Nothing particularly quick about them and their prices are ridiculous (partly my fault for not checking first). $121 for a basic oil change. Make sure you check your invoice because they somehow managed to charge me for 7 quarts of oil for a car with a maximum capacity of 5.7 quarts.

Nathan was amazing! We were experiencing problems with a wobbly tire on our rental car and he graciously took time out of his day to help us out!

I always go here because I have a Ford Service plan. This time it was very disappointing. I was there two hours for a simple oil change. I arrived before they opened. There were about 5 people that arrived after me that had their vehicle serviced before me. Three of those 5 arrived about 20 minutes after they opened. I noticed there were some new employees, so I think these new employees do not know how to do customer service and/or care about it.

I went to get an oil change last Wednesday and was asked if I had bought my Mazda at the dealership. I said no and after the oil was changed I was told it was free. I got a call today saying I needed to pay for it. Completely unprofessional and messed up. Why tell a customer one thing if it's going to be another, especially when it comes to payment! I will never be taking my Mazda here to get serviced and would rather bring it to a different dealership. I do not reccommend this place to anyone.Not to mention there is an error on the mileage of my vehicle on the given paperwork.Only reason why I rated 2 stars was because the guy on the phone gave me a 15% discount which was the most he could do. If I hadn't said anything though, I probably would've had to pay the full amount. Listen to the negative reviews for the dealership and keep them in mind when you come here! I would hate to be someone who did not have the money to pay.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They have watchful eye on items that need attention. In and out in a reasonable time frame.
