5/5 stars, wish I could rate more but this auto body repair is spectacular! Kyler did an excellent job helping me all the way through with getting an estimate, an appointment, to having my car looking new! The process didn t take longer then a week, but with the detail and how the car looks was surprised it didn t take longer.If I ever have damage on my car again I will always come back to this place! 1. did not get vehicle done in timely manner, or when they said it would be definitively done on 3 different occasions2. unprofessional customer service3. did not call owner when timeline for vehicle to be fixed was extended, instead owner had to call first to get update on vehicle on the date the auto-shop said it would be done*I'm aware there is a high demand for body and paint work but these need to change in your business**written for a friend who was a customer at Collision, note friend writing review got body work done by rival shop a month ago in Bend and there WAS clear communication and timeliness to get vehicle repaired*

My son s new Subaru crosstrek was rear ended with quite a bit of damage. We just picked up the car and it looks absolutely perfect! We worked with Garyn and he was super communicative and reassured me that my son s car would look like new again. He was absolutely correct! We can t thank Premier Auto Body enough for their excellent customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Take this review serious. This shop doesn t have nearly the professionalism or competency that other shops in town do. They took four months longer than it should ve taken. Poor communication and a facility that isn t adequate make for a bad shop. Avoid at all costs.

I was a client of the previous owner JR s Body & Paint and always happy with their work. It was so nice to be equally as happy with Premier. They did an excellent job overall! The repair looks like new, they washed the car inside and out and delivered it to me. On top of that they were pleasant to work with and communicated about time lines.I ll definitely use their services again.Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I needed some body work done on my subaru. i received several quotes and this company gave me the lowest one. I was surprised, because they had been recommended to me by several friends. The staff were courteous and professional; my car looks terrific. I asked about some superficial scratches when I picked up my car - caused by my dog wanting in - and the manager buffed them out at no charge while we waited. I highly recommend this company!

From the time I made my appointment for them to fix a small dent/scratch, it s been excellent service! My door looks great and not only that, but they cleaned my car inside and out.I couldn t have asked for better service. We just had what I would describe as the best auto repair experience of our lives and we have had a lot of them in our lifetimes. First of all, my wife took the lead on this project and they treated her with the respect she deserves. Not like so many car related businesses that tend to talk down to women. And even though it took a while to get our Jeep Cherokee into the shop, they are busy due to the good work they do, they were ready when we delivered it for repair. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company including lining up the car rental for us. And best of all, when they ran into an issue with timing on the completion, they handled it professionally and were able to resolve it in time to meet a deadline that we had for a trip.Of course , that is the behind the scenes details, it's the finished product that truly made us smile. They not only made the repair match the existing body work perfectly, but they presented it to us washed and looking like it did when it was new.Thanks so much to the team at Premier Auto Body & Paint, you get our highest recommendation.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service ! The best I have ever received in fact after getting screwed over by Professional auto body repair these guys went the extra mile to make sure my car was perfect! like I said after bringing it to professional autobody a place that had a better reputation actually did not live up to their reputation at all they did a terrible job in every category but these guys at Premier wow excellent service top-notch customer service and communication and excellent work on my vehicle ! Crew members do super good detailed work, are very friendly and appear to go above and beyond expectations. They didn't steal any of my things left in my car! Also they personally provided me a ride from the other car rental shop, when they weren't required to. Helped me with a few other car related things as well. The before and after photos were near perfect afterwards, much better than before, like new quality.

My entire experience with Premier Auto Body & Paint was stress-free from start to finish. After my Toyota RAV4 was involved in a rear-end collision, I met with Kyler to get an estimate. They were able to get my vehicle in sooner than expected and communicated with me every step of the way. In addition to providing quality customer service, they also made my vehicle look brand new! My car got the front bumper wrecked. I pulled up and they instantly got to work and fixed my front bumper dragging in less than an hour, and i was on the road again. Extremely friendly, professional. And amazing service. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Really appreciate the service, the work, and the communication.I worked with Garyn primarily, but all the employees there felt super friendly. They got the job done quickly especially in this age of covid, and communicated exceptionally well when some delays outside of their control came up.Thank you all for doin it right.

I unfortunately hit a deer on Hwy 20 just outside of Sisters. From my initial call with Shawn to picking up my car, the team @ Premier was a joy to work with. Car was repaired on time and Shawn kept me up posted every step of the way. Car looks great.
