Excellent service in a semi urgent situation with a crack in our motor home windshield. Connie was very knowledgeable and professional, took the info over the phone and located the windshield in Eugene. She also worked with our insurance to get everything set up and arranged electric and water hookup for the night at their shop. Scott and his crew were super and got the new windshield in without a hitch. These guys really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

10 stars! Our RV window needed replacing in order to reach our reservation in time and Connie saved the day! Nathaniel went above and beyond, and did a beautiful job, making extra sure we were road-safe. We were back on the road a little over an hour!! (Great recommendation for a place to get lunch too). Very helpful, friendly service and top-notch work. Thanks so much Brookings Glass!!!

We had a 1 pm appointment and had to wait quite a while for the technician to show up. (1/2 hour or more). Once he arrive it didn't take that long to fix the rock chip. Work 5 but because of the wait I drop it to 4 . Would recommend this Business.

Awesome experience. Connie was super knowledgeable and sweet. The guy that helped me load windows got me cardboard to secure them. He Drove in as I was loading and hoped out quick to help. Other guy in the shop was in an excellent mood enjoying the sunshine. Talked to him for a bit after I was about to leave. Small town shop at it s best. Highly recommend. I seen other reviews with poor things to say glad I didn t go off them. I work in a fast paced environment so I can relate to dealing with hard customers. You can t make everyone happy. We are also human and make mistakes. This guy though? Super happy. Thanks again!!!

I really appreciate the honesty of Brookings Glass! My windshield got hit driving on 101 in the Harbor. There were a couple of small chips on the glass, so I put a claim in through my insurance company and picked Brookings Glass for the repair. I left my car there, so they could have claimed they did a repair on it, but when I was picking it up, the very nice Lady at the counter (sorry, forgot her name), said it was just sap! The technician gentleman just scraped it off! She said there is no charge and no claim to my insurance! Wow!Thank you Brookings Glass for being honest and straight forward! It is a welcome change in today's world!I have to add, that they did change the windshield on my husband's car a couple of years ago, they did an excellent job, the windshield glass is holding up beautifully, perfectly installed.I can definitely recommend this business!Service: Auto windshield repair

I was despodent and rudely barged in after having my windshield shattered, but the nice lady behind the desk wasn't having it. She calmly located a replacement, gave me a quote, and handled the insurance. Crisis averted. When it came time to do the replacement, they drove me home and also back to the shop. Just great service all around.

Last July I asked for a quote to fix one of the windows in our house. After getting a quote, I asked for the work to be done. 10+ calls, 3 visits from their employees who didn t bring the correct parts and 7 months later, the window still isn t fixed, and the only way to get the completely inept office personnel to accomplish anything is to repeatedly call over and over. No apologies. Nothing that resembles the most basic of customer service. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your glass needs.

Looking to replace all the windows in my house. After much difficulty in scheduling, and constant hounding for the estimate, over a month later I still did not have a quote. Connie, the contact person, was unhelpful and unapologetic regarding the complete lack of service.Nathaniel, the onsite estimator came out to measure windows without a ladder or any appropriate tools. I was surprised at the overall ineptitude because they came recommended.

I took my fireplace glass door to have the glass replaced. When the job was finished they left off a glass retainer and did not replace the rope around the glass which was worn.. I was charged $160. I thought the workmanship was Shanty and was not very satisfied with the work for the amount they charged. I was led to believe this was a good place. When I went home I had to replace the glass retainer myself. And secure the rope myself.. if you can find another place and go to it that's my recommendation.

Had them replace my trucks windshield. What really surprised me is, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done. Great job and outstanding service.

Super fast and friendly customer service. In and out for two chip repairs in 30 minutes. Office is a little messy looking, but no big deal.
