I love luvs. I am very loyal to them. BUT this location definitely needs a course on customer service. They DID NOT go above and beyond like most locations do. I would have to say that they are the worst service I have received in all of the years I have been loyal to this company.

Employee purposely took his time to make me wait over 5 hrs for a single tire replacement. Lazy and inconsiderate personnel. Took 1 1/2hrs just to bring in a vehicle. Ridiculous

I waited 9 hours to change the filter. They said they called me, but I didn't answer. lie. They just don't want to do their job. 9 o'clock!!!!!

Just be forewarned that "second in line" can take eight to twelve hours to get in the door because road calls come before people actually at the shop regardless of your issue.

I went in there for an oil change. Told me it was going to be and hour and a half. After 3 hours of waiting I finally went back in and was told that they had called me. I had my phone on with me and never received the call.they put me in the back of the line so it would be another 2 hours.

Stopped here for repairs on my truck and trailer. Which they could not do. We were told it would be a short wait on the mechanic. We decided to grab dinner. After the experience at Carl's Jr, not only We We not stop there again. I will be calling the main office tomorrow morning.

I need to get my trailer tire fixed I came here 4:20am in morning and there was one guy in shop he said at 4:30 he is going on lunch he ll be back at 5 there was no other truck so he said it ll be quick fix. After 40min I call on loves number and they told me he ll be back at 5:30 and he didn t come till 7 am. Other guy start his shift at 7 and he fix my tire. I was out by 8:30 They really waste your alot of time for no reason.

Really very bad service, they just cleared 1 truck from opening from 7 am to 11 am just for tire change. Please don t waste time here for any kind of service. They are really very very slow and specially this lady mechanic, which just pretend to be professional but she don t know anything without paperwork.

Micheal is very Cocky in the Truck Service Shop, does NOT have Manners towards Females and Very Rude Service. My Oversized Load Driver called for parts and I went to get them, Michael was Very Disrespectful to me and was Unprofessional. Michael is Definitely NOT Qualified to Service Customers. I Took my Service 20 miles up the road to purchase the Parts needed for repair. Do not recommend this Loves Truck Shop For Services.

Tire service was good, but had to wait till morning to replace an air bag. No water wich means no showers, no bathrooms, no food service. Cant even wash your hands !!!

I pulled in around 7:00 at night to get some tires fixed. They said they were busy and we give me a call later that night and pull me in. Woke up in the morning no call and the shop was closed. Went and talk to them, they didn't have anybody that could help me until after 7: 00.

I called back at 3am and signed up for 7am, at 7am they said the mechanic was running late. then they called at 10am and said the mechanic would be there at 3pm I noticed a sect of workers here who think highly of themselves.

Was told I am next inline for oil change and waited 30 minutes just to be told it will be a while longer when all staff are inside chatting away with the bays empty.

Staff was courteous. It was early in the day, but I was still amazed that parking was available. Why? Because it was a 6 1/2 hour wait to get a working tail light secured to the trailer.

Not open 24 hours. If you check-in in the afternoon, you probably won t get in until 8 a.m. the next day. They left the bleeder valve open on my reefer unit which caused fuel to leak onto my drive tires as I was driving down the highway.

Good store, Carl's Jr. food. But the mechanics shop these guys are great if you ever have a chance to go in and get service. These guys will talk to you. Your not just the next guy in line. They know as a pro driver you have stories. Anyway if you make it in, talk to the lead tech red haired guy forgot his name I call him Snap On. Tell them Gary from McLane said hi. and Kobalt tools are better lol /wink

If I could give it zero stars I would this place was really good a long time ago but now manger Shantel hopefully that's right needs to learn how to deal with drivers I will never stop here again they don't have any idea what there doing at least the parking lot is not full of trash this time
