Anthony and his team are good people. I called this morning about an oil change and they were able to fit me in a few hours later. When I showed up at the office, I was greeted by Lacey, who was very friendly and easy to speak to. Anthony came out quickly after to take my keys and discuss any issues I was having with my car. He took my car for a spin to see if he could reproduce a sound that I had experienced. He then completed my oil change quickly. Once finished he let me know that my car was in good shape and things I should be mindful about for the future. I always have and had another positive experience at this shop. I highly recommend Anthony and his team for your vehicle needs!

ProfessionalismThe team at S&P are top notch. We have had a few repairs here. They communicate very well and stick by what they say they will do. Our last repair was for our daughters jeep. She was in town for vacation and had a breakdown 2 days before she needed to go home. We called Lacey and she got us in and repairs done in time for her to leave. Thank. You

Cannot recommend enough! Wasn t sure I d be able to make it home for Christmas after my transmission went out but they got the job done quick and stayed late to make sure I got my car back in time! All this for $2k less than I was quoted elsewhere! Thanks so much!! Will definitely be coming back!

I usually don't do google reviews, but wanted to say a huge shout out to Anthony for doing the right thing. Anthony, thanks for doing business with honesty and integrity... it's a lost and dying trait these days. You guys admitted the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate your "take care of the customer" small business approach. If you're looking for a non-corporate, non-dealership place to work on your ride, give them a chance to earn your business. I think you'll be glad you did!

I came in needing an alignment and having some sway bar link issues. They were able to get me sorted expeditiously and at a very reasonable cost (especially including an alignment coupon). Friendly folks, I would definitely go back again.

Had them do a diagnostic for me. While they were at it they found several small items which they just fixed. I appreciate the attention to detail.

I brought my 2010 Sprinter Van/RV to have the alignment done after being referred by Discount Tire. The van drove fine but the camber was off so the wheels were tipped in / \. Getting the wheels straight before installing new tires seemed like a good idea. The first alignment appointment they said the camber wasn't adjustable. Really? So, I provided them with detailed instructions via email on how to adjust the camber and re-scheduled to have the alignment done. During the appointment I asked why it was taking so long; the front desk guy gave excuses why it was so difficult and said the mechanic was frustrated (could hear tools being thrown around). I told him I could take it elsewhere if he didn't know what he was doing; he assured me that wasn't necessary. 2.5hrs later they pulled the van around. The typical $78 alignment somehow turned in $217.27. I questioned him about it and said that wasn't right... then finally gave in and paid him to be done.Now, the camber is off the same amount as before just the tires are doing this \ / instead of / \. How hard is it to make tires straight?? Now it wanders and the steering wheel isn't straight. So, it drives worse off than before. I called and confronted them about the issue; he argued that was the proper spec and I didn't know what I'm talking about. Really? Great customer service. Finally he said the owner would call. 5 days later... no call. I emailed. No response.While sitting in the waiting room, I heard numerous other issues with other customer vehicles. They clearly are not professional or skilled.Bottom line: You might be fine for certain repairs. However, they will accept work beyond their ability and won't resolve issues. Take a chance or find a different shop. I've now scheduled to have the alignment done in Portland by a reputable shop I've worked with for years. No idea who would recommend these guys!!!See attached picture.... They only needed to adjust the top bolt to set the camber properly. As you can see, it is easily accessible.

After originally being told be a transmission shop down the street that my 2017 Ford F-150 was done for due to the transmission and I might as well trade it in to get money for it, I brought it in to SP Auto for a second opinion and they were able to give me a solution.A couple weeks later and I have my truck back! Yes, the fix came at a cost (still mad at Ford) but at least I get to keep my truck for the foreseeable future. All around great service from the team here!

Awesome honest shop with good communication. I just needed a wheel alignment and a quick defroster connection repair. They got me in quickly and not only got the job done at a reasonable price but Anthony the owner came out and discussed the overall condition of my vehicle with me which I really appreciated. I had a thorough inspection performed a few months earlier by another shop and had some of that work completed. Anthony found and reminded me of the couple of items I hadn't gotten to yet and had almost forgotten about. As I have a long road trip planned for this summer I got on the schedule for those items to be taken care of too. The quote they gave me was a couple of hundred dollars less than the last shop I was using too so bonus there. Highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I told them the year make and model of my truck. They said an hour to an hour and a half. 4 hours later I am still here, I was the first customer and there were no others. I lost a job that I scheduled based on their time estimate that was going to pay $400 and had to pay these people $187. This was a 600 dollar transmission fluid changed, then they let me drive away with an exhaust leak. i turned around and they fixed it.

Came in for a drain and fill service on my tacoma's transmission and the shop went above and beyond to check the transmission as well as get the job done in the estimated timeline. Thanks again for the love.

Truck Norris had a rough childhood, and consequently ended up with a bad transmission! Everyone around town was booked out for a month or more, and I was without transportation. This awesome shop was able to perform a full rebuild in less than a week, at a fair price. So grateful for these guys. Super professional. Now Truck Norris is back for a sequel with more action to come! Great place for all kinds of repairs.

This is by far the best mechanic shop in town. The staff is amazing, very knowledgeable and does a great job. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else in town. We have an adventure van that we travel around the country with and it's very important that it doesn't break down when we're far from paved roads. We always bring the van in after trips to make sure everything is looking good and this last time they found a few things such as missing transmission bolts which I was very glad they noticed! We also take our Subaru Outback here as they're 10 times better than the dealer and 100 times nicer. In addition to these normal vehicles, we take our classic 69 El Camino here when it needs anything we're unable to do ourselves.These guys are amazing and I can't say enough good things about them and their business. My family and I were finishing a road trip, when my clutch when out. I called the staff at S P automotive, they got me right in and got my car fixed in days rather than weeks. Came here for a tire rotation and alignment. Anthony did the work and after I told him I was going on a long road trip -- checked everything out and shared that I need new rear brake pads. When I told him I couldn't afford to have him do it...he thoroughly walked me through how to do it on my own! Amazing! All of this in a couple of hours! Truly impeccable service. Anthony and Mel both answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. Also very kind and personable people. Highly recommend this gem of an auto shop!

My parents have been customers since the early 2000's and I've had all almost my car repairs done here since I was 16. (The only car repair I had done elsewhere was at the dealer for something under warranty which the guys at the dealer then messed up after having my car for over a month and I had to get these guys to fix.) Great service. Super nice and knowledgeable. There's nowhere else I'd rather go to be honest.Note: This is the new location for Scott's Performance Auto and Transmission World that used to be on Service Rd off of Highway 20.

Search no further if you want to be able to trust and depend on honest, competent , hardworking people that care about what they do for work.I no longer have to worry if I am being taken advantage of when my car needs repair, and if it needs repair.This is a team of people that go above and beyond and they know cars.I have a BMW and I have always gone to a dealer until finding Scott s Auto Performance.I no longer worry that I am being overcharged services or charged for services that I didn t need.No I am not related.I am a customer that knows quality of people and service, and both are here.

Only the best experience with this group of professionals. They fixed my transmission and worked with me through all of my various personal needs. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I had brought my car in on a Monday and was told the parts would arrive on Wed, and that I'd get my car by Friday at the latest. Turns out it took them an additional week to get my car done. It took 12 days without my car.The issue was that they did not keep me informed on what was happening. I had to call them to find out that parts where delayed and then it was two days after they got the parts that they started work.On top of that they left me with further repairs to my car. When reinstalling my CV axle they ripped a boot (it was not damaged when I brought the car in). Now I have to pay another $225 to repair the boot. I felt that they should have covered this expense. But they refused to make it right.Service: Transmission

Just got my jeep back today after a rear axle swap, The SP guys did a great job even though I had an oddball repair. Even lent me a a jack and a couple extra tools to replace my spare tire that was on the busted axle. But they are just as swamped as every other mechanic right now and it took about 4 weeks (also didn t help I needed an unexpected oil pan replaced as well) to get the jeep done so any major repairs be prepaired to waitService: Steering & suspension repair

My truck broke down on the way home from Sunriver. Had to have it towed to a local shop. Scott's took care of me. The did the work to fix my truck with no notice, at the end of the day, and the work performed was great (no subsequent issues). The price was extremely fair, especially since it was a no-notice repair. I would highly recommend this shop to people who live in the area.

I used the coupon to have my transmission serviced and it was done even less expensive since I didn t have a filter that needed to be replaced, only cleaned. I knew this going in but was glad to see that the mechanics acknowledged this and compensated me even more on the coupon price. I will certainly return to have more work done there. I ve compared prices around town and have found Scott s to be very reasonable.

The guys are awesome at the shop, they helped me with my timing belt a few months back. All my questions were answered to my understanding and everything my car needed was addressed perfectly.I had limited time to get this repair done as I needed my vehicle to leave town for a critical appt and they did it! They accomodated my needs with no complaints and were super nice about it!The prices were great, I was terrified that I would be paying much more after calling around town for quotes, but they had everyone beat by far! They met my expectations and plus more, I was more than just pleased with my experience. I would recommend them to anyone and I will not let anyone else touch my car! Thanks guys!

Great auto shop. Knowledgeable and professional service. I've taken 5 vehicles over the years to Scott's team and recommend the shop. This last visit in with my FJ Cruiser for a standard oil service, Severin recommended a transmission service as well due to the random shifting symptoms we discussed. Within a half tank of fuel later the shifting was perfect and surprisingly returned 2 MPG better than I had seen prior. That's money well spent!Local Bend family owned and operated!

I have used Scotts Performance on multiple vehicles owned and I have never had a problem. Scotts evaluates my vehicle, explains the issues in ways easy to understand and gets my vehicle taken care of quickly. Recently they have rebuilt my transmission and everything runs great. I took my F-150 in the other day because my front fabtech shocks were defective. They explained how the part was not a "wear and tear" issue, helped me look for the parts on fabtech website and ultimately helped me get warranty replacement parts. Severin price quoted me labor costs and was true to the price quote even though some things took longer than expected on the labor end due to seized bolts, etc. These guys are fair, trustworthy and do good work. That is hard to find in a mechanic shop.
