With their level of customer service, promptness, and courtesy, I cannot understand why there is NEVER a line at this place!? This is my go-to oil change place. I live in Powell Butte (30 minutes away). It's so much easier to go to the Redmond store but Redmond is always an hour deep. Never with this place. The crew is professional, courteous, and speedy - well done, whoever manages and hires here! I've had coupons that are a day or two old, and they always honor them or find me another way to save a few dollars (which means the world to me). That level of customer service is why I choose THIS location over those that are closer. Thanks, guys! I can tell the place is well-managed.

I recently used the Toyota dealership for some free oil changes after the purchase of my car and recently ran out, so I came back to Valvoline and they informed me that Kendall Toyota left my oil cap loose and some oil was missing which shocked me! Valvoline workers are always so informative, kind, and don t try to upsell you in a pushy way which makes them even more trustworthy. I appreciate that I see everything that s happening (what the guys are doing below on a screen, showing me my dipstick and air filter, etc.). Plus, they always have so many different coupons to use in the app. The workers seem happy to be there and seem to genuinely love taking care of peoples cars. Thank you guys!

Horrible experience. Multiple times I have gone in a few paid for a service that they lie and say they did. The first time I paid $120 for them to replace a $20 timing belt. They took my money, I waited about an hour. Then later that week on my way back from work in Madras to Tumalo my timing belt shredded off. I went to check it and saw it was the same old one they were supposed to replace. I called a mechanic friend to help and he replaced it In the dark by the side of hwy 97. A while back my girlfriend had gone in for an oil change. Soon her car began having issues and we took it in to our mechanic. He told us the car hadn't had an oil change in a long time. We called to complain and the man on the phone called us a liar, said he remembered changing it and would he email us the video of him changing it. No email or further response ever came. Do not let them steal your money.

Decent price with the $25 coupon. I's doubtful I would go back and ever pay full price. It's cool that you just sit in the car while it's done but the fact that they pumped out my old oil instead of doing a full drain concerns me. You need to know what your service history is are you may get talked into something you don't really need. Their list of those is pretty extensive and you may not need what they offer at extra expense. Your choice though.

Valvoline in Bend was great! I was there for less than 20 minutes, they are very speedy and very friendly as well. The only thing that sucks about this location is leaving because it s not very clear which direction to go to leave and get back to the road.

I worked with Evan and he is delightful, professional and knowledgeable. Just like every other business they are over worked and under staffed. They still kept a wonderful attitude, apologized for the long wait and they worked as fast as they could. I ll happily come back again.

Damaged my vehicle and refused to make it right.1. They stripped my oil plug and replaced it with a weak T-shaped thing that started leaking soon after.2. They never told me about it until the next oil change, when they refused to change the oil again until I had it replaced.3. I bought an oversized plug for $5, which would have been fine except4. When I removed their plug, the "T" part dropped into the oil pan, impossible to retrieve.5. The manager refused to pay for the pan, instead offering me a free oil change.6. This is our primary car, and since the dealership had a two week wait and would charge hundreds to replace the pan, I decided to drive it as-is. Hopefully it isn t causing damage to the engine!Service: Oil change

Came in w our Ram Dually truck. They pulled up record from car fax showing front, rear, transfer case, transmission oil all needed changed as well as oil, fuel filter, and air filter. As far as I remember, these had not been recommended before. I haul heavy w LQ horse trailer and I am so great full they were on top of things. I know a lot about horses; not much about trucks! Thank you!

Recently got my oil changed and was informed my drain plug was leaking. Samuel an employee at this location went out of his way to call a local auto parts store to confirm they had a replacement which I then had Valvoline install. Thank you for looking out for your customers! I highly recommend this location for your oil change needs.

I wish they had service for Eco Diesel fuel filters, but I use them exclusively for my oil changes. Excellent service, never pushy with upselling additional services even though they do recommend them.

I had such a great experience at this location! The staff is awesome. They work so well together as a team. Really impressive communication. They were really good about explaining what needed to be done and costs, without putting on any pressure. I just really appreciated my experience and will 100% be returning for future services. The manager Matthew is excellent and his team that assisted me (Barry and James) were as well. Can't say enough good things about this place. These guys are quick, courteous and thorough. I stopped by for a service I thought I needed but they told me it wasn't time yet. So they checked my car's tire pressure and fluids and sent me on my way with a smile and no charge. They wouldn't even accept a tip. I appreciate the honesty!

Had this company change my oil. Got home and found oil dripping on my driveway. There did not appear to be an active leak, just oil that was spilled when they changed it. The oil had ran down my suspension parts, onto my tire and my brakes. I returned to tell them what I saw and give them a chance to clean it up. I sat in line for a few minutes and they got me right back in. A couple minutes later they told me they saw no oil, they found water that they used to clean the oil off. Water doesn't clean oil off of anything but hey, whatever. When I got home I looked under my truck and to my surprise there was still oil on my tire, suspension and brake components. I will never use this company again.Service: Oil change

Super fast service! The staff were very knowledgeable and proficient, and the price for my oil change was much more affordable than Less Schwab and the other places in town! And you don't have to get out of your car! I definitely will be going back.

Never been here before. Was about like you would expect for a quick lube. Only thing is the young man couldn't figure out how to reset my oil life on my dash.

The Manager, Adrian seems to be the go to guy in Bend. He s SO friendly and nice The team is really helpful and once again, ridiculously friendly.Great, inviting atmosphere- highly rec! Everyone is always so helpful when I swing by and tries to give you as quick of service they can.

They don't post their prices online so you never what they charge until you come in. They change their prices based on if a person has a coupon. If you call, you'll be on hold for 10 minutes because they don't want to answer any questions (about price), they just want you to come in and trust they will take care of you. They won't. I had all my fluids changed a month before coming in but needed another oil change because of a long road trip I had taken. They wanted me to change out all my fluids again. It absolutely wasn't needed.

Quick, honest, efficient, friendly and professional. They explained each step of the process as they were doing it, and gave me great peace of mind. They showed me my filthy air filter after they checked it, and though they didn't have the filter in stock, they offered to put it in for free if I purchased one and brought it back later. Which I did, and they were fabulous and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for future oil changes and regular vehicle maintenance.

It's 1st come 1st served but they had 3 bays & were very efficient. When I got in all the service technicians were pleasant & told me what needed doing & what they were going to do. They were able to directly upload to a computer so Carfax has the info on file.Highly recommend them for efficiency if your a busy person. A big plus is I didn't have to get out of the car.

I appreciate the whole "stay in your vehicle" style oil change system they have. It's fast, you hear the employees communicating with each other while they work, and it's reasonably priced. The only thing I wasn't really sure about is how to que up for the next available service bay. I just pulled in behind the only other car that was in line and after a few minutes someone came out and checked both of us in, and then they reorganized us so that the guy ahead of me would be next to receive service.Services: Transmission, Oil change

We were passing through Bend on a cross country road trip and called ahead to ask if we could either drop our 21 ft trailer in their lot or keep it hitched while they performed the oil change. They said no, he said you can just park it on a street before coming in, you can t bring your trailer onto our lot. I guess understandable, so we did as asked and I stayed with the trailer while my partner drove to get the oil change. Turns out he lands in line behind a massive RV so they do accommodate large vehicles and I guess it s ok if you can t unhitch the trailing part of the vehicle. The other frustrating part is the wait to get into a bay - they said all was clear when we called but upon arriving there was a line with two cars ahead. Not their fault since it s first come, first serve but it took 40 minutes to get to the bay and another 30 for the actual oil change. Once the oil change was done it took another 10 minutes to check out. Meanwhile I m waiting uncomfortably next to the trailer while someone walking down the street is screaming who is clearly not of stable mind. Not too familiar with Bend so didn t realize this might not have been the best neighborhood. Perhaps I just don t understand why they couldn t accommodate us, but could accommodate other vehicles of greater size. perhaps they didn t want our business. In any event, it feels like there is better service out there.
