Passing through Bend Oregon, had an issue with a new to me truck purchased in California. Called in to McCauleys Truck Center at 8am on a Monday morning. Josh, answered the phone, made an appointment with me to be onsite by 9am. When Josh and his co-worker arrived, they jumped right onto the truck, had my regen issue taken care of within an hour, and had repaired numerous small leaks due to loose hose clamps, greased the truck and gave me a list of a few items to pay attention to in the future.I could not have been more satisfied with the work done and the attitude of both Josh and his assistant. We came across Cody s shop when we had one of our semi truck breakdown near Sisters OR. They are a trustworthy shop, extremely great communication and worked pretty fast to get the job done! Excellent service!

Called first thing in the morning at first said they were backed up but called me back in 20 mins to say they moved some stuff around and would get to my driver ASAP! They got my driver up and running within 30 mins from arrival..was transparent on their rate with no surprises besides top notch quality service which I find RARE once your road side. These guys were amazing. Truck started overheating at the bottom of Santiam Pass. Fan clutch burned out. Two guys showed up diagnosed the issue and started making phone calls, tracking down the part. They didn t give up til they found it, even then they had alternative plans to fix it. They pulled the fan hub got the part, assembled it and brought the hub back. Had me up and running in no time. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. Anytime I have a problem coming through Oregon I m stopping at McCauley s in Bend. Highly recommendService: Auto engine diagnostic
