Pulled up at 3:40PM for a simple oil change. No line, one vehicle already in a bay and another had just pulled in the second bay. Poor junior employee was sent out to tell me that his boss told him they were done for the day almost a full hour before closing time. Congrats to the manager on permanently losing a customer, plus whoever else reads this review and can tell how little these people care about doing essential maintenance on your car apathy and laziness is infectious so I m glad nobody here ever touched one bolt on my rig. Buyer beware.

Thank you! Very profession, honest, easy to work with, and get your car done when they say. We ve been taking our Mazda here since we purchased it and Kendall has kept all of our records, which is convenient and nice.

I have a 2004 Lexus GX. These guys treat me better than the Toyota dealership. I get my car back in better shape than I drop it off. I recommend regardless of your vehicle make!

Customer service and quality of technicians is hit or miss. Found my power steering fluid was low a week after oil chance and fluids check. Was clear the cap to power steering fluid had not been touched. Been going for years and this is not the only issue. Good to see Alan still in charge. Did drop off, they called need for engine and cabin filters which I knew needed to be changed but forgot to tell them at drop-off. Approved over the phone. Soon after got call truck was ready. Much quicker than 2 hour estimate.

Had to do the service for the hubby. It was my first experience here, and I can say it was pretty good. First of, the staff there are so nice (I parked in the exact wrong spot at first and wasn't even admonished... He just moved the truck after he got my info and the keys... Thank you for that). The waiting room is clean and well organized for the social distancing that is unfortunately still necessary. They were quick and thorough and I was out the door in no time.

Appointments are backed up for 2 months and they don't care if you bought from that location when it was roberson ford I got my truck in 2014 and that dosnt make any difference in wait time I guess it is a shame when a company dosnt stick around for a long time they should send out a letter saying no fault trade in and ups to get from Kendall so that old customers feel good that there old buys are acknowledged at least buy new corporation that bought out a business that has been here for as long as roberson was here for .

I have used the Quick Lane several times in the past with good results but this last time was a let down. I choose Quick Lane since I like to think the services would not be in question. I live down a long gravel road and I know my air filter needs replacing on a regular basis. This last oil change, the form given to me afterwards showed it was checked. There were a few smudges around the air filter housing but if the filter was actually pulled out and looked at there would be more evidence of inspection since my car is dirty under the hood. So I pulled the air filter and it was dirty, to the point of some dirt and dust falling out. My bad on that for waiting so long but I mainly only drive the car in the winter. The oil was clean but I looked underneath and the oil filter was very dirty on the outside. Maybe the new filter had been put on with a dirty rag, but I don't know for sure but I am not confident it got changed. I will now drain the oil and buy and install a new oil filter along with an air filter. I am an easier guy than most so I will just let this pass since I Iive out by Sisters and will just treat this as a lesson learned. Quick Lane did check an error code which I appreciated. I never had an issue with Quick Lane over the many years but I will again start doing my own maintenance or go to the generic oil change places at a cheaper rate. I never had an issue with my other cars at those quick oil change places and they did check my air filters. I just felt like my Ford car would be better served at Quick Lane by the Ford dealer. I had an little bit of an emergency. My fuel filter (which should have been changed at my previous service) was clogged and spewing fuel all over the engine bay and bottom of my truck. I went to Robberson quick lane in Bend (who does my regular LOF service), and they were spot on in diagnosing and fixing the issue right away (the young man (I forget his name) actually did the service in the parking lot in front of the store because there were no open bays). They were dynamite and I will always have my trucks serviced there. Thank you for always doing what is right by your loyal customers!

I've been using this location for over a year now for vehicle maintenance through Ford. I got out of work early yesterday to service my F-150 at this location. At 3:40 pm as I roll into the lot the person at the roll up door closes the door, looks at me and walks away. I sit there for a minute. Then walk inside to ask for service. I'm told they are closed by the person at the counter while all the other employees stand there looking at me.Service: Oil change

Brought in my Mazda 6 after getting a voltage light. They immediately took my car, charged the battery and stayed after closing to diagnose. Told me everything in detail, held the car for a couple days and got it fixed. Turns out it was a belt and my car has two belts that should have been replaced at the same time. 4 months later and now my other belt has snapped and the belt that they DID replace was the INCORRECT belt and is now in need of being replaced again. Wasted my money. We're talking $500 to reverse their mistake. Unbelievable.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Have always used Roberson Ford Quick Lane. Drove from La Pine to get Oil change. 3:17 PM, was told they were done for the day. Didn't show that on website. Won't be back.

I called and made appt. for my Ford Fusion and they brought my car to the quick lane building behind the dealership. Staff was friendly. I typically do the cabin air filter myself, but this time decided to just have them replace it. Well 6 months later I'm installing a new filter and find all kinds of loose and missing bolts. Its 4 bolts to remove for the glove box ( one was loose and the other had fallen out) then the filter cover is missing a screw. On top of that the air bag cover underneath is missing a screw as well another is loose, and that isnt even part of the process. Makes me nervous about what kind of work they did around the engine.

I have a 20 year old F150 pickup that has 20" rims. I needed winter tires and wheels but wanted a smaller rim and tire size. Alan stuck with it until he found what worked. Because it's an old truck, some electrical issues were beginning to surface. Alan tested the altinator and found it was weak but not an emergency to replace right now. He was amazing. Thank you Quick Lane.
