My experience with Subaru of Bend was beyond fantastic! Jeremy my sales associate was amazing, helpful, and went above and beyond my expectations. Jeremy took an incredible amount of time to make sure that I understood all the details and functionality of my New Subaru Ascent. Further, General Manager Peter made sure that I was completely satisfied. What was really impressive and incredible was that Matt Thomas, The Owner of Subaru of Bend introduced himself, thanked me personally and also made sure I was completely satisfied. My experience was incredible!!

Brandon was amazing in the Service department. He told me what needed to be done on the car and explained exactly what each service meant and why (I never understood alignment like this before) and he showed me how the tire evaluation plate works and explained why Subaru windshield wipers are different. I felt so well taken care of, the was friendly, they were quick. I felt like I'd stepped into a luxury car dealer. Way to go Brandon and way to go Subaru. Oh, and they left this note on my mirror that made me smile the rest of the day

We are loyal Subaru owners, but this time, with two Labradors, we needed even more room in the cargo area to allow for comfort on longer adventures. Brandon was so knowledgeable and made our buying experience a pleasure. Bill handled our paperwork with efficiency and ease. From start to finish, as we met others on the Bend Subaru team, we felt valued and respected. We are so happy with our new Subaru Ascent and so are our pups! Nothing better than the Bend Subaru family!

He was honest about the reasons for pricing and willing to negotiate. The guy in the finance department was also pretty cool and helpful. Stoked on the new car!!

Service Department was quick to get me into the shop (even prior to my appointment due to concerns about car) and was professional and polite. They analyzed the issues and provided clear and concise information on estimates and repairs needed. Very helpful and considerate during a stressful move situation with my car needing attention!

Bottom line is work was done properly and people were kind---BUT--We brought our car in for "warranty" work which was forced upon Subaru by a "class action suit". When we called in for the service we notified the service department that we had problems with the battery since we bought the car and that now it would no longer take a charge which was the problem addressed by that action. The car was kept for 2 days and unavailable to us. The reason they gave was that Subaru response was that service department had to full charge the battery before declaring that there really was a problem with our battery, and they were unwilling to accept our word that we had the car on a slow charger for weeks and if we did not do that nightly the car would fail. We had the car in by morning of the day we brought it in. We feel that they knew full well what they needed to do and they could have plugged it to their charger right away(they did not do that until late afternoon) and not left us without for 2 days. Also, when I went to pick it up and they informed me that the battery had been replaced , I asked if they had tested for and corrected the root cause of problems that had caused us trouble since we bought the car if it had been addressed. It turned out that a computer upgrade that was supposed to be part of the "extended warranty" work had not been done. They did it promptly, but had I not asked it would have been left out. I clearly don`t know if that would have left us having the same problems again or still.As said they were kind and helpful, did the job and we are pleased with that, but we do feel that with just minor thought and caring on their part we would not have been left without and would not have had to make extra trips to Bend from significantly south of town 2 days in a row to deal with this. It was done well enough and kindly enough that we would go there again, but it could have been better.

Made an appointment with the service department for a check engine light, the online system and check in process were easy, the waiting area was nice, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the mechanic Braden personally came out to update me on his findings. I could tell they had went above and beyond in checking out various systems in my car and spent time in it to ensure that the problem was actually solved. Service wasnt exactly cheap but hey they did a good job.

I called to see if an appointment was necessary to change a brake light. I was there within 20 minutes. I was approached with a smile and a warm employee. The employee said it would take about 30 minutes for o change my brake light. I went to their new lounge where I had a delicious tangerine and coffee. Before I knew it, my CLEAN Outback was ready!!!

I have always dreaded the buying of a new car due to the sales agents! But the experience at Subaru of Bend was entirely different! Our agent, Mitch, was great. He showed us all of the different models os cars, answered all of our questions and was even a very nice guy .. No real pressure from him to buy a car today. The sales manager, Peter, also stepped in to help us out and he treated us very nicely and without the pressure of buying today . We very much enjoyed our experience and if we ever need another car we will definitely go to Subaru of Bend first! Thank you so much Mitch for all you did for us.

Service great, easy to get appointments but they charge $200 to look and diagnose issue. I felt quite over charged but I got the car back sooner than I thought. They pick you up and drop off with Uber which is convenient.

The team was really great at seeing my car for an unscheduled visit. But the service took a long time (4 hours) and they didn t have any conclusive fixes for the issue I was having with my engine. Felt like it could have taken less time for a report with zero results.

Great experience buying a new Cross Trek. Salespeople were all very friendly, and helpful. There was no high pressure, just straight talk. We agreed to a fair deal without any haggling. My wife and I enjoyed the experience.

Fine enough experience buying a brand new car. But there was a recall that took 7 Days of my time. Then they messed up something and I had to go back. Then I found out that they messed up again and installed the wrong parts and I had to go back a third time. All very nice and helpful but makes me wonder about their service department

The New place is very nice. Super easy to drop in for my oil change. The gentleman who helped me Very Pleasant SO nice.All my questions were answered Thank you. The new place very easy to go from one location to the otherGreat trip Thank youMY Big bad part was the fact you take cash for one price! ! If we use your debit or C.Card you pay the the processing fee. Fine BUT Why Not Tell Us.? Very upsetting. One lady said "now you know". If I knew I would have cash on me. WHY NOT Tell your customers. That would be the proper way to tells. You can lose customers !!

This was my first at the Bend Subaru dealer. From the time I made the appointment to picking up the car the service was excellent. I had an oil change and rear brakes replaced. I ve had my 2017 Outback serviced by two other Subaru dealers and this was by far my best experience. The only issue was being charged 3% to use a credit/debit card. I would have scrounged up a paper check or brought cash if I was informed of this practice at the time I scheduled the appointment. So, 4 instead of 5 stars.

I had a great experience in the new structure. My service only took half an hour this time, and the Service managers were as always really nice and helpful.Some people tell me it s expensive at the Subaru dealership, but I checked around and their prices are competitive. Plus it s a great advantage to be able to make an appointment online.
