I got two batteries and spent four hundred dollars that's not the problem . I changed them in the parking lot. Came back in to get a battery terminal cleaner for $5. I opened the package and left it on the counter so he could ring it up in case I need something else. The old guy was very rude. F this place. I will spend my money twenty miles down the road.

Great service, but the small store leaves a lot to be desired for stock, having almost none of what I was looking for. This is expected in a small town mind you, but still this means that you are not likely to find what you need.

I was having trouble with a blower motor in my car, and was impatient enough to drive from Prosser WA on a Sunday since most stores were closed. Although I was unable to find a replacement, the two gentlemen working in this store were by far the most helpful people I ve ever come across for automotive customer service. I appreciate their help, and would recommend this store if you re in the area.

Highly recommend these guys are very friendly and helpful! My alternator went out and I used my jumppack to get me to the parts store and they let me charge it up while I changed the alternator so I had backup in case I needed it! Very friendly and helpful!

We were driving down to Utah and broke down in boardman in the middle of the night, we got a hotel room and the net morning we went to NAPA to try and repair our vehicle. We couldn't fix it but John and the rest of the staff were so nice and helpful that the stress of our break down was so much easier to handle. John gave us the business card of a mobile repair man and tried everything he could to help us. We really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to help, and not just tell us to get our broke down car out of the lot

Had minor car issues during a trip. Stopped at this location to try to resolve the problem. The gentleman at the counter was rude from the moment we walked in and failed to help at all. The result was traveling to a competitor 45 minutes away who solved our issue within 5 minutes.

Staff is personable and helpful most if not all at the Boardman store have years of experience. Like if you go in for a auto part and you haven't already asked for any additional parts that should be changed at the same time that will tell you about them so you won't have to work on that again because some of these items need other parts updated when you reinstall. This can save you from extra work and money in the long run. The store is always clean and we'll organized which I find quite helpful. It's also easy to find when you take Boardman exit just head south it's on the right side of the road almost 1/2 mile next to the road and in plan sight.

talk about convenient. Here you are in Boardman Oregon a small town and this is a great place to get parts. What they don't have they can order for you their prices are reasonable. You just can't go wrong with an auto parts store in your town when you live so far from the next town

I'm always hesitant going into a parts store as a woman and I felt great the whole time I was there. They two gentlemen working were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. I'll be sure to go there for any car or truck needs from now on.

Me, my sister and our three small children stopped into this seemingly nice little auto parts store after a visit to Oregon to see family members. As we were returning home from our trip we noticed an unusual noise coming from the front right tire on our car, so we pull into NAPA and check it out, we didnt notice anything right off and the gentlemen inside was nice enough to do a quick inspection and stated nothing seemed too out of the ordinary. As we were proceeding to get back into our car and continue on our trip, the father of the gentlemen who had just glanced over our car happens to pull in and offer his assistance after we had already determined the car was fine. From there, this gentlemen proceeded to make a big deal about the front of our car all of a sudden and insisted that we allow him to test drive it so he could take a better listen, after he returned in the vehicle with my sister he strongly suggested that we follow him up the road to a family members house so they could jack it up and take a look because he was concerned. We follow the gentlemen up to their house just to be extra sure because we are driving with two infant children in the vehicle. They proceed to jack up the car and dink around with a few things, from there the gentlemen had a very serious look on his face and then insisted to my sister (the owner of the vehicle) that he was not only surprised that we made it this far but that we would absolutely need a new barring and axel for the front of her vehicle and that driving away in this vehicle would lead to certain death, after scaring us into believing our tire was going to fall off and even went as far as to say the axel could break, therefore cutting our engine in half and literally igniting our vehicle. My sister and I with two small children and one teenager decide we cannot rightfully put our children back in the car and continue home after this point. They begin to quote us on the parts and to call every known car part dealer in the area looking for these supposed parts, once they finally realized that the earliest any of these parts would be made available was several days from then, they proceeded to shake our hand and thank us for our time and ask us to kindly leave.Me with tears in my eyes ask if they possibly knew of a motel we could stay in until we could get the parts we needed, they directed us down the street and was sure to give us all the info we needed to get back in contact with them to be sure they were the ones fixing these parts.Long story short we paid for a motel had family from Idaho drive in two separate vehicles so we could tow the car back with us, just to take it into the nearest town to get a second opinion after being quoted 300$ in labor after parts and 48 wait from the lovely fellas at NAPA. We met a nice gentlemen that agreed to look at our car for free after hearing our circumstances. After a thorough overview of the vehicle, the barring was a little worn down and eventually would need replaced but with no immediate danger whatsoever and the axel was completely fine. Needless to say after throwing our money away on a motel, gas in three separate vehicles, and an extra 24 hours waisted...these people absolutely lied to our faces knowing we were women and children, trying to rip us off completely and assure us we were driving into our own graves if we decided to drive home, I have never been so disappointed in these three gentlemen that I am you and if this is the kind of business you run, I want none of it, nor do I want others to fall into your money trap! This is a family owned business, where is the honesty and hard work and kindness toward your fellow human beings. We drove this vehicle straight home after that second opinion with absolutely no trouble whatsoever, we aired up the tires on both sides and that noise went away, to this day we have not replaced the axel nor the bearings. This was a complete lie and shame to get us to pay them over 500$ for absolutely nothing.

Wow.I never write Google reviews, but this really called for it!While moving across the country, my husband and I were in a small accident and immediately drove over here to see what we could do to keep our car useable until we made it to our destination. One of the employees (I can't remember his name, but he was the thinner one-- let's call him Benji) came out to look at our car and laid down on the ground to dig around and check out where our car needed help. Benji spent a good twenty minutes helping us figure things out, and then sold us gorilla tape which he proceeded to use to THOROUGHLY tape up our car for us so it was driveable for the next couple hundred miles. He made several helpful recommendations, in addition to off-handedly guessing what turned out to be the EXACT amount we'd need to pay for repairs later on. (Admittedly, I was hoping he'd be wrong, but he was right, and I'm begrudgingly impressed nonetheless.)THANK YOU BENJI AND THANK YOU BOARDMAN NAPA.

Battery light went on just past Boardman. We were able to get a jump at the next has station and make it to this Napa. The clerk was very helpful, tested the battery for us, and lent me a wrench to change the battery with. I would stop here again.

We were having charging problems on the highway so we called this Napa and they gave a good referral to J&S Towing. This Napa was extremely friendly and competent and gave my grandpa a military discount.
