The service at Lithia Of Bend was reminiscent of days gone by. It was as though I was in a small town with personalized service. All the staff I interacted with was friendly, personable and informative. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, with email updates on the progress. So appreciated my experience there! I highly recommend them.

GREAT experience from beginning to end with Lithia Body and Paint. Knowledgeable, experienced and helpful folks who know their business and genuinely care about customer service. The car was finished on time, was freshly washed and looked terrific! Could not be happier.

Best experience ever at a body shop the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Shout out Stacie!!! They completed the work ahead of schedule. If I ever need any work in the future this is the only shop I will use. Will recommend to all my friends. Thanks for the excellent service guys!

Although the part needed to complete my repair was backordered for months, Stacy updated me weekly with the status. Lithia Body and Paint of bend, Or. has the best people to help you with your repair needs. I have had to use them twice now and this last time was a tall order. They have been working on my car for about 6 weeks now, fixing my car and had always kept me in the loop of the process. They are number one in the business and I will always go to them if needing professional, caring, respectful, understanding and excellent service. I love these people. Thank you Lithia so much.

They kept our car an extra week and it cost us over $350 out of pocket for the extra rental car expense. At the end of our repair, they were waiting for a small hitch access cover piece. They wouldn't let us pick up the car. Made us wait for the piece. Finally came in and it was the wrong one. Made us keep waiting. Then after pressure released the car, as that cover is totally not necessary. Said we could install it when it came in. But their unnecessary delay cost us in extra rental car fees. If the part was not needed, they could have given us the car back on time and saved us hundreds of dollars!

By far the worst body shop experience I ve ever had. The shop manager at Lithia is one of the most unprofessional people I ve ever dealt with. Not only was he rude to my wife in front of my daughter, but he took no responsibility at all for any of our bad experience or damage that is still on my car after being fixed. The other staff at Lithia is great the estimator and front desk gal were very apologetic and understood where we were coming from with our frustration. The manager lied about installing new parts, said they were recycled but it s the same door handle that was damaged (I have pictures with matching damage) and actually came out and tried to buff out some of the scratches with no success. Trim pieces weren t clipped in, seat belt adjustment piece was malfunctioning, roof rail rubber was completely trashed and needs replaced and black marks all over tan interior of car (possibly oil or dirt/grime). Manager was upset that I mentioned all of these issues but after waiting a month longer than they said it was going to take it was only right I inspected the car properly. I m not normally one to leave reviews but for a place that says they are one of the best in town everything seemed rushed when it came to putting my car back together and I have never been treated the way I was today by anybody at any business, ever. If I could leave zero starts I would. Wouldn t recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at ease. Like every business these days, they were pretty backed up and it took a while to schedule, but once in they worked hard to keep things on time so we could get our van for our summer camp programs back in service quickly! This is a great body shop! The other driver's insurance was causing all kinds of delays, but they made sure my car was done correctly and to their high standards. Had a accident, lithia body replaced two doors and a quarter panel. This took well over a month. The doors did not work correctly and parts fell off. When I brought it back several months later I was told it was my fault and I had to pay for new parts. I grudgingly agreed to pay and was told I would revieve a call when my missing part was in. Several months later and no call back. I ordered the part at 1/4 the price and installed it myself. This repair was well over 8k billed to my insurance. Not typically one to leave bad reviews but I would never return...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lithia did an excellent job completing repairs to body damage from an accident. Stacie kept me informed about the process and timeline for completion of the work. Had my Honda CRV repaired here. These guys navigated all the logistic obstacles from insurance company, did a great job on the repair, were very courteous and professional, and kept me apprised of the progress. They did have the car for longer than I was expecting, but that was due to the insurance companies process and delays.(I ll never insure with Geico again)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team was great to work with! They were very communicative throughout the repair process, and were transparent about part delays so we weren t kept guessing on how long the cat would be in the shop. Extra thanks to Eric, he was awesome! Will definitely come back if I ever need more body work.
