I've taken several vehicles here over the past 5 years. I have only ever received fair and honest treatment and feel that they provide top tier service! Nate is an awesome, outstanding guy who apparently treats everyone the same. I literally talked to a guy at my gym this morning about my truck and when I told him where I took it, he said the same this: Nate is a great, honest, and fair mechanic! Highly recommended

Had a great experience with Elite Fleet Automotive, I had them work on my 05 dodge dakota. They took there time made sure everything was working appropriately. Very friendly Employees. They checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still in working order! I will definitely be using them for all my vehicles from now on. Highly recommend.

I would strongly recommend them!! Nate got my vehicle in and out quickly even with the winter storm we had. Nate and his team were great at keeping me in the loop on my repairs and no surprises at the end! Very pleasant experience.

Elite Fleet was recommended by the tire store for an alignment. I also wanted my brakes checked. I found them to be fairly priced and communicative. I appreciated they told me what was things looked like and gave me their honest opinion-which was to wait. When the time comes, I will call them again.

10/10 customer service! Jordan got me and my Ram in and out in record time, all while maintaining a positive can do attitude. He and the team provided me with top quality parts and services. The office staff and waiting room amenities were top tier! Overall a very positive experience and we will no doubt be returning customers! Keep up the good work guys!

Elite Fleet Automotive took great care of my 23-year old Ford Ranger truck. They could not source the part right away because the engine was a more uncommon size. So, they searched every day for weeks until their internet sleuthing paid off. I want to thank them for their diligence and not giving up when the going got tough. They kept me informed and had an unshakeable, resourceful attitude through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. They are fair, courteous, and make it their mission to delight their customers. You will not be disappointed with their level of problem-solving service! Thank you Elite Fleet team!

Brought my OBS Bronco there for an alignment, suspension, and some steering parts. These guys are the best, showing you exactly what s wrong and walk you through the options. Bronco feels better than it ever has. Surprisingly cheap.

Really glad this shop was recommended to me. Very nice, super competent staff took great care to ensure my alaignment was set up perfect. The followup paperwork fully covered the status of my suspension and what exactly was done. Very impressed!

super disappointing....requested $6500 worth of work on a fantastic 1995 dodge cummins . replaced an exhaust brake that likely only needed adjusting (wife's request). jake brake worked for less than a summer. steering pump that was replaced failed 2 states away within months. they did get the dummy brake light on the dash to remain off, but the back up lights are on all the time. but the absolute worst was the missing oil plug near the power steering unit !this missing part coated my boat and camper a couple times until i got a rubber plug to remain. the stress took years from my already shortened life.less than 5000 miles(simply recreational vehicle) and a year later Severin would not even honor the light issue.i wouldn't let these fools work on my push lawn mower, much less a riding lawnmower! ISO a diesel mechanic with ethics!.

I have paid their electric bill over the past two years, because of my Damn 3500 Dodge cummins. Lol its a love hate relationship but with prices of vehicles right now it's cheaper for me to keep repairing the son-of-bich, then getting a new one.. if you need work done these guys are the ones to do it. They take care of your vehicle and get it done and out the door in a timely fashion..

So I limped into Bend on a Friday morning knowing my rig wouldn t make it back home without repair. Meanwhile I had to work Monday am, so I knew I had to head back over the mountain Sunday night.I called around Bend and nearly everyone was too busy to help. When I got a hold of Nate at Elite Fleet, he told me he was going camping that afternoon, but to bring it in I ll see what I can do. Anyway he proceeded to drop everything to get me back on the road. On top of his speed and customer service, his shop has a top-notch crew and some of the newest diagnostic technology. The inexpensive bill at the end was the cherry on top. I would absolutely and unreservedly recommend Nate and his team.

My Jeep's A/C conked out mid-summer and the earliest the dealership could see me was FALL. The team at Elite Fleet quickly got me in and got me back up and running again -- top of the line diagnostics, great communication and ultimately, my A/C perfectly operating again in no time. Can't recommend these guys enough -- as far as I'm concerned, outside the dealer themselves, the best Bend has to offer.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

They were great to deal with. I went in for an alignment drove straight when I left very happy with the work. Nick the owner came out and discussed what they did and why I felt very comfortable leaving I would definitely recommend them

I left a review of Elite after giving my business to Elite Fleet Automotive Service and Auto Body Concepts. I was disappointed that my vehicle returned to me with no Oil. The owner of Elite Fleet calls me within 10 minutes harassing me about the 1 star review I'd left. I'd said "oil tank" and he started heckling me about how I used the phrase "oil tank". When I explained to Him that I don't know too much about vehicles, beyond changing my own oil and filters, he replied in the most condescending way "clearly". I've never been treated this poorly by a business owner. Seriously Bend, avoid this shop if you have the opportunity to do so. Nate doesn't have an "I want to fix the problem" mentality. Remember too that I just spent $10,000 between His shop and another and waited patiently for over 7 weeks to claim my vehicle.No oil. I finally got to pick up my vehicle and no oil. I could smell the engine burning. ** I changed the oil at 62,400 miles and added new filter and 6 quarts of valvoline 0-20 synthetic. My car went into the shop at 66,800. My car wasn't leaking or burning oil before it went into Elite. Definitely consider your options folks.At the end of the day the Owner disinvited me from using Elite Fleet Automotive. I'm really busted up about it. Gave this guy and his employees and family roughly $5000 of my money and he calls to condescend and to heckle. Where's the oil guy!?Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Severin paused his day to drive to where I had broken down & provided a diagnostic on the spot before I resort to tow services. He stayed late after the shop had closed to help, & the team assessed my car the next day. *during the holidays*Other shops in town have said they are booked months out, they don't work on diesels, or that my car is too old to service.But not elite fleet, they will put there all into meeting your needs.That is just a glimpse of how reliable & supportive these guys are. They go above, to infinity, & beyond. My 2000 Ford excursion has been a stressful endeavor for me, & as a newer car owner/solo female, I have had plenty of reserve when it comes to seeking help. But thanks to elite fleet i feel safe at the wheel, I can rely on my car again!Severin has never once made me feel naive, he will show you exactly whats going on, the parts themselves, & explain in detail how the mechanics work. He is informative & truly cares.At every point they will update you on what they find & what to expect. They even check in post-appointments to ensure that things are still running smoothly.When in doubt, call elite fleet!

I couldn't have asked for better service. They got me in, repaired my vehicle in a couple of days, and I was back on the road, including a new set of tires.They explained exactly what was wrong and showed me pictures of what needed to be replaced and why. Nate and co fixed my subaru outback last minute when there was a transmission issue. Being from out of town, with still 400miles to drive, I am very grateful they worked things around for me. They're very professional and kind and offered words of encouragement when the bill hit the table. 'All cars suck, just depends on what you want to look at.' Made me feel less negative towards my subaru. Cheers guys.
