Customer service was very good and they did a great job repairing my audi. Paint match looks very good, and all the panels line up very nicely. I did have to return because a part of my door had popped out and it got missed when it was put back together. It was a but sneaky of a panel. I brought it back and they promptly got it fixed for me. Overall good experience, and it took less than a week for me personally to get my vehicle back.

My 4Runner got a little kiss to the rear end right before Christmas. After dealing with all the insurance side of things, we chose to take the 4Runner to Professional Auto Body South! We are new to Central Oregon, and so are still unfamiliar with a lot out here, but after receiving my vehicle back today, I know we chose the BEST place around!Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the rear quarter panel in a timely manner ( Winter Storm hit in the midst of this), you would never know the 4Runner was hit. They were very professional, kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, and despite the weather we had, they continued to get her done in a super reasonable amount of time!

Professional Autobody South has done an amazing job with repairs needed to my 4Runner! I honestly had my expectations exceeded every time. They are extremely professional, communicate well and the job they do is impeccable. I ve had my truck with them twice this year with unfortunate damage done by other parties and they ve made my truck look just like new. You have a customer for life! Thanks again!

You did a great job considering the length of time you had to wait to get the bumper part you needed to fix our Kia ! Over the years when I have ad to bring my car or Pick - up truck into your place to have body work done , you have done exceptional work on our rigs ! Would highly recommend! you in the future to family or friends for work on their vehicle

We were forced there by the insurance of the drunk driver who hit us. They said a couple of employees were no longer with them. Lame excuse for low quality work.

Do not use this shop. It is a scam. They put a bumper on my Nissan Versa that literally started falling off the car after two weeks. They said it got hit after they put it on, and that I'd have to pay for the reatatchment. But it didn't get hit. There were no visible marks on the bumper, just sloppy work. I had to pay an additional $90 to get them to fix their own bad workmanship.

I took my new Subaru Outback in to repair the roof top & replace the antenna that I had accidentally knocked off by the garage door that was not all the way up when I pulled out.They did a fantastic job & Scott was very professional & helpful during the process which was more involved because I was contesting a previous repair by the dealer for the same thing.I couldn t be more pleased with the staff that I dealt with & the work of the technician/s.My car looks new again. It had also been washed & cleaned.

Friendly, professional service. I've taken two cars in here now and the work done was great. They also left my care nice and clean afterwards. Hoping I don't need more body work any time soon, but if I do I'll be back.

Matt and the crew at Professional Auto Body South exceeded my expectations in every way. My vehicle was repaired quickly and with meticulous attention to detail. Even got it back a day early! Hopefully I won t have to have any more bodywork done but if I do, I ll return to Professional Auto Body South.

I would NEVER recommend Professional Auto Body to anyone! Their inability to even come close to meeting a completion date is as bad as their ability to care about it. After pushing my completion date twice I was ASSURED my vehicle would be ready on a certain date. But it was not and all I received was some attitude and useless excuses. Never again.

Scott and the team are aces! Never thought I'd say I have a favorite body shop, but I now have a favorite body shop. Can't wait for my next fender-bender! Like I always say, drive fast and you'll spend less time on the road!

Great quality work. I have had two newer vehicles have body damage, one really bad, and both look brand new after the repairs! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for body repair. Also, they stand by there work 100%.
