Still love the ceramic tint they installed. Disappointed in the heater/AC not working after they replaced the system at the same time as upgrading the stereo. Wiring seems loose as well as the buttons not working to turn on and off. I will have to pay full price for them to repair what wasn't done right the first time.People who know me know how obsessed I am with my Infiniti g35. So I was extremely upset when another company messed up the re-tint (enough to cause replacement of my rear window).Thankfully, a friend suggested Sounds Fast. They gave me an honest estimate for different levels of tinting and explained the difference.They were patient while I got the rear window replaced and did an AMAZING job when they could finally fix the botched job. I can tell a difference with the ceramic tint they suggested and love the level of tint they did.My ONLY regret is that I didn't come here first!!I loved their integrity and professionalism with quality so much that I decided to have the radio/tape player replaced. This was no easy task as the car is 15 years old. They were clear about every step and helped me get a rebate. I am a little overwhelmed with all the features, but I absolutely love driving this car again!If they ever seem expensive, it is because they do it right the first time and ON TIME. Can't beat that.

Easily the best aftermarket equipment installer in central Oregon. The quality of their work often exceeds that of the factory. Went in the other day (3/22) and did not have a great experience. The following monday, the owner called me andsaid wanted to get me taken care of. Brought my car in 3/26. He went above and beyond to make sure all the issues I had were fixed and got my speakers working again.

UPDATE: the owner called me first thing this morning (first business day after review posted) to look into my situation, talk to his staff, apologize and make the situation right. I am very impressed with how he responded and resolved the situation and appreciate his efforts. Thank you for making this right, it s good to know there are still businesses that care. -ShaneNot impressed with customer service or quality of work. They are less willing to help if you don t purchase product from them.We had Sounds Fast install new door speakers and tweeters (purchased speakers elsewhere), after installation at Sounds Fast the speakers rattled terribly, with every song and any genre. We brought back the car for them to listen and their solution was to change stereo settings to completely eliminate all treble and bass so only flat sound would come out (which defeats the purpose of installing new speakers). It felt that they treated us differently because we purchased the speakers elsewhere and it impacted their willingness to help solve the problem.We went to AudioWerks here in town (highly recommend) who was able to fix the problem by taking the door panels off and doing correct installation. They set the speakers with new brackets with correct spacing and it solved the problem no rattle ever!, nothing was wrong with the speakers.We expected Sounds Fast to fix the problem (which was an installation problem) instead of blaming the rattle on the cars these days with all the plastic if you would have bought the product from us maybe your speakers can t handle the output from your amp, but you didn t purchase here so .

Called about a rear LED light strip install on my Titan. Scheduling was easy. The crew is easy to talk to and extremely informative. After this experience (I wasn t going to add off road Pod lights) I have decided to purchase lights and have it installed by the PROS. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!Updated review .after the service we received from light strip install we went back to have a set of Baja Designs Squadron Sport Pods installed. They explained how they work, suggestions to where and why and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. They found a great spot on the truck for our use when out later in the evening.Our next project will be an install of WeBoost signal booster. Will be contacting y all today about that.

Knowledgeable, experienced staff, and my car was done an hour earlier than they estimated. Limited parking so prepare to park on the side street. Good looking shop and can I just say, a remote start (to our vehicle) will change your life. Treat yourself!

For my First time being in there they were beyond great when helping me pick out a new head unit. They got me set up with everything I needed and was able to get me in the very next morning. I m so happy with what I got an highly recommend Sounds Fast :)

In my opinion, its a really good business environment. The people an employees were super respectful, and they got the job done smoothly and fast. The sound system sounds amazing. Overall great place for a nice positive interaction between employees and customers. Go here when you need the job done.

Service was good with regard to appointment scheduling, courtesy, etc. Terrible in regard to recommended stereo. Recommended a stereo that about a quarter of buyers on the internet--including myself-- regard as a piece of junk--incapable of reliably connecting to Android Auto or Garmin GPS. About a $1000 later, I basically have nothing better than the low-end stock radio. Going here was a waste of time and money!Reply to response below:I appreciate the prompt response and offer to investigate the problems. Regarding the Garmin connectivity, I was referring to connecting a separate Garmin GPS unit (bought because of the failure of Android Auto) to the audio on the Boss unit. The Boss will not connect either via Bluetooth or an AV cable.Problems with Android Auto have existed since the purchase, only getting worse to the point where it is unusable. And that's after countless hours of internet research, cable changes, software tweaks, etc. My experience and the many others I have read about in other reviews have convinced me that the Boss unit itself is the problem.

These guys did an amazing job on the tint for the Charger. One of my friends and my wife surprised it s with me for my birthday, and I was blown away so far so good with no issues and the tint seems to be bonding really well with the windows and they even did my back window and I guarantee that was complicated to get that one lined up perfectly. Thank you guys for the great work and I ll be sure to recommend your business to my customers as well!

I'm in Virginia and I was trying to keep busy with a DIY install car audio upgrade during COVID lockdown. I was having a tough time finding a decent upgrade path for bass in my RS7 when I saw an old install of a custom subwoofer enclosure the guys at Soundsfast had done on a S7. I reached out to Jamie and while he told me he didn't have the forms for the old install, he'd reach out the next time he had a customer looking to do something similar. Luckily it was only two weeks later and Jamie said they were doing a 10in JL sub enclosure for another RS7!! Long story short - they made a second enclosure, giving input on materials and looks etc, and in a week I had a custom box shipped across country to my garage door! They helped walk me through the install and were super helpful all around, and the sub enclosure looks amazing -- so close to stock coloring, its perfect and sounds amazing! Customer service is amazing - price was competitive, build quality excellent --- thanks guys!

Knowledge friendly staff. Great pricing and warranty on tint for my new car. They worked with me on scheduling and quick turnaround. Car looks sharp and attention to detail was spot on. Will come back to have more upgrades done. Highly recommended.

Been a customer for several years and always happy with the level of service and quality of product I have installed there.Sean is especially great about understanding what I need and proving me with the right option for my application without leaving me feeling oversold on something I don't really need. However, I was really happy he recommended I step up to a dual (front and rear) camera system for our primary car and it actually saved us a MASSIVE hassle with insurance last year when we were rear ended.Long overdue 6 star review and from a customer for life!

I replaced the factory speakers in my Highlander. It wasn't cheap but great sound never is. They did a good job with the installation and I was stoked driving down the road. Four or five months later, one of the speakers started to make a buzzing noise. As most cases, when you bring a car problem to a mechanic, the problem doesn't show itself. They scheduled an appointment and replaced the speaker. That was over a year ago and my car stereo sounds great.

Had my windows tinted at sounds fast and they were very fast, professional and helpful!! Highly recommend sounds fast for window tinting. My son also had them install a radio in his Avalon and again the service speed and professionalism was top notch

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Sean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me decide which tint of windows would work best for me. The pricing was fair. The quality of work was superb and the job was done very quickly.I have nothing but positive reviews for Sounds Fast, for both quality work and a very professional and knowledgeable staff. They will not disappoint.

I had the front windows tinted on my Subaru Crosstrek to match the rear window tint. Folks did a stellar job and I loved the reminder sticker across the window controls to not roll down for 3-5 days. Fantastic customer service and also received a follow up call to ensure satisfaction. While I waited it was a quick stroll over to Boneyard Brewing for a beer and lunch. Received a discount from the brewery given patronage to Sounds Fast...so, be sure to mention that. I've had windows tinted by competitors in the past, on three rigs. I'll never go anywhere else. Top notch service and super happy about the outcome. Great folks and great experience.

I needed a new unit for my Sprinter for radio, Bluetooth, Spotify, etc. and Sounds Fast was my first (and last) stop. The rep showed me the different options and got me set up with what I needed. They happened to have a cancellation that day, so the install got underway right away. A few issues came up .the old install was not great, so they needed to upgrade some wiring and a module. They called 3 different times to explain the situation, ask me what I wanted to do and kept me in the loop. I really appreciated the clear communication. The job ran a little long, so they called to see if they could keep it overnight. I have no doubt they would have worked late to get it done though, had I wanted that. Bottom line: good product, good price, good communication, good team over at Sounds Fast. Would highly recommend them.Bob WBend

Super honest staff. I have a Lexus with a blown speakers...they were able to replace the entire system for less than the price of one speaker. They told me I SHOULD call Lexus Service before scheduling with them. Great install, on time and they sound great. Highly recommended.

This crew indeed lives up to their Sounds Fast name! Minus first calling ahead to get on their work schedule, I merely showed up. Had just meant to ask for ideas as to why our camper-van's entertainment system suddenly sounded awful. Manager Sean kindly allowed me to leave the van there so they could check it out when time permitted. I had returned home for only a couple hours when he phoned to say I could come pick up the vehicle! Not only was the issue I'd described properly fixed, they also found another problem I was unaware of and remedied that, too. Now our camper-van's surround-sound is better than ever, making long road-trips a pleasure. Your friendly efficiency is very appreciated, guys!

The staff was nice! One even offered to give me a ride so that I could get to an appointment. The store is clean and nice. Even the bathroom sparkles. The downside: originally I was told three hours for an install and I waited at the store 6 hours after my drop off time. Be prepared to wait and to be shined on when you ask for a time estimate. Had the staff been forthcoming when I placed my deposit I could have made plans to have someone pick me up. Advice to the staff: Give your customers a reasonable time and cost estimate so they can make plans and budget prior to the appointment. Next, I was told 249 for the basic install then I was charged an additional $35.00 and $75.00 for another charge. They did deduct the 35.00 fee as requested. Be forthcoming let the customer know the truth about hidden charges. Let them know that the basic install is 249.00 plus a $20.00 fee in the fine print then on top of the fine print there may be additional charges. In summary: Customers be aware of additional fees, get a quote or estimate in writing prior to install, and take a computer or book with you so that you can catch up on work. There is a comfortable waiting area and Wifi.

Great service everything. Called to get windows tinted and was able to get an appointment within 5 days! Got my other cars windows tinted 4 years again. Have not had any issues. Great customer service on the phone and in person.

I wrote a review of this company on my blog, after an awesome experience with them. Bottom line: Very friendly and professional. Knowledgeable on products, found a solution for my car that nobody else in town could find. Beautiful custom install job. Under budget and on time. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

These guys are great. Here's the story. I bought a stereo and from a big box store and had it installed through them. The next morning I realize they screwed it up and didn't hook the heater cables up so my heater and ac didn't work at all. Not fun for fall time in the PNW. I had planned to go back to people that installed it but they didn't open till 10. I saw that Sounds Fast was open so I just went by to see what they thought. After talking to them I just decided to have them fix it, they squeezed me in, fixed it in an hour and I was on my way. Great customer service and high quality work in a timely manner. I'll definitely be back.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received today at sounds fast, .they did everything in their power to make sure I would get the right back up camera and Stereo system. I honestly can say that will be doing business with them again. They really know how to take of their customers, so sounds fast team thank you for everything, I love the backup camera thank you for taking the time to show me how the new system worked, you made my day,

Didn't actually buy anything, but they were super nice and helpful. When i told them i would have money the next day, they held the item i thought i was going to need, and wound up not needing it. They offered solid advice and helped me work out what i actually needed, the speakers fit so much better now and the rattle that my door was making went away. Would totally reccomend this place to people who chase high quality audio like i do.

I've recently had my car here 2 times and my moms car here once. I purchased a ceramic window tint and automatic car starter, then did an automatic car starter for my moms car as well. All 3 of these services went 10 times better then I expected. I am very picky with my car and they couldn't have done a better job. The front desk manager Sean is great and has a ton of knowledge. I will be back for more services soon!
