I got my driveshaft shortened here and the people were extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend bringing your driveshaft here if you need it lengthened or shortened, well worth the money. They even repaint them when complete.

Guy named Justin helped me out, I was never able to speak with him in person because I live out in sisters. I was only able to get my heads from a Discovery 1 to and from the shop after hours. He did a great job and everything went smoothly over the phone

Some people there are very knowledgeable and can find any part you need as long as you have the time and money. They are patient and will work hard for you. I love this place.

Loren has always done excellent machine work for me. Heads, blocks, drivelines all been excellent when received back from him. Just had these done.

Loren is the best!! Very generous with information, Work is impeccable !! Rebuilt my Chevy 292 Cylinder Head and went the extra mile to restore it. Followed his instructions on how to set valve clearance and Wala! Engine started right up and runs smother than ever!! Best Machinist in Central Oregon!! Highly Recommend !!

Delayed delivery date twice, driveline was still not balanced after getting it back, paint job was pitiful, didn't fix bad u-joint, still had to take my driveline to another shop to get it right. Hopefully they do other services better than drivelines.

Needed new u joints put into a drive shaft, originally they said it may be done the same day, then they said it would be the next business day. Called and then they said it would be the next day, when we called the next day they said they had no idea when they'd get to it and were very rude. Took it somewhere else. Not very good customer service at all.

Loren and his crew have done great work on my intake manifold. Added vacuum ports and redrilled bolt holes where the previous bolt sheared off.

Called five times, got hung up on purpose every time.They don't want my service, I definitely do not want to use them. I can't think of a worse possible customer service then not even trying. Could at least went to answer machine left a message return my call at a more convenient time oh, but no they decide to just hang up on the calling phone.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a mechanist, they were slow, overpriced and overtly rude when asking pricing questions about boring and stroking my big block Ford. Highly recommend Troy at Deschutes Automotive.

Did an awesome job pressing in wheel bearings on the axles of my 4runner. Everything was pressed to spec which means no leaking. Thank you!
