The stay would have been pleasant if the employees handling money knew what they were doing. Had a stay booked through a 3rd party for 2 nights. Upon arrival it was decided that a 3rd night was needed. They were unable to add a 3rd night to the reservation because it was booked through a 3rd party. No problem, I gave them my card to charge for the extra night. Instead, for reasons unknown, the woman charged my card for 3 nights. On top of that, she was unable to perform refunds so I had to wait for her to contact her manager. Once we got that sorted, the manager told me to come into the office at the end of my original reservation to extend my stay and pay for the additional night. The morning of the end of my original reservation I went into the office to pay for the other night. The woman ran my card, the machine said approved, and she told me that it didn't go through so she had to run it again. I informed her that the machine said "approved" both times and she assured me it didn't charge me twice. I finished my stay and got back on the road. When I checked my account, lo and behold, I had 2 charges pending in my account. I called and spoke to the manager where she informed me that they take payments through a 3rd party who will double charge you to make sure that you have money in your account, but the second charge will drop off. It did not. I've called several times and the manager tells me the same thing every time, on their end there is only one charge so there's nothing they can do. After a few calls, she said she would have the owner call. That never happened. So I'm left with a double charge on my account. These employees clearly need more training before they are allowed to handle other people's money. The customer service has been a nightmare and the owner has shown a complete lack of care. What a stressful situation. Would not trust these people again.

My family was traveling and stayed here. Big mistake. The person at the desk could care less that there was cockroaches in the room, didn't have a clue about making the TV work, the rooms are full of toxic mold and made my wife very sick. This place is way overpriced. You're better off staying at one of the other motels nearby and spending a few dollars more.

This was the last room for 50 miles of the Pendelton Round-Up, and the price was jacked! This place is disgusting - trash everywhere, room was filthy and smelled like a wet dog, water comes out of the tap with sediment in it, room service hadn't cleaned or vaccumed before we checked-in (potato chip crumbs and dirty tissues around the bed), sheets were threadbare and felt like 50 grit sandpaper, windows did not open and no fan in the bathroom, A/C did not work, and despite the big message board on the sign at the road ("FREE WI-FI and NEW HD TV's) there was no remote for the TV so we could not even turn it on. When we asked the staff to help us make the TV work, 3 times in 2 nights, they were rude and did not care one bit (too concerned about chatting with their friends in the lobby and whatever they were all doing on their phones). And the "Continental Breakfast" is a joke - coffee wasn't even made, muffins were stale, etc. Don't stay here, you've been warned. Keep on driving or sleep in your car - you'll be better off!

First off, customer service was great from the gals that checked me in. My rating is based on the room I was put in.Although there is a "No Smoking" sign on the door, either it was at one time a room that allowed smoking, or guests disregard the the sign/rules and smoke in the room. When I opened the door, my son and I were greeted with a stale smoke smell. The bed I started off in had few an old mattress with thin sheets and unfortunately, bed bugs. I ended up with a few bites. As I mentioned before, the customer service was good, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Try to push through and get a room in the next town.

I was double charged. They refuse to do anything about it until the owner got back from Seattle. They gave me no ETA on when this could be fixed. I'm a diamond member and they still couldn't resolve this for me. It's only March and I've already stayed 42 nights with choice hotels. Wifi didn't even work. Cancelling my rewards account after this stay and never staying at this location again.

Called as many as 6 times over the past 6 weeks and stopped by in person to have them refund me the second night they charged me (even though I had a reservation for one night only and checked out as normal after staying only one night). They told me repeatedly they would refund me the night they erroneously charged me. They have openly acknowledged there error over and over but have refused to refund me. This is just plain stealing now. I was super patient with them every time I talked with them, but they have made it clear they are keeping my hard earned money. Why, I'm not sure. I guess because they can get away with it. Avoid this establishment they do not honor their word and they have no qualms about stealing your money. Oh well, hope the $90 was worth getting a bad review. Check my reviews, I do a lot of them and have only ever left 2 negative reviews.

First off, we didn't get helped for about 10 minutes at the front desk. We kept ringing the bell, and someone finally came. Then, the room was still dirty. I work at a Woodspring Suites in idaho, so luckily I was able to fix the PTAC when I came in. When I walked in, my wife and I were overcome with the smell of cigarettes, and after about 20 minutes, she had a massive headache from it. The bed was really old, so we couldn't sleep because it was rock hard except for the sinkhole in the middle. After all that, we left after being there for 3 hours, because the longer we stayed, the more we felt sick from the smoke, and tired from the lack of comfort. This hotel is the worst one I've ever stayed at, and it will most likely stay that way for a while, if not for my whole life. Do not stay here, pick any other hotel. It's not worth staying here.

Skip this one-there are decent hotels within 30 miles within both directions. Need major maintenance. Sink didn't drain; bathtub looked like it hadn't been chalked since the 70's; fitted sheet didn't fit the bed. Very strong smell of cheap cleaning materials. Staff was friendly enough. Pet friendly with $5 fee-which is great. This is now a Choice hotel. I'm done staying in those hotels-the last 3 have been in great need of repair. Value is about $50 per night, but they charge much more.

I ve honestly never stayed at a worse hotel. This place I know for a fact does not take pride in cleanliness. On the floor looked like the occupants before me weren t even trying to sleep there cause there was dope all over the floor between the night stand and bed. What if I had my kids or my dog. I m disgusted in this.

A very basic motel room. Old enough to show its age. New TV but the remote did not work. Bulbs missing in lamps. It was clean and had the usual appointments. Blanket on the bed was thin. Mattress was hard but ok. The heating cooling unit was very loud. Bathroom was clean, towels were ok. I would probably stay there again. Not expensive in relationship to other places.

This little hotel is the best! As a traveler, I was very impressed! Very clean! Cleaner than some of the high end hotels I've been in! Usually I have issues with coffee in morning (I bring my own coffee pot everywhere with my own coffee) but they had great coffee and even my hazelnut creamer! Very nice, prompt and very informative employees! The manager Nick was very pleasant and pro.! It's really all the little things with me and Boardman Oregon Rhodeway got it down!Having the chance will definitely come back!

It s a great place to crash over also nick is very friendly and gives the best coatermer service. He will help you out on a budget that will want you to stay over a week. When I was on a business stay he helped so I could have a great stay for a while. Also he s a chill guy you can just talk to and he helps you out to the fullest on whatever you need at the motel. Genuinely. Great service over all. Thank you nick!

Hard beds, no breakfast available when the room manual says breakfast until 9. We were given 2 old bananas and luke warm coffee when questioned why it was advertised til 9. Seemed like they wanted to charge us for pets when we had no pets with us. Asked us multiple times when trying to get a receipt for our stay. Don t stay here if you want to sleep in either. Maids seem to specifically slam vaccumes into neighboring walls at 7-8am and continuous door slamming. The walls and doors are paper thin and you can hear every person who walks by or talks outside. I guess that s what you get for a cheap motel anymore.

We've stayed at three places on our trip and Roadway Inn was by far the best. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom window opened. The air conditioner has a constant fan option than made falling asleep away from home so much easier. The pool is smaller but once you're adjusted to the temperature, it's really nice to go for a swim after driving 6 hours. And you get a AAA discount! Their customer service it's phenomenal. Jessica helped get us booked and mentioned the discount. She was very professional and welcoming, which is sometimes rare in there hospitality industry. And there is a free breakfast that starts at 5am! For the price, this place can't be beat.

Stopped in on the way to the coast. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. I was quoted $68.00 on the phone but when I checked in she found out I was a veteran a I got it for $58.25. Nice Surprise and I appreciate the discount for veterans. The room was just what we needed for the night. A good hot shower with plenty of pressure and a comfortable bed. The room was equipped with a fridge, TV, coffee maker and microwave. The only thing I would change is the thickness, or sound proofing of the walls. I'm glad there wasn't a wife beater in the next room or we would have never gotten to sleep. Would definitely stop in again if I was passing through.

It was perfect for an overnight crash pad. Room wasn't fancy, but was clean. Girl at the counter was super nice and definitely liked the snacks and drinks they had at the front, especially since we got in late.

I've stayed here a few times this winter while working out of town. It's a nice, quiet little place. They are slowly updating rooms, which are pretty nice. It's a small town so everything is literally within walking distance of the hotel. They have parking that will accommodate little hippie cars to semi trucks.
