Your purses are always awesome and beyond reasonable to buy and several full sets of new and used tires for them over the years. Never had a single problem they re good people just recently got two 235/45/17 for the front and two 255/40/17 for the rear on my M5 and only spent 350 bucks they were like new I m talking 80% tread can t beat it. Love those guys.

This place is so down to earth, reasonably priced tires for the working class like me! The owner is a super nice guy and even took a call telling someone to get here quickly and he could balance their tires before they close. New tire with recycled old only cost me $65. Quick too. Thanks guys!!

Sold me a brand new tire, and the sidewall split within 2000 miles. Owner refused to replace it. Went to a different tire shop and they said there was no way it was new, and it had dry rot.

This morning I found a screw in one of my tires. I brought my car in and the guys at the shop worked really quick, found the issue, and were able to save my tire :) my husband got me tires from them this past February and now I completely understand why he loves this place :)

Crate service, great location, they were very fast. I was in and out in about 20. I got a flat tire and luckily they had my size in stock.

Woke up to a flat this morning. Friend recommended I check out The Other Guys. I was overjoyed with the prompt, polite and expert response to my tire issue. Got me right in and out without taking every dollar in my wallet. There s no popcorn or flashy expensive waiting area, and they don t make you pay for one. Sending all my friends and taking all future tire issues to this hidden gem. You should too.

The owner is fabulous. He seems to always be busy but finds time when he can to help. He's friendly, efficient, and affordable. I would recommend him to everyone.

Great local shop. Great prices. Have some patients, when you come. They are very busy getting ready for the seasonal change and like every other place, they are short staffed. They will do what they can to provide sufficient service to the customers. This shop is the only shop I use for my tire and wheel needs. They helped me out so much in the past and didn't charge me for the time. You can't buy that level of kindness and commitment

I'm saying good , honestly you get what u pay for , if you wanna go to a glamour shop and pay more and wait longer , that's your biz personally I like the atmosphere better here , it suits me these are my people and they are fair ,and friends "fair is what we should all be.

Stand up guys. Great price and prompt service. Can t believe I used to wait in line for a couple hours in the cold to do my winter swap. Showed up right at 8 when they opened and was helped right away.

These guys do a really good job. If you need a tire they will do everything possibly to accommodate any vehicle you bring them. Sometimes can take a little time to track down what you need but the price is unbeatable. Have used this service multiple times and 9 times it of 10 the service was perfection. Where large corporate tire companies are failing more and more with customer service the other guys tires are picking up the slack, listening to the customer and satisfying customer needs. The esthetics May not be perfect and they aren't running around in perfect uniforms with the perfect hair cut but they will get the job done just how you want it done.

I love these guys. If you need new or used tires. This is the place. We've been using them the last 5 years or so and they always come thru. Check them out before discount or Les Schwab

I've been coming here for years to find good used tires and never have let me down. They do have new tires but when the gf needed some I inexpensive used tires for her car we decided to stop in and check late afternoon (4pm), they were busy busy, parking lot full but thought let's ask and just come back tomorrow. Had some great tires, great price. When our sales guy said "we can get them on today" I really thought he was joking... He wasn't! We were out of there before 5pm! And had a key to get her lug locks off when she didn't know where hers was!! Don't need to worry about her driving on bald tires now! Thanks OGT! 5 stars you guys

I had these guys put snow tires on for me but they didn't put the stud on so I asked them to take them off and put studs on them and I paid $200 on top of what the difference was cause I felt bad having them do that,but than I went to pick up my car and all the sudden my 4 wheel drive doesn't work anymore. So whatever they did they messed up my transfercase and refuse to look at it or fix it.

We've been using Martin's services at the Other Guys Tires for 7 years now with nothing but exceptional service! Support your LOCAL FAMILY OWNED TIRE SHOP! He is half the price of any other competitor in Central Oregon and your supporting local. The only 1 star reviews I see on here are from entitled customers that he probably shouldn't have tried to help in the first place. Everybody has to wait sometimes, even entitled demanding customers that give 1 star reviews for waiting. If you have to wait it's probably because they're busy taking care of their other customers that were here ahead of you. As a local business owner I can't stand entitled customers so I simply do not sell my product to them when they treat me any less than I deserve. I'm happy to bend over for every single one of our customers when there is mutual respect but as soon as you treat me any less than human, my customer service skills go out the door and so do you. I have the right to refuse anyone service as Martin should have done as well to these complainers on here. I've been treated with nothing but respect from Martin and his family because I've given them respect to start. Thank you guys!!!

I ve gone here a couple times. The owner and his workers are very polite. Insane work ethic. Curb appeal of this place isn t the best, but don t let that differ your decision to come here. They do great work and for a great price.

I paid to have tire Mounted and Balanced here but after leaving discovered it had not been balanced.They also tried to charge me more than I was quoted when I came back to pick it up.I would Not recommend this shop

Tires are reasonable, the gentleman that did my tire was very nice, the Manager Jesse however very rude and short, waited for 15 to be helped, I was the only one there

Horrible experience. Mistakenly came in twice. Thought I d give them another chance and I regret giving them my money. Both times I was told I can t watch my vehicle get worked on which seemed very sketch... after being told I can t watch MY own vehicle that I paid for be worked on he said he wouldn t work on my vehicle unless I went into the office. If you were doing your job correctly wouldn t there be no issue with me watching? After all it s Covid and the last thing I want to do is go in to their dirty office. Secondly the owner tried to charge me $10 extra just because I mistakenly put my spare tire into the bed of my truck... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would not recommend to a family member nor friend. As a customer you d expect there to be a little friendlier treatment. 1/5 stars from me..

Quick, fast and professional! I wouldn t do my tire business anywhere else after this experience. They helped me out of a real tight spot and did with a smile and encouragement. Bring your tire here for a fair price!

Waited all day for tires to be mounted only to be told that they didnt have time to call me once they were unable to mount the tires, showed up at a quarter to 5 to find my tires on the floor outside. Theyre price gouging also, they tried to charge me $700 for off brand studded tires on top of that. Steer clear of this shop.

After planning to buy tires for a month or so, I was planing on buying new. But after I found a set from Discount Tires I was willing to pay 600$ for, Discount tires wanted me I to leave my car for the day there. So I looked for other options, called "the other guys" & they had the tires I needed & ended up having them do the job! 260$ for a used set of Firestone Precision Touring (70,000 warranty miles all season tire) & they were only 2 year old!! I will be coming back to these guys for sure. Nice work fellas.

I have been a customer of The Other Guys Tires for 3 years. From full replacement, flats, swaps, rotations. They always get it done in a timely manner. I m grateful to be able to count on them!

I had a great experience at this shop while visiting Bend. They had the tire size I needed in a pinch when other tire stores didn't. They were courteous, respectful, and very helpful.
