Stay away from here! I Went for an alignment due to a weird vibration and tracking issue. Paid for an alignment but did not actually get an alignment. The service tech wouldn't give me a print out claiming "it was backed up 200 jobs so he could not show me the specs... But he would email me... And of course never did because he didn't actually do the job" It was a new to me car with 25k on it. I took it home to find a bent rear control arm and that arm was way out of spec and had yellow paint transfer on it.... They had my car for 5 literal minutes, handed it back not touching a bolt or even looking at the suspension (zero witness marks on any adjustment cam bolts) but still charged me full price.Stay away from this location as they are dishonest and thieves at best.I went to the Sisters location and paid again, the tech took over a half hour on the job and gave me the specs with explanation.... Sisters for the win. Bend for a loss.

New wheels on our old Porsche. The folks at Les Schwab installed a set of Kinesis Super Cups on our 996. The team there babied our car and put up with my OCD.What a great experience!

Borrowed car from owner of house/pet sit. Tire indicator gauge came on. Went to Les Schwab in Bend. Told 90 min wait. Probably less than 30, 2 workers came out individually explaining well their findings-- the sensors are off. Filled left front tire 2 psi to match other 3. No charge. Excellent customer relations! Gave me print out of other checks they did including need for front end alignment. Thanks Les Schwab.

wait time WITH an appt is ridiculous. got here at 8AM for my appointment. just starting on my car at 11:30. they allow overbooking of appointments to cause a false sense of caring about customers lol. they create the idea of having you scheduled, but still do things in a walk-in order. don t bother scheduling an appointment, just walk in.

Winter changeover successfully completed via appointment. Sadly, left front was low after the drive home. Ryan from Les Schwab drove out to the house, filled tire to max pressure, then followed me back to Les Schwab. Kyle discovered a bead leak, remedied it, double checked all other tires. Absolutely amazing level of customer service. Thank you all!

I came in twice this week to get a set of winter tires. The first time I was turned away because they refused to put tires on rims of different sizes, mind you I didn t want them to put the rims/tires on the car. I have two sets of rims, I was just dropping off a set. I went to Discount Tire to get a different opinion and they could do it but didn t have availability. I had to come back to this location again and buy a whole new rim for them to do the job. When I dropped off the set of rims I had a brand new tire that I paid $150 dollars for on ONE of the rims. When I came back to pick up my set I was being charged for work that they did on the car but I didn t even leave my car. I had to stay an additional 10-15 mins to get this figured out. With that whole situation I completely forgot about my brand new tire. I called the next day and they said they threw it away. WHAT? It was brand new, never used and you threw it away?! There s absolutely no way. They didn t even try to remedy this situation. I usually go to Discount Tire but I figured I d give Les Schwab an a chance, NEVER AGAIN. I had to take two trips, buy a new rim, talk to management about charging me for work they didn t do and to top it off tell me they threw away a brand new tire ? What a waste of my money and time!

Yes I had to wait 6 hrs to get my car back but they ordered and replaced a destroyed control arm the day of without an appointment. The price was fair and my mechanic, Mike, was seasoned and professional. Very satisfied customer.

Unbelievably rude and horrible service from Steve, the manager. Husband ordered snow tires on Monday. They finally arrived late Thursday and he was told to come in at 7:00am on Friday morning, saying they do not take appointments and to be there when they opened. He arrived there at 7:00, as requested. By 7:15 the doors were not opened and he (along with, by then, 8 other people) were all waiting outside in the freezing weather waiting to be let in. Steve came to the door and said they didn't open until 8:00. Husband explained what he was told yesterday (be there at 7:00) and then just asked if everyone could simply wait inside where it was warm until then. He said no and that he didn't like how my husband was "treating him" and if he had a problem he should just take his business elsewhere! So yep, we will. Been loyal Les Schwab customers for 30 years - we're done.

After checking with a couple guy friends and my trusted mechanic in Medford, OR - turns out there is NO WAY my 2019 4Run needs struts and/or shocks.Feel like an IDIOT, but at least I didn't have the work done!!BUYER BEWARE.Previous post - when I thought they were reputable:Still have tires from original purchase of vehicle - went in to get them rotated and balanced.After service was done, James let me know the rear brakes are due and front breaks will be due soon as well. He also told me the shocks/struts are needing to be addressed and gave me an estimate for the work.He was not at all pushy and told me how long I could *safely* delay the services (not long for those back brakes...).His manner and professionalism has me planning the time to bring the vehicle back to get the work done this week or next.What I mostly appreciate about Les Schwab in general is that they do not use scare tactics and bad-mouthing other businesses like the dealerships do.

Scam central. Went in for an alignment they said they couldn't until the laundry list of things was fixed (a couple thousand in work). Had it fixed for cheaper elsewhere, came back again for the alignment and for a SECOND TIME they "found" things wrong (several of the same things that were fixed and brand new). Another quote for several thousand and no alignment.They just want to add extra charges onto everything. Steer clear of them

I really hate to write this negative review because this location has done me really well in the past. But after today.... so my wife had a wobbly tire (wasn't balanced properly) and she had went in to this location to have it balanced. They tried to tell her it was probably an axle and that they'd have to keep it until Tuesday. She is smart with cars and explained it's not an axle because all four corners of the car has independent suspension and that if anything it was a spindle or a blown shock/strut not an axle, but for them to check the tires balance anyways. They not only declined to even look at the tire but patronized her and she was told to her face she doesn't know what she's talking about. So they turn her away without even looking at the tire. Forcing her to drive off in an UNSAFE vehicle. She calls me and I tell her to call discount tire. 2 hours later she's not only walking out with a BRAND NEW less than a year old set of Bridgestone tires for under $200 but walks away with the SAME EXACT TIRE re-balanced that was the whole issue in the first place!!!! Shame on you les schwab for letting someone drive away like that! Also, the tire that was the issue was a full size spare that we had to use a week back during a road emergency, and now it's perfectly balanced ready to use as a spare again. Les Schwab, please make sure your staff knows what the heck they're talking about and if someone comes in with an unbalanced tire please for the love of God just check the damn tire before patronizing a customer, and forcing her to drive an unsafe vehicle to your competition to get the hook up of a lifetime all because yall wouldn't just balance the damn tire!!!!

I been costumer for 26 yrs and this store it s way out of the old less Schwab costumer service.I coming 3 times on a week and they won t do a simple tire rotation.Yes! Simple tire rotation at their on Tires.They want me to make an appointment ! But they don have available till January.Never can get any appointment on line or by phone!And people still coming and get service.I did ask why other people and they say it s an appointment I saw my neighbor dropped his car and they took it!He did mention me.The guys Here at this Location don t like Latino People That s not looking good for such a company.

This review is not directed at this location necessarily but the company. My husband bought a set of studded tires last October meant to last 4 seasons. He had them on for 4 months. 2 weeks ago we put them on again and both front tires keep going flat. We took it to an auto shop and we were told that something was faulty on those specific front tires. We ve had to come in to Les schwab multiple times to get them patched and that is all they will do, after spending $600 on tires we bought through them to last a single season. Enjoyed Les Schwab until dealing with this and their many passive aggressive employees.

Snow tires were swapped out and stored promptly. However, I was almost charged $224- not the original $124(I had to inform the service writer that the tires are on rims). There might have been some miscommunication between the mechanic and the service writer. Regardless, I was frustrated they didn't have the correct information and were about to charge me a larger amount. I used to like going here, but in recent years, each time I have gone there, at least one thing had to be corrected or fixed (either system error or human error).

I got flat tire during trip, and drove to Bend in the evening with backup tire. I search on google, and this shop is on the top for flat tire. It mentioned: free service for flat tire. I was a little doubt. I was in DaysInn, just half mile to the shop. I was there around 8:05 am, already many people there. the service lady was nice and friendly, and quickly put me on line. It shown quickly: service charge 20, and credit 20, free service. Waited about one hour, and the technician checked the tire, and found the problem. It was not repairable duo to large cut. He tried to search similar tire, no stock. There are snow tire available, but not suitalbe for me. Then he tried to find used tire, no. Because I would go back to WA, and not stayed at Bend, we could not wait for tires. So he checked my tires, and hoped a safe trip to me. No charge!! He printed info of the tire for my care, and told me that there is one brance near my home. Thanks!

We were on vacation and got a flat tire just outside of Bend. We looked them up and went in and they got us in fast, patched the tire and we were on our way. The place was clean, employees were friendly. Thank you.

Amazing customer service!!! I chose Les Schwab s because of their values, they did not disappoint! The technician that serviced my car went above and beyond my expectations, so glad I stuck with my gut on having my car repaired by someone so reputable!!

Brought my car in Friday in the evening as the back brakes were worn to metal on metal. On Saturday they put on brand new brakes and I drove to a nearby store and put on my parking brake. When I came back to the car the parking brake was stuck on and I could not turn it off or reset it. I brought the car back when they opened on Monday and at the end of the day they said the car was fixed! I m not sure how they fixed it, they just said they reset it, but thank you all for your efforts!

We had such a great experience. Shout out to Yonni for being so customer service focused and making us feel very taken care of. He spent the time to look for a part for us and helped us get our Honda Element lifted. We love it. Les Schwab has amazing service and customer service. Hopefully nothing will go wrong with our car anytime soon...but if it does, we will definitely be returning to Les Schwab.

Made Appointment 3 weeks in advanced- for November 2nd 8:00 AM - car did not get worked on and keys even were given to another lady it is now 2:30PM still waiting keys are finally Located and just now getting in-concerned-you never think about keys to your house on the lanyard being handed off to a complete stranger or if your car is ok

Had a bad experience before, but this time was great. Bought a battery a year or so it went bad, they confirmed it, and was able to get it exchanged out and was on our way.

My wife brought our Land Rover to these guys due to a sever shaking in the rear of the vehicle. The logical, least expensive thing seemed to be getting the tires check, rotated and balanced. They had our car for about 3 hours which is more than okay. They said the tires are fine but we need wheel bearings, breaks and a series of other suspension components. When we got the car back they charged us $70 for the rotation and balance. No big deal. However the severe shake remained. Yesterday while driving with our daughter in the car the shaking had gotten so bad we decided to get the vehicle off the road and get a second opinion. One of the rear tires had completely split and failed. To correct the issue Les Schwab added 8 ounces of weights to the wheel to attempt to balance. I would have purchased 5 new tires that day at Schwab had they found the blatant issue and addressed it. I'm embarrassed for these guys. We had Deschutes Mobile Tire come out and swap 5 new tires and the Land Rover drives PERFECT now. Sad.....

11AM appointment and the vehicle doesn't get into the bay til 1205PM. Paid extra for an alignment at their recommendation. They give me back their alignment findings before and after, which is great if they had explained why anything came back still marked in red, and what could be done to address it. Turns out it's a limitation of my vehicle, and custom arms would be needed to correct. Would have saved everyone from an irrate phone call and a 3 star review if it had been addressed as I was checking out, instead of shoving the findings into the envelope and sending me on my way. You guys are busy, I get it, but you could generate more business and not leave anyone feeling ripped off if you actually debriefed the service when returning the vehicle.
