Highly recommend this place! Very honest prices, fantastic customer service and the fact they offer you a rental car for no charge while they have yours is unheard of and amazing! I live in Redmond and work in Bend so it s very hard to be without a vehicle for even one day so it was VERY helpful having a loaner car from them to drive until they finished my car. I have referred multiple friends here and they were very satisfied and happy as well! I will always choose Peak Euro for all of my oil changes and future services.

Very good experience overall. Brett up front was professional and communicative, the technicians did a great job fixing the problems, and in general I got a good feeling of honesty and competency from Peak Euro. I will be back when my '99 Audi A4 needs some more work. Thanks team, A+

Excellent shop to have your Volkswagen worked on. friendly staff and personnel. Definitely highly recommend this establishment, they address other issues that are going on with your car which is really nice. Definitely a thumbs up five star business.

Peak Euro performed a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) for a BMW that I was considering to buy in Bend. They provided a very comprehensive report, which classified issues by severity and urgency. I also asked more general questions related to the ownership of a high performance car and Peak Euro provided me with lots of great information and perspective. Finally, their customer service is top notch. Peak Euro was great!

Peak Euro has serviced a couple of our vehicles and I have been very pleased with the attention they give as well as the quality and timeliness of their service. Excellent Mercedes knowledge. I have an old Volkswagen Beetle! Peak Euro went above and beyond to diagnose and identify its current problems. Very time consuming! They delivered the car to me which I really appreciated. My car is running, on its last legs and running.Many thanks to Bret for his excellent communication and consistent updates. Great place to take your BMW! This shop was recommended to me by someone with an Audi Q7. Their work is quality and their customer service outstanding and pricing is the best in town. I'm 32 years a BMW owner this is my shop and our Mercedes will be coming here too. Thank you!

One of the best European auto repair shops around. Been taking my 2013 VW to them for about a year and a half now. They are quick, friendly, reliable, and honest. Love the fact that you can take out a complimentary loaner car or use the shuttle service they offer. Will always bring my car to them while living in Bend.

With a 6 y/o Audi that only had 14K miles, I was looking for reputable service dealer that wouldn't cost me Audi's 60K recommended maintenance. Peak Euro met that requirement easily and efficiently. Think I just found an other than Audi dealer service center!

Our car broke down in Bend. After a week at the dealer, we were told that it'd be a week before they could even look at it. Peak Euro was recommended as an alternative. Bret at Peak Euro was helpful from the beginning. Our car was towed to their shop, and an extensive repair was quickly diagnosed. A couple of weeks was anticipated to fit it in and get the head rebuilt off-site. Bret kept us informed throughout and helped us through our needed long-distance repair. We're appreciative of the work done and the customer service provided- Thank!

Purchased a used car which had been last serviced by Peak Euro. They were able to give me the details of the inspections they had and were also very helpful in giving me an honest assessment and options for issues I am currently having. I've not yet had them do any work on my vehicles, but they were very pleasant and accommodating to work with.

After years of searching, I have FINALLY found The Place I can sincerely trust for all of my mechanical needs for Black Beauty. She's a Mercedes Benz ML 350 with 210K+ miles and officially running like a champ now! What started out as an oil change and inspection, then miscommunication - led to a Real and Rare customer service journey that I am forever grateful for. Jacob and John went above and beyond to ensure all of my own concerns, as well as theirs, were not only addressed, but taken fully care of. For Me they proved to be transparent, thorough, experienced, and caring about my car, my safety, and the work they provide. They even shared pictures of the work being done - mechanical wizardry that fixed my years endured sway bar wobble from a rusted out bolt for good. Jacob is the absolute best, he's the manager for a reason and they're Lucky to have him. Peak Euro and their team are straight up legit, stuck with Us for life!! Peak Euro is quite simply, hands down, one of the best auto repair businesses I ve ever dealt with. Short of minor, uncontrollable, hiccups (delayed or wrong parts delivered) - customer service and quality of repair were second to none. Exceedingly kind and attentive staff is an understatement!! Always clear, honest and forthcoming when explaining concerns, challenges, repair process and costs. They had my Sprinter van axle repaired and me on my way as soon as humanly possible.Service: Wheel alignment

Excellent customer service (very attentive / communicative), fair pricing (installed some active market bits that I had bought at no extra charge) and took care of my son's car while I was in Costa Rica. I have had my 2010 Audi Q5 serviced here quite a few times! They have taken care of some major services for me and they are thorough and take very good care of my car. I would highly recommend peak euro For all of your German car needs! I m grateful to have a mechanic I can trust!

We have had excellent experiences with Peak Euro. We have three vehicles they currently maintain and repair as necessary. This includes a recent interfacing with a secondary market warranty company on a major repair to our Porsche Macan. Steven went above and beyond to document our warranty claim and worked in our best interest to obtain an appropriate settlement.Ryan Patrick

Had our car for over a week, had to ask more than once what the status was only to get a laundry list of items they suggested repairing at a premium rate. Took the car to another shop ultimately and were told Peak Euro completely misdiagnosed the biggest issue. It saved us a TON of money and was fixed appropriately. I cannot recommend Peak Euro unfortunately

A great place to bring your car. The staff are friendly, good open communication from all, and will work you in with a significant problem. So much better than having to go to the mini dealer in Portland!

I had a radiator coolant leaking with my Volkswagen. Peak Euro replace a new radiator the second day with a good price and better warranty than the dealership. They also provided very convenient shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Since I had limited time in the area, they were very accommodating and able to get me in for service due on my 2017 Audi Q5. They also inspected and readjusted my tire pressure after I experienced a low pressure warning. The staff were friendly, professional and engendered trust. The waiting area was comfortable and I was even offered a ride into Town if needed. The work needed was explained completely, performed quickly and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will only use Peak Euro for my Q5 from now on and recommend them highly. All prior service had been done at an Audi dealership and my Peak Euro experience was much better on every level. Their 5 star rating is richly deserved!I recently had my Q5 serviced again and experienced the same quality work and friendly service as on prior occasions. My wife and I were given a ride to a restaurant in Bend to meet friends for breakfast and the drive there could not have been more pleasant. We both felt as if we were riding with a dear friend. We raved to our friends at breakfast about Peak Euro and they plan to use them in the future. Our Q5 work was completed quickly (with a call while we were still at breakfast) and the price was incredibly reasonable, especially compared to dealer costs. Within 2 days I received a text asking if I was pleased with the performance of the car and a week later I received a phone call asking again how the car was performing. Being the third owner and 112,000 miles Peak Euro was very thorough in finding a coolant leak and repairing it and also finding other neglected maintenance and making the repairs to bring the auto maintenance up to date and putting my confidence in the car performing well and safe.

Great service! They asked for my VIN beforehand to make the check-in seamless. Offered a ride back to my house. Clean lobby with complimentary beverages. Just an overall professional experience.

Really upset given there nice people they are truly a rip off I took my Volkswagen in for a full inspection and got a list of problems with my vehicle one being my control are bushings they wanted to charge me $1095 to replace them it s took my mechanic less then two hours to fix and the parts came to $114 so please tell me why they charge over double to replace such a simple part then any other mechanic. They also told me my flex joint was cracking and wanted to charge 1330 for that work well when my mechanic pulled it my flex joint wasn t cracked at all so who s flex joint did they show me a picture of..? Because it sure wasn t mine. They wanted to charge 147 to diagnose my check engine light? I can go to orileys or anywhere and have the codes pulled for free and they will even tell you what the codes are for no orileys aren t mechanics but i garuntee you that s exactly what peak euro would do too FOR 147$ and the list goes on as a young female im use to mechanic trying to take advantage in thinking I don t know any better it s sad people are like this and im extremely upset that once again a mechanic shop was like this I learned the hard way once and will only take my car to AUTO CLINIC here in bend they have proven themselves to be honest great mechanics and I ve taken all my cars there for years. If it s a mistake or something missed on there end they will admit to it and fix it for free they have always gotten my car in and fixed quick i cannot stress enough how great they are and anyone I have referred there will tell you the same! There are still some honest great people out there unfortunately with my experience peak euro is not it at all.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
