Great customer service. I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealer ship after hours on a Sunday because my vehicle wasn't reading my key fob so the engine wouldn't turn over.......very stressful. Next morning I made it to Nissan Service and a nice gentleman had already diagnosed the issue (battery), had a print out of battery life, and had jumped my vehicle and had it running!!

Scout! First of all, if anyone wants a sales dude that is patient and will work his a$$ off to find the rig that you want and need, go find him. Young, knowledgeable kid that just wants to help. He really went above and beyond for us. These guys were awesome. My wife and I didn t go in with a huge budget by any means. They took care of us and sent us out of there with 2 vehicles that were what we wanted. First of all the truck that I had bought hadn t been through service or detail, they spent a ton of money fixing the truck and probably didn t come out ahead on that deal, but the sales managers told me that they did what was right. Super cool of them. They even gave me a bad to the bone temporary truck to drive around in until I could pick up my truck.. there are many more positive things I could say, but.. you just gotta look go see them for yourself. You won t be disappointed. Props to lithia Nissan of bend, definitely will be back for my next rig.

I went to get my 2005 Nissan Frontier diagnosed and was provided as much information as possible about the condition of my vehicle. I was pleased with the info and transparency of the repairs that they suggested. They provided me with a breakdown of the repairs I needed and an explanation of cost. I declined as I work on my own vehicles, but I do appreciate the honesty and fair prices they provided me to repair my truck.

For the last year going into the quick service for a simple oil change has been a challenge. My second to last visit I was the only car in line and I watch for an hr and 15 minutes as the manager and service tech talked and laughed while I was waiting. I had a strong desire to check the oil filter and plug after getting home and the filter was so loose it was dripping oil. I wrote to them stating my issues they responded with how can I help? Clearly didn t read what I had said.PThis last time I went in, April 5th, they said it would be a few hrs for an oil change... there was one car in line. I asked why a few hrs. They said cause we don t have anyone working quick service today. Then why is the quick service open and how are you changing the oil. If there s time in between the Mechanic will fit you in. But they were two weeks out in scheduling and he couldn t guarantee it would happen that day. They are frustrating. They don t care to remember you. They don t care how long you have to wait. They don t care that you ve been a loyal customer from day one when you bought the vehicle from them. It seems they can t keep employees. I know there has been a change in management this last year. That last guy was fantastic. This new guy sucks, PeriodI do my own maintenance now and will go somewhere else for things I can t do so long as this guy stays managing.Service: Oil change

The employees are nice but I went there. They wanted $1000 to fix my car. They stated it was unsafe to drive and that I was lucky I had it towed in. They said it was one of the worst wheel bearings they had ever seen and I should absolutely not drive it. I drove it 140 miles so my dad could do the work and made my MIL follow in case something bad happened (they implied I could lose a tire and wreck). My wheel bearing was not even damaged. The repair was simple and I only needed $75 in parts...

Seriously great people at the Bend Lithia Nissan. I have been through the ringer with terrible sales people but these guys are good people. I love my new truck! Thank you to Dominic, Russ, Gerome and Steven!! If you need a car/ truck don't go anywhere else! These Guys are the best :)

Dave Moore was great! Got two vehicles for us to test drive on a short time line. We had a birthday to be at that was 2 hours away, and we really wanted to test drive 2 Nissan Titan XDs. He found them both and took us on two test drives very expeditiously!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE GOING TO NISSAN OF BEND'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I called for a quote for 30k service on my Frontier and was told it would be about $700. I called back and made an appointment for today; upon arrival I was handed a quote for $1643 and told they weren't sure where I got the figure $700. I said no thanks and took back my keys. I just called another Nissan dealer's service center and was told that not only is Lithia trying to sell me services that aren't due until 60k but they also called the same fuel induction service 3 different things and are charging for it each time--hence, ripping me off. Tomorrow I'm driving 2 1/2 hours to have my truck serviced elsewhere and saving $1200.
