Called for a quick service appointment, they were able to get me in in less than an hour. While completing a routine oil change, they installed a software upgrade and calibration for my vehicle, and even surprised me with an automatically applied coupon at checkout. Super friendly and efficient service staff, thankful to have recently moved to an area with such a stellar dealership.

Great dealership, very helpful staff. We had an issue with our 2013 Chevy Equinox LS, we paid this dealership a visit for information. They were incredibly helpful, and we were able to find all the parts we needed. If we were buying again in the future I would definitely consider buying through here.

Stopped by to look at used vehicles. Salesman "Josh" was very attentive and explained alot about the cars that were available. Saw the Nissan Maxima and fell in love with it. So ended up buying it. Am thrilled with his assistance I'm finding financing and insurance for me and Tiffinay was super great during the signing of all the papers. It was a very happy experience.

What a great experience at this dealership today. Many could learn how customer service should be from the team here. A shout out to our sales rep Nick who from the time we walked into this dealership and signing the sale papers everything went smooth. Nick was very personal and professionally. I ve bought a lot (probably too many) vehicles in my young life. In the last 4 years I ve had 4 new vehicles. I ve had a hard time finding one that meets my needs and our family is expecting to grow. We came in and obviously because of covid the lot was pretty bare. I didn t expect to find anything under msrp and definitely wasn t expecting to trade in my Tacoma. My GF and I came in and were met with Paul the salesman. Paul was awesome, we had a lot in common and had good conversation. Long story short, they were able to get me into a rig UNDER msrp and give me a fair amount for my used truck. Down to the finance process everything was smooth and I NEVER felt pressured. This was the first time I ve never felt pressured or have the sales/finance attitude change ones I denied any warranties (I do my own coating/detailing). THANK YOU PAUL WELCH AND KEN WARE!!!!

Husband went in to look at new cars . Told the sales guy . He was told they stop making that 4 years ago & tried to sell him something else when he came home we looked up the model he was interested in . They STILL MAKE IT! This dealership completely lost our business we ll find a Chevy dealer that doesn t lie.

Great service department, they confirmed they had my parts in stock and reserved them for me before booking my service. My DEF system needed replacing under GMC special coverage, which was done at no cost to me.Standard service and DEF system work was completed in one day as promised. Better than Powers GMC, where I purchased the truck. Powers said they couldn't even check the check engine error code for 6 month's. Ware GMC had me on the road 2 days after calling them. I will never do business with Powers GMC again. I will have all my work done at Ware GMC.

Damian was AMAZING! This was my first experience at a dealership, and first time financing a vehicle. I walked in super anxious but he went above and beyond to calm my nerves. I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and he immediately showed me options that ticked every requirement I needed. He was friendly, personal while still professional, and made this experience a breeze. I left with a an absolutely beautiful rig and I cannot thank him enough. We just moved to Oregon, so this was my first experience in getting my Buick Encore serviced here. I purchased a maintenance contract when I bought this vehicle in El Paso, TX so I wasn't sure if this dealership would honor it. Paul was the service advisor that I spoke to about using this warranty. He offered to call Fidelity (the warranty company) and learn how it works. They performed lube, oil change, and tire rotation and they were able to utilize my out-of-state warranty to cover 100% of the cost. All the guys I met in the service department were terrific! Thanks to John, Paul, and Mitch, my car was done and I was back on the road in one hour. Excellent service guys!! Keep up the good work :-)

Ken Ware. provided excellent auto services. The employees and management were kind, courteous, and respectful. They were also extremely helpful and efficient in accessing what repairs needed to be made and making them. The prices were amazing and in my opinion definitely beat anywhere else. I got both my break rotors fixed and more and it still cost me half the estimate I received from another auto shop. They also provided a complimentary cleaning of my floor rugs. For future auto repairs I will be going to them and suggesting them as well.thank you Ken Ware. !!

I returned with the car I'd bought from Ken Ware and explained that the pressure sensors for the tire air pressure were not accurate. Was told they'd been reset. The problem still persists, but why bother taking it back in to be reset when it didn't work the first time? Last notice said a tire had 26 pounds of pressure in it. Two manual pressure gauges read it had 37 pounds of pressure. Also asked about a warranty issue we were texted about. I was charged $139.56 labor for warranty work done. This is a first for me!

new 2022 gmc cutaway van leaks through drivers side door gasket, service dept said nothing wrong, I asked what are my options they said no options because nothing is wrong, I paid $70,000 for this rig and it looks like it was assembled by children, doors do not fit right are not touching the door gaskets so of course they leak, when it rains the box leaks because the joints were not sealed properly, box fenderwells leak because they were never sealed. I dont know why I am filling out this Dealership satisfaction survey because I will never be even replied to they are criminals and I cant do anything about it

I honestly feel that kenware is not taking care of my car complaints. I doubt that they even look at my car when they have it. 1) I'm treated poorly because I chose not to purchase from them when I bought my car. They lied when they said that they didn't have the car i wanted in a 500mile radius, and then tried to raise the price on another car. After 1 phone call to a gmc dealership in another town they found exactly the car I requested less than 100 miles away. So I drove 4hrs to this town and purchased from them. Not only did they deliver the car to the dealership the car was in the color I wanted.

As of today, I am updating my review. Once OUR salesman (Sam) heard of the situation, he graciously called me and husband not once but multiple times throughout the day. He spent his time walking us step by step through the process for my vehicle tow and stuck with us until it was picked up. I would like to make note, this was his day off!!!Furthermore, early Monday morning (still his day off), Sam, made it a point to contact the sales manager and inform him of our situation. Immediately the manager began to work arrangements to get me a replacement vehicle. He worked with my husband throughout until this process was finished.Thank you, Ken Ware, Sam, and the service manager for your part in solving this dilemma. Ken Ware Chevrolet stands by the promise!!!Have a blessed day!

Wanted them do do a few things and it took over a week so I thought that was too long. Check engine light still is on and the tighten fuel cap still came on. They can't change out the catalytic converter, they also don't do alignments so what the hell. They don't answer the phones very well either. But they were very nice and courteous. But the service dept needs work.

The dealership experience was good and wait time has been improved since last 2 visits. The $10 savings coupons are a bonus incentive.Our disappointment is with Chevy itself. All the years we have purchased Chevys we never gave it a thought this time that the tires did not have a warranty. 23,000 miles on the 60,000 mile Michelins that were on the SUV and 2 were down below 2/32 and the other 2 were not good either. We are seniors on a fixed budget and had no idea these tires would deteriorate so rapidly. Safe, cautious driver who is not a brake rider or pothole hitter so it is the tire. Rotations have been requested with each service. When checking the tire reviews, it was noted that short life has been an issue with the Michelin Premier LTX's. This is just a notation for Chevy as it did put a dent in our confidence with the product.

I worked with Paul and the sales team who absolutely bent over backwards to help me find the right truck. During the pandemic and with shortages etc, we finally found a truck which will be delivered from the factory and into our hands, with the right price point. Paul has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he has the customer's interest at heart and that is appreciated. I like that our local dealer is interested in fostering relationships over making a buck which I believe is more profitable in the long run. While our buying experience is not yet over, I am very satisfied with the work done to date. Thank you for running a quality business embedded in the community!

I bought a new Silverado in June of 20. It s been the best truck I ve ever owned. I love the 3.0 inline diesel motor. I get mileage I ve never seen in a half ton truck!Service department is great too! I would definitely recommend them.Sam.

Owner doesn t care that their auto body shop almost caused a head on collision because of their horrible work. Their auto body shop couldn t put on the license plate w/o it falling off. The 2nd time the license plate fell off it almost caused a head on collision. And the work they did on my car, the paint started bubbling up, chipping after less than a year. This place is the worst!!
