This dealership is a class act that is owned by people of the highest level of integrity! As a former auto industry executive, I have no patience for most dealerships. However, I discovered a customer centric approach by the owners of Outland Motors, Bill and Helen. They answered all our questions and connected us to a great finance rate with a fast approval and processing. Start to finish was about two hours, from arrival, to out-the-door... including my 30 minute test drive, appraisal of trade, finance, wheel swap and more. I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

Excellent customer service from the team at Outland. Cool cars available to purchase, and an awesome service team that is passionate about the cars they re working on. I had the pleasure of meeting Virgil after hours to pick up a car purchased online sight unseen to drive 6 hours home. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. The car was a pleasure to drive.Thanks again to the team at Outland for a seamless experience.

I came to Outland Motors hoping they could help me find a specific Range Rover - an L322 model, supercharged, in my preferred spec and cooler combo. From our first conversation, Ellen gave me the confidence that they had an incredible amount of knowledge about what to look for, common issues, and just knew their way around these sometimes issue-prone vehicles. After also talking with Bill, I started the special order process. Bill kept me well updated through all this, and ultimately found the perfect Range Rover for me, far exceeding my expectations. This was the nicest L322 Range Rover I d ever seen, looking like a new car and clearly well looked after through its life.Bill s attention to detail, knowledge, and understanding of what I was looking for, meant I could absolutely trust Outland through this process. The car was mechanically checked over, serviced and detailed beautifully before I came for the final check and purchase. Nothing was hidden, and there was complete transparency about blemishes and potential minor issues they had found or fixed.Working with Outland completely changed my view on buying through car dealers - every step was an absolute joy, and they truly made buying a car a great experience. I waited a couple of weeks to write this, and I wouldn t hesitate to go back to Outland again (in fact I absolutely will for any future car purchases).Huge thank you to Bill, Ellen, Jordan and the Outland crew!

The Mitcheners always communicate clearly and honestly, and go out of their way to be sure I understand exactly what is needed to maintain my car. I love how they include their mechanics in conversations with the customers - it allows me to develop and relationship with the person that is actually working on the car. It's not usually enjoyable to spend money on car repairs, but Outland comes closer than anywhere else I've been.

Bill, Allison and Ellen was great to work with. When purchasing a used Land Rover you MUST be careful about service history. I went against their advice and purchased private party. The truck checked out for the most part, but it was apparent that a non-rover mechanic had worked on the vehicle. I drove it back up to Bend and got things sorted out by Outland Motor's technician. Communication is second to none. They have a very honest approach to what the truck needed or did not need which was great. Rates were very competitive as well! If you are seeking a pre-owned Land Rover product this is the ONLY stop in Central Oregon. Highly recommended.

Outland was great to work with! I just needed my F-250 serviced for its 100k mile service. Ellen was super quick to get back to me and got a super detailed quote within two days. It's easy to pick and choose what services you want to do or not do and never got pressured to do anything I didn't feel necessary, which made it easy to get it done within our budget. Joseph did the work on my pickup and did a great job! Highly recommend Outland motors!

I would highly recommend Outland Motors. We have taken our older Land Rover there a number of times. They have always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. I also appreciate them thinking outside of the box for repair options.

Outland Motors was probably the best experience I have had with a dealership and repair shop. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all. Their communication, follow through, quality of work, pricing, etc. was exactly what you hope for. Ellen and her team were 100% honest, detailed and were willing to work with us outside of normal shop hours to accommodate us coming from out of town. If you are looking for a great experience, where you walk away feeling good about the transaction, I would start with Outland Motors!

This is my third Land Rover purchased from Outland Motors and I can honestly say, I have never been treated better or more fairly purchasing a vehicle. The entire team here is fantastic. Total transparency and honesty. There is no reason to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. You can trust Bill, Ellen and Justin!

Bill and Ellen are fantastic! Easily the best experience we ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. They have a great selection of vehicles that are fairly priced. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They made us feel welcomed the minute we walked in the door... even with are rambunctious toddler joining us! Next time you re in the market for a vehicle, make sure Outland Motors is your first stop!

My wife and I just purchased a Land Rover from Bill sight unseen and had it delivered. Not something I've ever done before but after having talked with Bill it was clear that he knew what he was doing and that gave us great confidence. No pressure, just facts and the information we needed. We love the car and the experience of purchasing it was great so it was a double win. Definitely recommend.

Outland Motors is the only place to bring your Range Rover for service. Their customer service mindset is what we all wish every car dealership would have but don t. We take our 2016 and 2020 Rovers there and always receive the best service at competitive prices.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Outland Motors. First of all I made a phone call and I spoke to Ellen who was absolutely wonderful and so friendly on the phone. I love that she was really upfront about the Range Rover I was originally calling about and said they re was a lot of interest etc. I still had to do an app, credit and all that stuff. When I looked again, a few days later, it was already sold. I guess it worked out perfect because when I called back she had another Range Rover that I knew I d like. She ran my credit, I called back and spoke to Bill, the owner, who was also really really nice. I told him a few things that I had to do first, he said that he would hold the car for me and he actually did. This dealership is a husband and wife team that run it together and I cannot tell you how easy they made the process and how fun they both were to deal with. I have never been so impressed with a company like I am with them. I had called around a few companies for Insurance. and Ellen ended up getting all the paperwork for my insurance and handling DMV and just doing way more than any other company has ever done that I ve purchased through. They aren t pushy and they are truly people of their word. They could ve sold the Range Rover that they were holding for me probably to three other people but they held it for me. I really appreciate that. I will tell you, you totally would not ever be disappointed with the service that they have...they are the real deal ! And they have a full service department which is great for when I need my car serviced. Thank you to you Bill, and especially your better half Ellen. Lol.

After a terrible experience at another dealer purchasing my last vehicle, I was apprehensive about another vehicle purchase; however, I cannot say say enough good things about our experience at Outland Motors. Bill is professional, excellent with communicating, and making the process seamless. They also made the loan process painless and found the best rate for us. I would highly recommend Outland Motors to anyone else and look forward to continue to do business with them.

The service provided from Outland Motors truly is one of a kind, their extremely professional team went out of their way to assist me in inspecting and trouble shooting the problems I was facing with my 2003 Land Rover. Even though the outlook on the vehicle looks grim (due to external issues, when purchasing from another dealership) their prompt communication and transparency was one that I fail to find with most organizations I conduct business with. I truly can t say enough great things about Mike, Ellen, and the rest of the team and would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a new vehicle or services on their current vehicle! Cleanest and nicest used truck I found for the best $$ value! I had been looking for a truck with very specific trim, color, and mileage within my budget. Then I found Outland Motors. Bill was very knowledgeable and did not try to outsell the vehicle at all. Allison and Ellen were very accommodating to my requests (I was communicating and trying to work things out 150miles away from Bend) and they were able to get things done for me!We are so happy with our experience with Outland Motors we'll be going back to them for another vehicle soon!

Joseph was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. My new to me Rover is fantastic. Very clean, all checked out and ready for my weekend adventures. No reason to haggle as the price reflected the quality of the vehicle. I feel like I got a great deal and that is really all that is important.Thanks, y'all.

I have used Outland Motors for both purchasing a used vehicle and now for servicing my vehicle. It takes only a moment in their incredibly clean and modern facility to know that they mean business! The smoothness of purchasing at Outland is second to none, all of the staff is knowledgable and helpful, and the service area is the best I've seen in Bend or elsewhere. Can't recommend highly enough!

Honest about what needed repair and fair pricing. I brought my 2007 LR3 in with several concerns about ABS breaks, traction control, possible tie rods replacement, and antifreeze leak. The only required repair was new front breaks and antifreeze leak.

I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 in July of this year. I experienced major problems within a few weeks. After weeks of conversations through email and phone with Bill and Ellen assuring me they would help, they have done nothing. I didn't learn they sold me a car that had a class action settlement until it was too late. The settlement allowed for an extended warranty up to 80,000 miles. Bill sold me the car at 81,000 miles without the repairs having been done. He had lots of reasons why he wasn't responsible. The car should have never left his lot in the condition it was in. I gave countless opportunities for him to remedy the situation. I finally gave up. His idea of making things right is having me transport the car to and from Bend at my cost to have the car repaired at my cost. He claims this would save me a significant amount of money. This just isn't true. He repeatedly said this was more than fair. It is sad that my only recourse is an accurate review of Outland Motors. It was my auto repair shop who found out the car was part of the class action settlement and the car was sold to me just after the extended warranty had expired without the repairs having been done.

I've known Bill (the owner of Outland) for about 6 months, he came highly recommended. We've purchased a Range Sport from him, which - through no fault of Outland's - developed a few major problems. Bill spent countless hours and energy making sure that we were taken care of, and that our beloved Sport returned to the road, better than ever. If it weren't for Bill's help, we'd be lost. Wonderful person, wonderful dealership.

I drove from Utah. (Over 10 hour drive) I was looking for an LR3 for some time all over Utah. I found Outland Motors on Auto Trader and noticed they had a few LR3s & LR4s. I was looking for a white one and they had the one I was trying to find. I called and talked with Allison and gave her a deposit over the phone. (It was non-refundable) She said the vehicle was in excellent condition and that they go through the cars and recondition and fix anything that may be wrong. I trusted her and in the end I was not disappointed! We love our new Land Rover and had a nice 10 hour test drive home and it drove perfectly. I would recommend Outland to anyone and will probably buy another car from them in the future. Maybe an LR4 when I am ready to upgrade.

Where do I even begin!? Outland Motors is the place to go to buy a beautiful car/truck/suv or even a motorcycle! They helped me purchase the Range Rover of my dreams. The people here are some of the most wonderful people to do business with. Huge thanks to Bill, Ellen, and Joseph for making dreams come true. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Galway Green Range Rover Evoque thanks to these awesome people. I hope to go to them for my future vehicle purchases. Also huge shoutout to their service department who serviced my Audi A8 that I owned before my Rover. When Outland Motors first opened, I checked it out. They had such beautiful cars and I quickly decided I wanted to trade in my car for a newer Acura MDX. Gorgeous car. Then several months later I thought of Outland Motors when my college daughter needed a car. We went back and found a beautiful Suburu for her. Bill is awesome to work with, the process was so easy and quick, and we have loved the high quality vehicles we have purchased. I send my friends to them often and will definitely return when I am in the market for a new car again. Thanks to Bill and his staff!!!

HUGE thanks to Bill and Mike for their exceptional attention to the Customer Experience, and for proving that their hearts are in the Land Rover community 100%. I met Bill outside Bend Brewing Co - as I pulled in late evening in my 1971 SIIA 109. I'd done 430 miles that day and was wiped. I'd noticed some wetness under the Rover as well as a hole in my rear muffler. Bill said to bring the rig to his shop at 0900 - and - even though they had scheduled appointments at that time, he would give the rig a once over and have me on my way. I know my rig well and so just wanted another trained eye to give her a look at. I pulled in at 0900 and he was there with his tech - Mike - ready to help me out. We topped up my transfer case, checked my diff fluid levels and gave her a wipe down.All the while their excitement was genuine - and they were thrilled to be working on the rig. Long Story - Short version is this. They proved passion for the brand, knowledge of the product and they showed that their commitment to the Land Rover and 'OverLand" community is there. I'll be keeping in touch with Bill for sure. Top Marks Chaps. And Thanks a million.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. When you buy a 21 year old Porsche that you are going to drive across the country you have all the worries. Bill and his mechanic ensured that I knew everything about the vehicle and went above and beyond to repair anything and everything that they would do if they were making the trip. Bill did not have to do any of this but he did. The vehicle was even better than represented. Bill is more of a partner to his buyers and runs what I believe to be the most honorable car dealership I have ever come across. It s saying a lot when I say that the when it s time to buy another vehicle it will be from a dealer that is over 3000 miles away.
