Always great service. Never a question if my bill was proper and I never once thought that my concerns weren't addressed. This is my 6th vehicle they have worked with and I can't say enough good things. My black Dhalia loves the crew. Thanks Ez and Steve for all the great years of service!

Great place...had my winter tires switched out there last week. Crew was very friendly and fast and efficient..cleanest and nicest men's room I have ever seen in a shop...no joke..would stop there again just to use it I have been a long time customer of Point S Tires at multiple Oregon locations and they took great care of me...highly recommend.

In the last couple years I ve had Goodyear put tires on my:Triple Axle equipment trailer1999 Dodge 35002004 F2502017 F350Steve and Ezra always make it happen. They don t try to talk you into added stuff to take money. It s quick, hassle free, and feels like a family environment I appreciate you guys and working with me over the years Not to mention, they don t price gouge like other tire shops in town. Tired of the big tire stores big pricing and lacking service... We were. We switched to Goodyear a few years ago. The Best decision we could have made. Great Pricing, The Best Service. We couldn't be Happier. Give them a shot, they will earn your Business as well!!!

Honest, professional service at a competitive price. This location has always treated me well for many of my car maintenance needs. Always hair and if it doesn't need fixed they will tell you. Wide variety of tires, brakes, and batteries. Nationwide warranty. Clean and friendly inside. I'll be back anytime my rig needs work done.

I recently had engine trouble while traveling to meet friends, alone and far from home on a Saturday morning. After trying several Bend repair shops and auto care centers I was lucky enough to be sent over to see the fine people at Goodyear! Anthony and Ezera put me at ease, worked hard to make the necessary repairs and were dedicated to getting me safely back on my way. They totally rescued my weekend and made me feel secure and confident continuing on off into the wilderness to the group camp. Oil and filter change, and a tire rotation in less than an hour...BAM! They also offer suspension/strut changes at a reasonable price.

Goodyear is my go to place for tires, oil changes, and other small repairs. The guys are amazing and go out of their way to help customers. Every customer is treated as important! I ve been going there for many years, and the service has stayed top notch!

We came here today to get a second opinion for my mom's Subaru. She had taken it to Suba Guru, where they charged $130 for an inspection! At Goodyear it was FREE with an oil change! Furthermore, SG gave her a long list of things to replace or repair adding up to over $1K! As it turns out, NONE of the things listed was even remotely necessary. We are INDEBTED to the HONEST and FRIENDLY folks at GOODYEAR in Bend! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! A+++++++

We had a squeal in the truck we couldnt pin down. They took care of it before going for their lunch and it was such light work (rock in brake pad) that they didnt even charge for it. Super nice guy too. Thanks.

I had to get new tires to go over the snowy Pass to Salem. I had already called a few places and they didn't have the tires I needed in stock. So I called Goodyear to see if they had my size tires available and could fit me in. When I got there, the ground was very icy so they guided us through the service bay which was much closer instead of having to walk all the way to the lobby entrance. Before we even got to the lobby, the gentleman asked my name and checked the orders on the wall, there it was ready to go. He showed us to the waiting room and then got started on my car right away. Within 20 minutes we were done and on our way to Salem. The staff were very friendly and they even got me a $100 rebate on my tires. I was very happy with the tires and the service. I will be going back again and do recommend them to anyone who is looking for tires. I'm a 61 yr old woman Caregiver, who has had to travel over Santiam Pass several times in the past month and each time I've had to chain up and still kept sliding all over. Thanks to the guys at the Bend Goodyear, I feel much safer now and didn't even have to chain up this time.Thanks again

Since moving to Bend they have never failed to impress me with their integrity. They could have taken advantage of me so many times and yet every experience I have with them just gets better. In this day it is wonderful to deal with a business who still believes in delivering on all levels. The Bend, Oregon shop is worthy of a NASCAR pit crew. They are fast and diligent. I came in right at the end of the day expecting to be turned away. They diagnosed and took care of my tire issue in short order.

My son and I had an AMAZING experience at Goodyear Auto Care in Bend. After being told at another mechanic shop that this vehicle(2000 Ford Eddie Bauer)wasn't worth fixing and quoted us over $2800 of immediate repairs we wanted a second opinion. We connected up with Ezra and Steve at Goodyear. They ran a complete diagnostic and found we needed the wheel bearings replaced and the battery charged. They completed the work the next day!!! We were charged $735 :) :)We couldn't be happier with their World Class service!! If you're looking for an honest mechanic service who's not going to rip you off with unnecessary repairs, Goodyear is the place to go!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Battery

Don't look anywhere else. These guys are it.After being wrongly misquoted with an outrageous price and unnecessary work by LS, I decided on Goodyear. Not only do they quote fairly, but the service is really one of the fastest I've seen. After an appointment was set, my truck was in and out in about an hour at a cost two to three times less than *ahem* Les. Keep up the great work!Service: Tires

Had a friend recommend going through this store for tires and service, as he has been using them for years. I had the pleasure of connecting with Steve at the front desk. I cannot express my gratitude for professionalism and outstanding service that I had received. At what seemed like a busy time for them, I had simply stopped by to get some ideas on which direction to go with tires and walked away with new ones installed within the hour. These guys are great. I order my goodyears online and make an appointment, they are always there early and get finished on time. Unfortunately I use about 1 set of expensive tires a year on my truck.... Respect to you guys for the good work ethic.

I had a great experience at Goodyear yesterday. When I called Friday I spoke to Travis, he was so nice on the phone and set up an appointment for me for yesterday. When I went in I saw Ezra, he was super informative and explained everything to me about the tires. The customer service and knowledge at this store was great. I will definitely go there for any of my future needs for my car. I have never been so impressed ! It s nice to see that taking care of a customer, still exists.

I had a tire that was wobbling when I was driving down the road. I stopped by 30 minutes before they closed, and was helped immediately. David took really good care of me and was done with my vehicle within 15 minutes. Professional work and amazing customer service.
