I have been to all the CO installers and while Sargent s does not look like much, their service and value is the absolute best. They were recommended to me years ago and I now recommend them all the time. They have done about 9 installs for me: Porsche, EV, trucks, cars I trust them with anything and they have installed CarPlay stereos, Bluetooth e stereos, backup cameras, and even a dash camera. My favorite was a big screen CarPlay stereo for my daughter s car it really gets noticed! I also really like the installer great guy.

Good service but a little more expensive than bigger stores. I had a couple pieces of gear installed with only one hiccup. A couple weeks after the install a wire burned in half because it was places too close to the engine block and melted. They fixed it free of charge and all is good now. I was able to get same day install which was great.

If you want a spiffy salesman and a sparkling showroom, go elsewhere. If you want the most knowledgeable guys and best prices in town, go here.When I explained my needs to another shop they tried to tell me I needed to replace all my speakers, and didn't even know how to finish the project. These guys knew exactly what to do, and did it for 1/2 the cost.I had such a positive experience I'm considering replacing the stereo in another one of my vehicles even though it doesn't really need it.

We have used Sargent s several times in the past for multiple vehicles, and again today to get a new stereo for my son s first car. We ve always been very pleased with their services. Great prices and amazing customer service! Rick goes above and beyond what would be expected. We will definitely continue to use Sargent s for any future needs. Thank you Rick!

I shopped around and was not very happy with other local shops. This was my first big stereo system purchase I wanted big sound on a budget and I got exactly what I wanted even though I didn't know much about new equipment. I can go in anytime for any questions and get excellent answers along with up grading options at more than fair prices. Totally happy with my system and the install......

Mike was extremely helpful with everything, and even helped me fix a rattle problem after a sub installation for free.Was clear and upfront about the price, which was far cheaper than competitors. Installation is quality and I'm extremely satisfied with his work.Go here.

Wanna start by saying thank you to Mike!! From the moment I walked in I knew they knew what they were doing. No run around. It was 'these are your options I recommend based on what I've seen and what's worked the best in the past. You can up or downgrade to your needs/price point, however.' But in a super friendly and knowledgeable manner. No fuss upgrades Iike to call it. Fast, easy, inexpensive and a pleasure all around. I WILL be going here strictly from now on. He programmed my diesel remote start so there was a needed delay so the glow plugs have time to heat up on cold mornings.

I don't generally write reviews but on this occasion I felt compelled because the review at "mike.boyce.161" appears to be so inaccurate.The deck in my Pathfinder cratered after several years of service. I contacted my Nissan dealer and was quoted an approximate 400.00 charge for a trade/install of a reconditioned unit. Plus a two to three week wait. To their credit Nissan suggested I could do better with a local stereo dealer. I did an internet search and came across the "boyce" review. Almost crossed Sargent's off my list, but after checking with two other Bend dealers decided to be thorough and see for myself.Unlike "boyce" I'd give Sargent's five stars. Maybe because I was dealing with the owner? In any case, both he and his installer were excellent. Knowledgeable. Personable. And...I got my replacement, including installation, for 150.00 less than my best local quote and in one hour with no appointment.I've had Pioneer products in other vehicles I've owned, but I was still quite surprised at the improvement in both the receiver reception and the quality of the CD sound in my new unit.I'd have to guess "mike.boyce.161" was having a bad day maybe several bad days before writing his review.

Professional staff, electronics God's! I've had 5-6 stereo installations done in previous vehicles, also took family members vehicles in get stereo done as gift. Competitive prices, professional installations!

I got to store 5 minutes before they closed and doors were locked. Workers in back so I asked to buy something real quick and was told they would not open for me and would have to come back another day. I'll NEVER go there again.

I went to several different stereo shops in Bend Sergeant stereo had the best customer service of all of them they know their products they are not pushy and his prices are very reasonable I will continue to go there for my other vehicles and I do recommend it two others

The person I spoke to was completely close to what I was saying insisted that the deck I bought had to have come with the cage even know I had it with me in front of me and it didn't was not even willing to entertain the idea that he could possibly saw me a cage or trim plate to install a stereo myself horrible experience I will never call these people again

Need to update products on display board for customers, and need to clean the showroom up, prices are still great on equipment tho.
