The best thing about this place is the cleanliness & comfortable beds, two things I highly value. The price was also reasonable & the staff friendly. We felt safe & secure at this location.The cons: there aren t any luggage racks to put your suitcases, no freezer in the fridge (which we needed for ice packs), difficulty with check in, very cramped room for a double room, only 2 hand towels & washcloths (double room should have 4). The lamp didn t function properly - the outlet was broken & one light wouldn t turn off. Didn t realize this til we went to bed.Safety: No sketchy people or garbage in parking lot like some other hotels I ve been at.

Located right off the freeway and easily visible. Great location next to Columbia River. Friendly staff. Normal hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, fruit etc and selection of coffees and teas. Rooms clean, well lit, beds and pillows comfy. Were there for 8 hrs and very pleased. Air/heat felt good, but came on and off and as a light sleeper, I had to turn off. Would definately stay again!

2.4.24: First time staying at a Sleep Inn and we weren't disappointed at all and conveniently located right off the highway exit. The reservations host was super nice and friendly. Our room was clean and I really enjoyed the brightly lit decor. The shower drain accusing drained well, so that's a plus. As with another Choice affiliated hotel, there was complementary hot tea and cocoa 24/7 and a complementary self-serve breakfast bar in the morning. Per usual, the breakfast bar included bacon, sausage, eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, coffee and other snacks. The only downfall was there weren't any food options besides Subway, which was right next door to the hotel.Food & drinks: Nothing but a subway next door that closes at 9p and a small liquor/convenience store that closes even earlier.

Alondra from the front desk was very helpful and understanding to our fishing group and we will definitely book our next trip to Boardman to this hotel because of her!Very clean, quiet, modern, strongly recommend!

The people at the hotel are fantastic especially friendly is the midnight person. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable and the room with the queen bed is larger than I expected it to be. The price is right and the only downside for me was the toilet that intermittently flushed. I didn't tell anyone until check out but needed to take off the top of the tank to repair it myself around four times each day. I was pleased overall and I have stayed at all levels of hotels.Walkability: You need a car and at least a mile or more from anything.

We called this hotel to reserve a room with CLC Lodgin, we were told that we just cant showed up and get a room with CLC, that the management has to reserve the room for us. Then why we were issued a CLC CARD? He also went to said that it Choice hotel policy, we stay every day at choice hotels and this its the first time we are rold this nonsense. Nathan, you are one racist human. Get a life, and education maybe one day you can close to what we make a day. Also wil report to Choice hotels

Nice hotel right off the highway with very reasonable rates. Always clean and great amenities. I stay here once a month on a work trip and have no real complaints. Only comment is that this is highly trafficked by construction crews working in the area, and they tend to wake up early. If you plan to sleep in, you may hear doors closing and people moving about through the early morning hours, but that s just hotel life.

Stay here. Just stay here. Sleep in the comfortable beds, let the nice ladies at the desk take care of you, eat the above-average-for-a-hotel-breakfast breakfast... take a long shower in the enormous shower... Bring your pup along, too! Loved, loved, loved our stay here, and we had actually booked the room for a month out by accident, but two ladies (Angie and Alondra, I believe?) helped us get it sorted out without any hassle at all.

We have stayed here several times. It's our favorite in this area. The gentleman who checks us in is very welcoming. This is a very clean hotel.Rooms: Super cleanFood & drinks: Their morning breakfast is pretty good. Several hot items. Great little coffee drive thru next door.

This Sleep Inn is the cleanest, best service, easiest to check into and has a nice and indoor pool . Have to say it's the best out of all the Choice Hotel Brand Hotels we have stayed at . Ashley that works the front desk does a amazing job as wellPs. Has a really good selection for breakfast too

The place was ok. But the noise level was horrible. Teenagers running through the hallway all night being loud, and going in and out of the building to smoke cigarettes and post photos by someone's car just under our window.I would give them another try though, as I don't believe it was their fault they had Rowdy teens.

This is one of the most affordable posh motels I've been to. My family had to stay here after an unexpected occurrence and they were very accommodating and helpful. The building is fairly new as well, having many new features that really make it feel comfortable.There are some confusing aspects like how to contact the front desk from your room but that isn't too much of a negative.

Overall a good hotel, only reason it'd be a 4/5 is because they have probably our least favorite breakfast of all hotels we'vestayed at. The cook did make up for the lack of flavor, she was nice and kind with a positive attitude. Also our room lacked a bath tub, having nervous children that refuse to swim when the pool is packed, it helps to have a tub. But other than those 2 things we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and modern with a comfortable mattress. The issue here is overcharging. We booked thru a booking site and instead of being charged the agreed upon fee we. We were charged the pet fee and an additional fee of over $53.50 for no explainable reason. We disputed the overcharge and we're then charged an additional charge of the agreed room rate and the felonious fee.... This place is shady as hell with charges and the staff will belittle you when you question the overcharge. Stay somewhere else. The sound deadening on the freeway side is not sufficient to curb the freeway noise. Update 7/5 - We talked with management already and are now disputing the charges with the bank.Update 7/7 - The bank reversed the additional charges because the hotel staff was wrong. They are contracted with the third party booking site. If they don t want to accept the negotiated fee that the third party gave us then they should not be contracted with those third party booking sites. Long story short I did get my money back but it was a hassle I would rather not have to deal with. Save yourself the inconvenience and stay somewhere else.

Easy big, truck parking! Another great experience with choice hotels. I frequent this sleep inn because it s on one of my usual routes for work everyone is always nice, the whole facility is clean and feels welcoming after a long day working, the rooms are excellent easily the best option for a motel in the area especially if you have a large vehicle like a semi truck or an RV. Only complaint I have is that there isn t any food options close by besides a subway right next door but that isn t the motels fault.

Absolutely disgusting. I called the night before making sure I could bring my dog and the person i talked to said i could and that all the pet rooms had wood floors. I got to the hotel and walked into my room, i have never had a hotel room smell that bad. I swear it smelled like a farm. And it wasn't even hardwood. It was carpet. Never been so disappointed.

We had a great stay. It is a newer hotel and is clean. The lady at the front desk was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately they had bagged breakfasts (but still pretty good food actually) and the pool was closed due to covid. Boardman was at about our halfway point and being able to book a nice room in the middle of nowhere was kind of exciting. I have reserved a couple dumps before so this was a win. Would definitely stay there again. And a Thank You to the staff for being so helpful.

Great stop, for quick overnight. Decent light breakfast, amazing bed! Shower is awesome too! New facility, so very comfortable. Staff are friendly as well.
