The fresh water drain on our new Class B RV was not easily accessible. It was located under the van in the center behind the rear axle. To resolve the problem the drain needed to have an extension. So I got on the phone and called a number of repair shops. Some were booked for weeks others for months. One of the places I called suggested I call RV Outfitters. I called on Saturday, because Google listed them as being open. I got voice mail and left a message. Early Monday, I got a call back from Jim Sizemore. He said they could do the work the following Wednesday.I met with Jim, Wednesday. His first idea was to install a solenoid with a remote switch in the van to drain the water. I liked the idea but thought it was overkill. I showed him a photo of the area where the drain is located. My thought was that it would be best to add the extension from the drain to the back of the van. He agreed.I told him I needed the van the by the end of the day. Around 2:30 that afternoon Jim called and said the job was done. He did a great job installing the extension, solidly connected to the van with a nice spigot. I was very happy with the process from start to finish.

We recently had our floors replaced as well as several other upgrades to our 2005 Beaver Monterey. The work they did was top notch. Jim was very easy to work with. He gave me a detailed list as well as costs for the work I was asking to be performed. He did everything he said he was going to do on a very timely basis. I would not hesitate to have him work on my rig in the future. They are truly a first rate shop.

Quality work, period. We ve had several projects completed by RV Outfitters, recommended by friends that had way more extensive interior modifications and were very happy. Highly recommend, talk to Jim Sizemore. You won t regret it.

I have had work done at RV Outfitters on four vintage Airstreams, and every time, the guys are so skilled, professional, efficient, communicative and friendly! I have brought in some very tricky trailers, and they are able to address any problem I roll into the shop. I highly, highly recommend this business for any RV needs, from small repairs and upgrades to total renovations- the fellas at RV Outfitters are amazing RV experts.

The work that RV Outfitters has done on my 2016 4x4 Sprinter has been excellent. Jim has done an excellent job of taking the time to understand my goals and design for the van and turning my ideas into reality. I will continue to use them to create my perfect adventure rig.

We had Jim at RV Outfitters install MCD shades and replace the carpeting on our Allegro Bus. Flawless is a tough level to reach, but I have yet to find any flaws with his work. He was very easy to work with..

Very accomodating. They worked us into their work schedule with only a few days notice. They repaired our interior cosmetic damage to like new.

The cabinet's falling down. The felt they used is falling off. Over $1500 I have a video but they're not letting them be loaded.
