I don t know where to start or stop this review. Ralph is a highly experienced top grade mechanic that fixes almost everything. I m super impressed with his KNOWLEDGE and was very pleased with his diligent work ethic. His experience saved me hundreds and saved me from making costly mistakes. His quote was under the amount originally quoted. He is fair. Honest and has INTEGRITY. I just wish he was my next door neighbor.

I was stranded off hwy 140 overnight due to my Serpentine belt tensioner seizing up. It had shredded the belt and required both pulley and belt to be replaced. Ralph was able to come to me instead of needing a tow truck to bring my truck to a shop. He also worked past his normal hours of operation. I can t express my gratitude enough for the service he provided. I highly recommend Ralph and his business.Service: Auto maintenance

On an RV adventure towing our Jeep when we came into trouble with it. Ralph is an absolute legend! He came out super quick. Organized a part lightening fast to get us on the road again. Nice finding an honest down to earth mechanic in the middle of now where that came to us and knows his stuff! Thanks again Ralph and Jacob.

Ralph is the first honest, fair priced, and skilled mechanic I have ever met. He will tell you exactly what the issue is with no bs, doesn't try to upsell you, and isn't going to create any other problems. I have had nothing but terrible/dishonest mechanics my whole life, so being able to know one that is 100% legit and competent is definitely a relief. You cannot go wrong giving Ralph a call if you have any vehicle issues.

The alternator on my car broke the morning I was going to leave Klamath Falls. It was a Sunday so no other shop was open. We called Ralph before he even opened, and he called us back within minutes. On his day off, Ralph personally came and installed a new alternator for us. Can't recommend Ralph and his services enough! Great service, great guy, great business.

Spoke to the owner about knock sensors. Is very knowledgeable. Nice having a mechanic nearby where I live that knows what hes doing.

Awesome guy, very honest got me out of a bind few months back when I was stranded and couldnt get a tow. He came to the rescue, got me back on the road and I even got a military dicount!! On the spot will definitely be getting my business again!!
