid. They recommended a tire and told me the tires I wanted for wife's van were wrong. The tires they recommended and put on were horrible, lasted half the warranty and felt dangerous. Put new tires on and were told by a different store that the tires we had should never have been on that vanWent in to ask brooking why and they dismissed me with a smile. Go somewhere else.

Went in for brake service. Had a great experience friendly and fast. Those is the place to go for tires, and brakes.

Went and got a leveling kit with new wheel and tires. Looks great! Attached the before and after to help show it. My only complaint was my old wheels and tires. Truck only has 16k miles on it and I had to ask to get my stock rims and tires back. They took the tires completely off the rims and took off my center caps (orginaly came with silver but bought the black ones). Maybe they should ask before assuming someone wouldn't want them. Especially on newer vehicles. But they did put them all back to together (including air back in when I asked as well) and loaded up in the truck. Overall satisfied that I went there and got this upgrade! Thank you!

Wife went in to have a tire fixed. It wasn't repairable, so they sold her a set of 4 tires. The old tires had plenty of life left. Should have only given her two. Not an awd, so two would have been fine. They also upsold her on siping without telling her. She wasnt even told what siping is. Very disappointed.

Took car in with low tire, they fixxed and stated tire was down to 3/32 and quoted 256 per tir i passed next day had low tire again, took in and shop , tec came out and tire was not safe to fix and dangerous and has2/32 thread!repaced ilegal tires an ,

I had to run on a spare for a few miles then then it turns out the sidewall of my flat tire was damaged too. The tires were brand new and I told them It was impossible to pay for 4 new tires for my AWD vehicle since the tires on my car were only a week old. Schwab gave me a new tire for free so I could get home, even though I hadn't bought the tires from Schwab. Thanks Schwab!

I can t say enough wonderful things about Les Schwab in Brookings. From the moment I walked in, I was greet by a wonderful lady named Lisa. She was helpful in listening to my concerns for my vehicle. Jason, who I believe may be the manager, came over and gave me a warm smile. He listened to me ask a bunch of questions as I was uncertain about what direction or what I may need for my car. He took his time and explained the process. I left my car and was called back shortly after. They are so efficient there and so very honest. Lisa again greeted me with a warm smile and then Jason came over and explained what my car needed and some suggestions. He looked me right in the eye and took his time to explain terms and service options so that I was clear. My car got what it needed and a solid relationship was made. I completely trust Les Schwab with all my vehicle needs and appreciate having people like Lisa and Jason in my community! Thank you, Les Schwab

Blown away with how nice everyone was!! I made an appointment online and arrived early the next day. They took me in as soon as I arrived and got me out in about 30 minutes. They replaced a broken valve stem and checked the pressure on all the other tires.To top it off there was no charge!What a great group of people at Les Schwab in Brookings, OR!

I m disabled and have chronic pain. I had an unexpected flat tire. I drove into there place of business. It was late 5:00 pm but the service associate said that they had plenty of time to take care of my tire. They found the problem and fixed it. No charge!!! The secretary even gave me her chair as I waited! I will buy my tires from no one else.

We started in Crescent city at 10:30 and after waiting 2 hours we were told the available tire was in brookings and we should be good on our spare. We live in Grants Pass and have been dealing with this blown tire since yesterday. I have both of my kids with me 5 and 8. We arrive in brookings about 12:30 pm. When we ask about being ready for us they say they haven t received a phone call and we will have to wait in line. I was not frustrated at this point because it was after a holiday and life happens. A lady comes in around 2pm saying they have a flat on their rv. She says they called and the guy at the counter says he doesn t have any information on a call and she will have to wait about 2 hours. She is clearly upset and leaves. My husband and I have a chuckle because some people are so entitled. Then she comes back with her husband asking to put it on himself. He is told no but Jason will help them as soon as they can. Sure enough they are paid and out of there in an hour and here we and our two very impatient kids are still waiting for our car. When I go up to pay I tell Jason I am frustrated. I was calm not rude just letting him know I am dissatisfied. He then is defensive about it being a holiday and how appointments come first except I already heard that they didn t have an appointment. We left a little before 4. I m so frustrated at the lack of accountability and customer service.

I had a Great experience at les Schwab tire center in Brookings Oregon, Lisa, Zane and Tod were very professional and very knowledgeable about everything they did for our vehicle. Explained everything that they were doing and going to be doing!!! I Highly Recommend them There at Brookings Les Schwab. THX Again For Your Service!!!

I am in the area on vacation and I have been having problems with my right rear tire, it kept loosing pressure. I had filled it up with air a couple of times but wasn t working. They took the tire off and found a nail in it, they fixed it and balanced all the tire pressure in all four tires. They were very quick efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Job well done!

They told me the tire I brought in had a rotten bead that must be replaced. When I asked to see the rotten rim they showed me the tire but it had no rot at all which they then admitted. These guys will lie to you so they can replace stuff that is still good. I think this is fraudulent.

I got a nail in my tire and it went flat while at Fred Meyer. Came and aired it up so as to drive and get it fixed. Got my flat tire fixed really fast.

Traveling down the 101 and our truck pulling our 5th wheel picked up a nail. The LS parking lot was able to accommodate our 35 ft 5th wheel and they fit us in and got us back on the road. Thank you for helping us stay safe on the road!

I am impressed with this organization. Fully staffed. No waiting for days, weeks, or even months which seems to be the norm for services. Large waiting room. Good attitude. Did not buy my tires there, but they fixed my flat for free. They have my business when I need new tires for my dually.

There the best! Fixed a whole in my tire for free today....and in the past. They also insisted on taking donut off and putting real wheel back on....no charge. I'll be buying my next set from you guys! Thank you

Love Les Schwab, been going to them for many years now, doesn't matter where you are when you go in they take care of you. We came in for the usual tire rotation and to get our girl checked out for an upcoming road trip! Was told our back brakes will be needing to be replaced in the future! Not bad for a 2012 F-150. Bought her brand new and the brakes have lasted this long! :) Will be back to get the brakes done and by then I am sure we will be needing some new tires. Keep up the good work! The only negative is, we never received our receipt by email!

Very fair. I really appreciate this place. I needed some work done as well as came in to get a new set of tires. The guys were very helpful, got me in in a timely manner and handled everything I needed professionally and honestly. I also really appreciate that they do unlimited tire rotations and take care of your tire needs when bought from them even the Mt tires. I haven't done a rotation or had anything patched or anything yet but I sure hope it's as seem less as my first experience was and feel confident it will be. :)I also greatly appreciate that they have options for indoor and outdoor seating while you wait.

I called Les Schwab on a Saturday morning to get a tire fixed. We had been towed to the Carpenter Point S parking lot and had a terrible experience with Point S so we turned to Les Schwab instead. For more background on our Point S experience see my review for their business. Les Schwab, and Rick in particular, was absolutely amazing. Rick came over within minutes to air up our tire which allowed me to drive to Les Schwab. They were clearly very busy, and Rick was clearly very busy, but Rick worked on or vehicle outside a bay using a jack to get our tire fixed. Luckily the tire had minimal damage and he was able to get it fixed within minutes to get us back on the road so we could continue our vacation. I can t say enough for how great Rick and the rest of the team at Les Schwab is. Everyone we spoke with was incredibly nice and provided great service. I can see that they go to great effort to provide the best service possible to their customers and if I lived in the area, Les Schwab would be the place I go for tires and any other products and services they provide. I ve experienced amazing service in the past but my experience with Rick and Les Schwab was one of the best, if not the best service I ve ever experienced (and I m not young). If I could I would give additional stars. Thank you again Rick and the rest of the Les Schwab team!

I had a great experience here. They had done great work on my tires and when there was a miscommunication the manager Jason was quick to work with me and beyond resolve my concerns. Great staff.
