I believe the best shop in Oregon, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recommend this place highly. I would see Matt again and again and a really good job on my Goldwing. This place is always busy so you will have to make reservations. Tom at the counter was very helpful, and I feel very confident that M-Tech knows what they're doing.

I have been doing business with M-Tech now for over 12 years. There is no one anywhere in all of central Oregon more qualified to handle work on you atv, ski mobile, or motorcycle than this outfit. The owner Matt, can repair, build, or do just about anything to most major motorcycle brands, mostly metric but he does know how to work on Harleys too! Best prices on tires as well and they keep a good stock of those on hand. They are very reasonable on shop rates, fast and efficient and dead on accurate. and can do big bore piston kits, cams, engine builds and dyna tunes as well. Call and make an appointment with Tom, he is kind and courteous and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Matt and Tom are the best. They are the Beta dealer for the area and take care of you in style. Matt is a Master mechanic, amazing rider and knows Beta along with many other bike manufacturers from all genres. I have confidence in buying from them and getting my bikes serviced by them.

Tom was awesome in assisting me in purchasing my very first dirt bike! He answered all of my questions in a way that made me feel educated and not judged for not knowing all of the details of the bike. As a female that is new to this sport, I was intimated to approach my bike search but Tom made me feel very comfortable and I purchased my bike the following week. I looove my Beta xtrainer and dirt biking as a whole. Thank you Tom for making my experience a great one!Shayla

These guys are great. I needed a new rear tire in the middle of my trip north. Called in advance to confirm they had what I needed and when I arrived they took care of me in 45 minutes. Pricing was great, Tom was super helpful and I was on my way. Very nice shop !!

I was on a road trip and broke the windshield of my bike on the first day. I was passing through Bend in 2 days and called them up 5 mins before closing asking if they could get me a new one. They found one and it arrived the morning I got to Bend. They also helped me with a couple spare parts to get it mounted. Great service!

I needed some work done on my bike, so I made an appointment with M-Tech. I talked with them about what needed to be done to the bike and the appointment was made for three weeks out. Three weeks later when I bring the bike in they tell me they ll be done working on it in another three weeks. I was confused as the work needing to be done, was not very extensive, it was at this point that they told me that they do not order parts until somebody dropped the bike off so now I m waiting an additional couple weeks for parts to be delivered. I would have happily paid for the parts to be ordered at the time I made the appointment had they let me know. I was very specific about which part I wanted installed on my bike and they decided to switch it out for a different model without contacting me. the model I requested integrated with my bikes computer. The model they installed, needed an additional controller mounted on the handlebars to function properly. Also, they were very rude. I would give them zero out of five stars if that was possible.

5 stars for sure these guys are awesome. I recently bought a 90s era bike which by all means is in pretty good shape for the age that it is, I know these guys aren t a fan of working on that era however they did what they could and I couldn t be more grateful! Quick with service during prime time for the usual maintenance and will absolutely take the time to talk with you about the necessary steps to take in future work.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

My wife s BMW R1200C battery ran into trouble on our way back to CA.Following the recommendation from a fellow BMW MOA rider, I rode her bike to Mtech to ask for their help.Tom and Matt were great. They managed to squeeze me in their hectic schedule and did an excellent job in solving all issues. It is really nice to see that there are still quality shops providing friendly and knowledgeable services to traveling riders. Thanks again Mtech for going the extra mile and helping us when in need.Service: Battery

Had a great experience at M-tech. My Beta required some warranty work on the engine and Tom got me in and out in record time. Great communication during the process and the bike is running great. Can't say enough good stuff about this shop and Beta on how well they have taken care of this issue.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

We were in the middle of our road trip thru Oregon when I unfortunately crashed with my GS. I u-hauled my motorcycle with my buddies to our next destination (Bend), thinking I d likely have to drive back to Seattle on the truck (bent forks + alpha), but I called M-Tech and Tom agreed to have the mechanic spend a few moment to check it out. 10 mins later we left the Airbnb and we were there, Tom was super friendly and professional, and his mechanic was very skilled and it just showed. They take care of their customers with upmost respect, and they charged me a very, VERY fair fee to get my GS up and running again! We returned the uhaul and we are now all together enjoying the (slower) ride back to Seattle.Thank you Tom and to your team, you ve managed to turn around my vacation to an amazing trip overall!!!

M-Tech is by far the best shop In Bend for your motorcycle and snowmobile maintenance and repair. I started riding last spring and needed my break in service done on my g310 GS as well as some dirt tires. They had the service/install done same day! They did great work. When I heard about them also working on snowmobiles I was floored. Fast forward to the last couple of months, M-Tech has serviced both my sleds, rebuilt my clutch, and rebuilt the front end after an accident. They fixed the whole thing in less than a week. I feel like other shops wouldn t even get me in for over a week. I want to give a shout-out to Tom. From the first phone call he was very personable and explained pricing and their services in great detail. You can tell Tom truly cares for the customers and every time I m at the shop we, end up chatting about riding and snowmobiling. I 100% recommend M-Tech!

I LOVE M-Tech!!! From the initial contact over the phone to the end of my bike maintenance appointment, Tom was amazing! He was kind, courteous, and professional. He took all the time we needed when he was helping us. He patiently answered all my questions. My bike ran great when they were done and I was very pleased with their work. I liked their work ethic enough to bring my son back the next day to get new tires for his bike. Again, Tom was a great help picking out the right tires for my son's biking adventures. I will definitely be going back to M-Tech!

I was cought in a rock slide which damaged my front wheel. Tom of M-Tech went beound what any motorcycle business would do. I recommend this business over any other motorcycle shop I have dealt with. They were up front on games, just focused on getting the job done. I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future.Service: TiresService: Tires

I needed two tires mounted on 16 inch rims. These guys took care of my request promptly and professionally . I received a text a few hours later they were ready for pickup. No scratches and no push to sell new tubes or extras when the existing ones were like new. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys.

First of all I ve never left a proper review on you guys but I would recommend M-tech to anyone of my friends and family. These guys are the best in bend and you will not find anywhere better. If you want something done right come to M-tech you will not be disappointed. I ve had countless times where I had to bring my dirtbike into other shops and had to bring them back in because they were not done right. I ve been a customer of M tech for over two years and I ve never had to bring my motorcycle back into them; which is a huge on time and money. For anyone who is needing something repaired go to M-tech and don t go anywhere else because they ll charge you bogus prices; They have fair prices and honest work.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have been meaning to do this for awhile now. If you are looking for good service from professionals that know what they are doing don t look any further. From the people up front to the techs in the back this is hands down my favorite place I have ever taken my bike. I was quoted a time and a price for suspension/tires/brakes/speedo healer and much more and the bike was done before the date I was told and under the original price quoted. 1,500 miles after service in my zx-10r My bike rides like it was new and my confidence in longer road trips is 100% because I know these guys took the time and did it right. Thank you for being the GOLD STANDARD for motorcycle shops in Central Oregon.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was short on time (and know-how)...so I had Matt and his guys install some new fork cartridges & and new shock spring on my Beta. They finished the job in a few hours, and even adjusted my clutch (which wasn't part of the job). Very happy with the whole experience. M-Tech rocks.

Mark and everyone that worked on my motorcycle did an absolute amazing job. I brought it in for a ECU flash and new front tire. They suggested a great new tire and the tuning they did made it feel like I was taking home a totally different bike, but in a good way! Thank you guys for taking care of my motorcycle and I ll see you for the next servicing job!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Oil change

Amazing service, even better prices. I needed a "peace of mind" check up on a KLR I had just purchased - Matt was able to squeeze me in to a really tight schedule, came in way under what I thought it was going to cost, and was exceptionally thorough. From replacing a blown tail-light to fixing a poorly done stator repair from the previous owner - he caught it all. Bike is tuned, feels great, and now I have no worries about commuting every day on it. Thanks M-Tech!

I've had numerous motorcycles serviced at M-Tech over the years and have been very happy with the quality of service and the prompt turnaround times. Their shop is the cleanest in town and reflects the quality of their work - and justifies their prices. Recently I started installing heated grips on my Yamaha at home and had it nearly completed on my own until I struggled to find a good place to power the grips from. I resorted to taking the bike to M-Tech to pay them to finish the job for me. They were happy to clean up my installation for me, but Sage also offered me 15 minutes of his time (and expertise with a volt meter) to go over the wiring options and simply point out how I, if I wanted to, could easily complete the project on my own - which I did. In the end Sage saved me money and I learned a few things in the process instead of simply giving it over to somebody else... It's nice to have a repair store that is always there to work on your bike when you need them, and also willing to give you a little bit of their time to support you even when you're saving money by doing some of your service on your own. I highly recommend this shop, and this is one more reason why. Thanks, M-Tech!

I had a catastrophic rear tire failure out in the middle of the desert on a gravel road and had to be towed in from Frenchglen. These folks took the bike in and had me back on the road very quickly. They are super friendly, expedient and cost effective. I highly recommend Matt and his crew. Thanks guys!

I have two bikes they have worked on 18' Husky 501 and 18' Africa Twin. Engine and clutch work on the 501, and if memory serves tires on the AT. Probably a bunch of other stuff too. Have always been satisfied with their work, and even the few times I've asked for quick turn around times which they were able to provide. IMHO....What they charge for work is way reasonable and the BEST you find in this area! Thanks to Matt and his crew!!Services: Tires, Engine repair

Just got back from a recent vacation to the Bend area to take my boys riding. Had a break to my sons dirt bike. Local KTM shop was less than helpful. But these guys had the parts overnighted. Made the repairs and had the bike back to us the next day! Repairs where perfect! My sons where happy that the trip was not a complete bust. Thank you guys!
