The guys at PNW Truck have always been great to work with, honest, quick and knowledgeable. They ve done many repairs and upgrades to my 6.7L Cummins over the years and I ll keep going back to them.

Great shop to work with. We lost a turbo in our truck and they got us taken care of asap to keep the truck on the road. Great service, this is the only shop that we ll let work on it trucks.

I can t say enough good things about these guys! My family and I were stranded in Bend for 3 days with a blizzard trying to get a fuel line fixed. I was able to get the part but it was well below 0 and I wanted my truck to warm up in a shop while the part was installed since it was plastic and afraid of it breaking which would of left us stranded again. They helped me get a decent priced tow, brought my truck right in, took me to get the part since my truck was broke, put a trickle charge on it for me since it had been sitting for 3 days in below 0 cold. Cleaned all the fuel leak up. $100 my family and I was back on the road! Great group of guys who helped us immensely!!

On the way down for Spring Break with my family and had a DEF fault pop up that would have left us high and dry. Dealer stated they were months out from being able to make an appointment, called Pacific Northwest Trucks and Off-Road and was immediately taken care of. These guys are the real deal and treated us like family. Can't recommend them enough.

Josh at Pacific Northwest Truck & Off-road has helped me twice with quickly getting my 2019 F250 in for diagnosis and repair when the Ford dealership service was quoting me 2 months to get an appointment. Even under warranty, I had PNW repair the issues and I was back on the road exactly when they indicated (in days, not longer). Josh recommended some additional preventative maintenance that had not been brought up in my recent dealer services in another locale. Both times I brought my vehicle to PNW, I could see local businesses were relying on them to keep work trucks in top form. Furthermore, a wide range of personal heavy-duty pickups were being serviced. I will be scheduling my routine maintenance (and repairs if needed) with PNW in the future, happily supporting this stand-up, local business and recommend them wholeheartedly to others.

My 2011 F350 diesel defaulted to limp mode in single digit weather. The PNW crew got my pick-up in and out in a very short time, when they were very busy. I really appreciate their effort to get me back on the road.

Excellent service! My 08 F250 was developing a little bit of play in the steering, just enough to add a bit of stress to an upcoming road trip. The improvement was dramatic. They also found and fixed a developing problem which would have caused a major breakdown on the trip as well as a couple of minor issues. Their service was timely and their communication clear. My son had recommended them and I am glad he did.Update 9/26/23: After two 2000 mile road trips everything is still great, including at Idaho s 80 mph speed limit. Also when the generic engine warning light came on in Southern California, with the help of a free computer check at Auto Zone they determined that the thermostat problem could wait until my return and took care of it then. Still VERY pleased.

Great owner/operator shop. These guys know their stuff. We had a potential trip ending issue and they got us in, diagnosed, made minor repairs and go us back on the trail. If I were regularly in the area they d get all my business.

These guys are awesome to work with! I ve worked at a lot of dealerships, I handle servicing a fleet of diesel trucks and these guys do a killer job. Very honest and very easy to work with. You can tell this shop is run by professionals that are also enthusiasts. Not to mention very reasonable with price. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a truck bed from Chad and it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had from a business. I told him that I didn t need any help with the bed installation but he still went out of his way to help.He met up in the early morning with me, used a forklift to lift the bed, brought out his own power tools, and even gave me extra parts/bolts that I needed. He ended up doing most of the work which I did not expect.Overall, I would highly recommend this business. Chad is a great guy and I was very surprised with him and the business s genuine care for the customer. It s not something you see much of now a days.

We were traveling thru and noticed an oil leak on our 2022 GMC pickup. Called Chevy dealer. No openings at all. Googled this place and with a diesel decided to call and see if they could give it a look. Got us right in and figured out what was up immediately and we had them change the oil. Now we are on our way. Thank you so much! Great service and very knowledgeable professionals. Got a truck? JUST GO HERE!

I have owned only trucks since 1984 and have been to just about every truck mechanic in Bend, Oregon over the last 30 years. I got referred to this shop from another mechanic I have grown to trust and respect. I was very impressed with the knowledge base these guys had and they were super with their communication regarding my services and timely with the information so we could get back on the road. Sometimes, you find one of those shops where the hometown guys treat you better and find the things the bigger shops don't. I'd highly recommend these guys for your truck!

EXCELLENT Customer Service!These guys were GREAT! My Truck runs awesome and the bill was just what they said it would be. The work was completed on schedule. Spent about 2 months with these guys, for a turbo replacement and a suspension setup. Truck still throws codes after stopping by 10 times after. The guys here ordered and installed parts I never approved nor was consulted on, would have expected a phone call or consultation on the suspension products they ordered. Invoice did not include line items of parts just a round total amount, take that as you will. Each step was a headache with a return trip to the shop, like they never test drove my truck after they did the turbo swap.After over 2 months working with them I gave up and took my truck somewhere else to fix all of the issues they caused. If you are looking for someone to build truck I would look elsewhere.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

If you need any work done to you diesel theses are your guys! They do excellent, clean, solid work. Best diesel shop in bend hands down. I won't take my truck anywhere else but these guys. Friendly staff, can't praise the work they do enough, on time and always done right.

I ve taken my truck and work vehicles to Chad and Tony since they opened up shop and I have never had any issues or inconveniences and I trust them with any vehicle I drop off. They do great work and have outstanding communication with customers. These guys are awesome. Down to earth, love diesel trucks, and are super knowledgeable. They have worked on 5 of our company rigs and let us know possible concerns and helped us keep an eye and updated parts as needed. Our latest repair was a raptor lift pump - knowing we needed it because they put an indicator light in the dash to let us know if the pump was kicking out too little psi. As a diesel enthusiast, I highly recommend them, and enjoy seeing the other projects they are working on. You can t go wrong with these two long time Bend locals!

Can t say enough about how helpful this group was. I wish every service experience I had in life could be like this one. I ran in to Chad by some happy accident after I was in a collision and he literally SAVED MY VACATION. I live out of town and was passing through for breakfast. No body shops open, no rental cars available, I thought all was lost. These guys took time out of their Sunday to help me out. I don t have a diesel truck to bring to these guys for service but if I could bring them something to work on for the rest of my life I absolutely would. Thank you Chad , Tony, and the rest of the staff. You all are a blessing!
