This was our first time buying a new car so everything had to be explained to us. Derik was great from the start getting us approved and meeting on a Sunday afternoon. The biggest part was just learning how the car works! So many things. He showed us all the features, many of them safety, and made sure we could operate them. We never felt rushed or pressured even when it went later into the evening. Our Mazda CX-5 is gorgeous and we are so excited!

Very recently purchased a vehicle from Kendall Ford with the help of Larry Russell and Beverly Hall. The experience was 10/10 - a breath of fresh air in comparison to my past experiences with dealerships. The process was transparent start to finish and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of from inquiry to purchase. I traveled from Portland to purchase the vehicle and Larry was very helpful in making sure the process would go smooth despite me being from out of town. Larry happily walked me through getting all the correct applications downloaded and paired to my new car. Something I m thankful to have been shown how to do from the onset! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

We drove to Kendall Ford of Bend from the Oregon Coast in hopes of buying a truck that we had found advertised on the Internet. We called ahead (knowing that the weather coming over the pass was expected to be heavy snow) to ensure that the truck we hoped to look at was indeed available. They said that it was, and that they would have it ready if we headed over. We made arrangements and made our way over the mountain. The truck was as expected and the process to purchase was the easiest car buying experience we ve ever had. There was very little back and forth, came back with a reasonable price and didn t load up our payments with a bunch of extra junk. They quickly found us great financing with top tier interest rates, had paperwork ready, and us out the door in less than two hours! Devin our salesman was so awesome and easy going! Please check these guys out!!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kendall Ford in Bend! They are a straight forward no pressure no haggling dealership. The whole process was a great experience! We bought a used car and had a small problem on a trip. Our salesman Bailey Elliott went above and beyond to get it fixed for us. We highly recommend this dealership and the people that work there. We will definitely go back when we're ready for our next car!

I recently had the best experience purchasing a new Bronco with Ronnie. I had actually been given the Bronco as a loaner vehicle while my husband s truck was in for routine service and unexpectedly fell in love with it. Ronnie went above and beyond to see if the Bronco was eligible to sell as well as showing me the other options they had available on the lot. I ultimately decided to stick with the original Bronco I d had as an loaner and Ronnie made it happen. She was professional, friendly, funny and efficient af. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Without a doubt the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

I appreciate the mobile home service call to update my 2020 Escape! So much easier than waiting in the service area as I have a busy schedule. Communication from the dealership was good when the employee was going to be a bit later than the appointment time and all went well. Quick and efficient service.

Awesome experience buying a new Ford Bronco Sport at Kendall Ford from Tyran. He was super knowledgeable and answered all of my (many!) questions. In addition, he showed us other options comparable to the Bronco I came in dead set on. Good thing he did too as I loved the other one he showed us so much more, and it was on special! Great car buying experience - no pressure at all and Tyran was a super friendly salesperson. 5/5 fully recommended!!!!

We spent 6 hours with Tyran Mahoney, test driving, selecting our vehicle, and negotiating the price and terms. It was a very good experience. Tyran listened well, knew most of the answers to our questions, but never tried to fake an answer if he wasn t sure. He got us the answers. He clearly explained the differences among our choices, and helped us to a good decision. Thanks!

I have been so disappointed with the service I received from Kendal Ford when purchasing a car this summer.First, they told me a 100 (+) point inspection had been done on the vehicle but the battery was 6 years old and kept dying on me. They told me to go to quicklane to get it looked at. There was corrosion all over the battery and not only were they going to put the battery back in without cleaning it - they didn't want to take any responsibility for the battery. After three visits I could only get them to replace the battery if I promised to give a good review online.They also gave me an IOU for a rack system with the purchase of the vehicle. After taking the vehicle back in twice, the rack system is still scratching the paint of my car because it was installed incorrectly. Now they are ignoring my concerns when I try to call their inadequate service to their attention.I have owned Fords all my life. I used to know the previous owner of Kendal Ford - maybe it all went down the drain with new ownership. I will never give Kendal Ford my service again. I suggest no other women, or anyone else give them business. I get the distinction sense they think they can give me worse service because I am a woman.Although my sales person Brian sometimes seemed like he might be advocating for me - over all I got the sense that he was just like every other car sales man I have ever met and didn't really provide the service I had hoped for.

We were very happy with our experience buying our new Explorer at Kendal Ford in Bend. We worked with Paul Stenzel who was super easy to work with and made to whole experience very comfortable. Additionally, he's followed up a couple of times after our purchase to ensure everything has been great with our new vehicle which was made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Paul!

I had a great experience buying a new-to-me truck from Jared and Bailey. They tag-teamed to help me over a few days as I considered F-150s, explaining the features of different models and years. I came in not knowing much at all, and really appreciated their patience and guidance! I ended up driving 4 trucks over 2 visits, and after a lot of thinking, finally settled on the perfect one for me and my family!The entire experience was great, and I'll be back at Kendall if I ever replace this truck, or for another vehicle! This was the Best car buying experience I have ever had. I was very clear and to the point about what I wanted regarding price and warranty. Mark and Corey worked with me and got me exactly what I needed. I never once felt any pressure. I had all warranty offers explained to me but again there was no pressure. I was in and out driving home in just a little over an hour.My future car buying will always start at Kendall Ford in Prineville !

Derik at Kendall Mazda was the perfect person to work with when trying to decide what car I was going to buy. There were a lot of choices, but he listened to what I wanted and and what I valued in my new car. From features to price point, we were able to narrow in on the right car for me. He was friendly and approachable (and not your pushy salesman!) and did everything to make the process smooth. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. I can t say enough about what a positive experience this was for me (even with my 3 year old in tow). I love my Mazda, but also love that there are good people working there too!

We bought a new Bronco from them last week, our sales rep was Larry and it had to be one of the better car buying experiences we've had. We never felt pressured to buy anything and when we couldn't find the one we were hoping to look at on the main lot Larry took us around to the two overflow / detailing lots to find it. The whole time he was very knowledgeable and friendly. In the end we ultimately bought the first one we had seen on the main lot. The purchase process and finance department was smooth and quick, utilizing digital tech to go over paperwork and signatures. If I find myself in the market for another new vehicle I will definitely look here first.

Our family recently purchased a truck at the newly opened location at the corner of 3rd and Reed Market. As soon as we arrived on the lot, sales staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable in a very low pressure environment. With our two crazy children running around, staff made every effort to accommodate our curiosity while maintaining patience and understanding. The experience I had purchasing at Kendall Ford was Amazing. The two sales representatives "Bailey and Tim" exceeded my expectations and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my personal needs. A "2020 new/used Ford Escape" with low, low miles! They really listened to what I truley wanted in a vehicle and made it happen for me in a few hours. With a focus on the brand, year, price, Fuel efficientcey, safety and monthly payment. The whole experience was easy and fast. I couldn't be happier with my new Car or the quality of this this dealership.I definitely recommend this place if you need a new or used vehicle in central oregon.

I've recently had the pleasure of working with Mark Philbrook at Kendall Ford in Bend, OR, for the second time in less than a year, purchasing a new 2023 F-150. Mark's approach to car sales is nothing short of remarkable. His helpfulness during my first purchase made it a no-brainer to reach out to him again. True to form, Mark was fantastic easy to work with and incredibly responsive. No question was too big or small; he was always there with a quick and helpful reply.The dealership itself mirrors Mark's professionalism. The showroom is clean and organized, with a welcoming team that's always smiling and ready to assist. The atmosphere is rock solid.Mark truly went above and beyond, walking me through the trade-in process for my two vehicles at fair market value, and even driving 20 miles back with me in my new F-150 to pick up one of the trade-ins. But he didn't stop there; he also took my new vehicle back to the dealership the following week for a leveling kit and new tire and wheels service I've never seen matched. His follow-up to ensure everything was perfect even after I returned from out of town was the cherry on top.I'm blown away by the level of service and commitment shown by Mark and the Kendall Ford team. In November we had the dreaded cam phaser replacement service for an F150 done at Kendall at the cost of a few thousand dollars. Immediately after leaving the dealership, our truck began throwing the exact same codes we had serviced it for. We were told there was a 2 year guarantee on the work, and they'd fix it if any other problems arise. We waited weeks to get the truck in for service again, only for them to insist that the exact same codes we originally had problems for are not actually related - and they are refusing to honor their warranty for work done a few months ago.
