First of all please note that my experiences and options come from on and off road racing background, and time working in the tire/auto industry.Every single time I come in here they are just fantastic! Busy, but motivated, polite, professional, prompt, and super thoughtful. One time I paid to have an old set of wheels and tires dismounted so I could sell them separately (wheels and tires I did not buy here). They quoted me a fair price, ended up charging me less than the quote, and even gave me bags for the tires and boxes for the wheels.I chose to buy my truck tires here over Costco and Les Schwab due to a combination of price point, product quality/ availability, and install appointment access (Costco was a month out for installs at the time). I'm very happy that I did. 2500 miles later and no regrets.To sum up; I couldn't recommend this store/brand and location enough! Highly highly recommend!!!

I may have arrived at just the right time, but everyone here today was excellent and my tires were installed super quickly. I really appreciate Dylan and everyone here today for doing things so well and positively.

Tristan was wonderful. The store as a whole was also fantastic. But she went above and beyond to help me with my 07 ranger, and to say I was satisfied is an understatement. Thank you guys! And thank you Tristan (sorry if the name is spelt wrong)

The service was excellent, the minute I pulled in the parking lot I was taken care of quickly and orderly. Service itself was under 1 hour and I was very pleased with the attention to detail regarding my spare tire.

I had a tire blow out in La Pine. Made it to Bend on a donut. Staff were all friendly and professional. Logan is extremely knowledgeable about tires and helped me get the what I wanted quickly. Having an emergency sucks, but Logan and the crew at Discount Tire got me back on the road within an hour of the tires arriving at the store.Also, the waiting area has comfortable chairs and is spacious. Not much for reading materials, but most people use phones now.

I ordered the tires I wanted ahead of time. And they booked an appt. For me a week in advance. They had them ready to go and were very punctual. I felt their whole team was professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They wrapped my old tires in a white plastic for storage before placing them back in my vehicle. I was really pleased overall with the great service. And I love my new snow tires.

This place has good tire prices. However one location is not enough, it takes forever to get an appointment, especially winter tire changeover. Do the math...how many Les schwab locations are in C.O ...and they're building another one in Redmond. CLUE PHONE!!!

5-star customer service from start to finish! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional employees. Outstanding experience.I ordered the wrong size of snow tires for my non-OEM winter rims, to be direct shipped to the Discount Tire shop from an online third party vendor. The Discount Tire techs quickly caught this, verified that they had a set of the proper size tire (same brand/model I had ordered) in-house, and proceeded seamlessly with the installation. Discount Tire went the extra mile and even arranged/coordinated the return of the wrong sized tires I had ordered and shipped to their store. An unexpected bonus! :)Thank you, Discount Tire, for quickly finding a solution to my goof, and for making everything so easy for me. My family and I will be bringing all of our future tire/wheel business to you, and I will be recommending you to all of my friends. Kudos to you and your team, keep up the excellent work!

I have been a long term customer. My service technician Hanna was great. After exploring all the options, I was delighted. To learn that the nail in my tire was fixable. I thank the technicians and sales people for being honest and not upgrading me to a new set of tires when they were not needed. I will tell my story to my friends and continue to be a loyal customer. Good customer service and honesty keeps customers coming back.

Discount was able to get both of my vehicles in without an appointment today. Competitive pricing, quick service and great selection. The four employees I talked with between drop-off and pick-up of my vehicles were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again, Bend store!

Bad customer service. My tires were not balanced properly.I made an appointment to correct the imbalance . I was told I could get right in to this corrected. I then show up and they have put others ahead of me . I was then just told by staff, patience is a virtue. Good customer service is a virtue!!

Don't waste your time going to any other tire store. Discount tire has better prices, a better selection of tires and great customer service. Thank you Guy for setting me up with an awesome wheel and tire package. You have my business for life!

Bend Discount Tire always surprises me with their outstanding customer service. We were traveling for a month and forgot to schedule an appointment to get our snow tires put on the car. We decided to try and do an early morning walk-in. When we arrived at 7:15 AM, the parking lot was full. I thought there was no way we could get in. Discount tire had us finished by 10 AM. Thank you, Discount Tire!

Wish I could say our experience was 5 stars. That is not the case unfortunately for us. First problem was, we asked that when they took the snow tires off the car could they please place them in the back of our truck, we did not want the tires placed in our car. Yes, we drove 2 vehicles to this discount tire store. We were charged for a disposal fee for our winter tires we were swapping out for new summer michelins. The tire technician then went into the store to speak to the young lady that had processed our purchase, he asked "are you sure they want to dispose of these they are new tires!" She then had to refund us the disposal fee. Then they mounted the new tires and sent us on our way. I was about 3 miles south on hwy 97 and the tire light came on the dash. Drove down to the nearest turnaround and headed back. Well, by the time I got back to the store the right front tire was almost completely out of air. They told me they would have someone more experienced fix the TPMS on the right front as you could hear the air hissing out of the tire. By the time they came to fix their mistake the tire was completely flat and they drove it into their bay. They fixed it and said have a nice day! This took 2 hours with an appointment for new tire purchase. Hoping the TPMS on the other 3 wheels are installed correctly. Lesson learned just because they are supposed to be proficient at what they do, does not mean they care about customer safety. We have gone to Americas discount tire for 30 years. Cant say there will be 31.

Great experience as always. We've gotten 3 different sets over the years. Each were perfect and the service beyond perfect! Will always go back even if there not the cheapest in town.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had doing business with ANY company. My wife, infant son, and I arrived first thing in the morning (7:30 am) to drop off our vehicle to get new tires. We checked in and they told us it would be ready before the end of the day.I gave Discount Tire a call at 4:30 pm to see if the vehicle would still be ready to pick up by the end of the day and they said that it would be done before 6 pm and to come in to pick it up around that time.My wife, infant son, and I drove back to Discount Tire to pick up our vehicle at the time they said it would be ready (6 pm) and saw that it was still in the parking lot WITHOUT the new tires on it.We went inside to check when it would be ready and they said it was next in line to be worked on. 4 more cars pulled into the shop after we were told it was next in line and by that time it was around 7:30 pm.We had to ask again and they finally brought our vehicle in to be worked on (the last one of the day). I waited in the lobby until the last customer, other than me, got the keys to his vehicle and went home. After he left, they turned the lights off on me while I was sitting in the lobby! After sitting in darkness in the waiting area, they came in and said my vehicle was ready as they were all packing up to go home for the night.Finally, when I got home, I decided to check the tire pressure because the new tires seemed over-inflated. The new tires were at 80 psi which is 20 psi over the manufacturer recommended 60 psi (written on the driver side door).I am very disappointed and feel very disrespected by this entire experience. I would personally never recommend this company. I hope they are able to fix this in some way.

Beware Installation IncompetenceDiscount Tire damaged my car s rear wheel bearing that ultimately required $1,000 in repairs to it and the rear brakes. Discount Tire won t compensate me for it.If after reading this review you won t be going to Discount Tire again, please like this review.The Full StoryI went to Discount Tire on August 26th after my mechanic suggested that I get new tires. At that time on August 23rd, there was no issue with the braking or rear wheel bearing. Immediately after the installation, I could hear a mishitting / semi-squeaking noise in the rear wheel on the driver s side. I wasn t sure what I was hearing, so I went home.The sound continued over the weekend, and I came in on Monday, August 28th to have them look at it. All they did was check alignment. The installer wouldn t even listen for the sound. He passed me off to go to another mechanic.I probably should have demanded that I talk with a manager, but I didn t.The sound continued.On August 31st, I went to a mechanic, and they heard the issue. They couldn t immediately diagnose the problem, and I was getting repairs on a non-related issue, which they fixed.The issue continued, and I went back to the mechanic again. The mechanic tried to fix it by cleaning the brakes.That didn t work.I went to another mechanic on October 6th. They diagnosed that the rear-wheel bearing had been thrown off. Their guess is that since Discount Tire, which uses jacks on cars, probably dropped the car!This mechanic fixed the rear wheel bearing, but then they had to fix the brakes because of how they d been mis-used.I emailed customer service at Discount Tire asking for reimbursement on October 25th. Just reimbursement. I probably should have asked for compensation for my time and frustration with this issue.They promptly responded, saying that someone from the Bend store would reach out.No one from the Bend store reached out.I followed up on November 8th.Customer service promptly responded, saying that someone at the district level would reach out.No one did.Then I got a message from their third-party claim management company Fleet Response.I sent them the documentation I had from the different mechanics I d gone to, but Fleet Response never once spoke to me on the phone despite my several calls. They denied my claim, and blamed my car s age.I have a 20-year-old Toyota Corolla, which was fine before installation in terms of this issue. If you re a car-person, you know Corollas are awesome. Even if you aren t, you probably know that this car s durability is exceptional, unless you drop it.The third-party company did offer me $200, which is a slap in the face.Now, let me be clear, I ve been a customer for more than a decade. I believe I first went to the company when they were America s Tire (I m fuzzy on if they ve rebranded) on August 16, 2013 (yeah, I keep records). I had great service in Reno with Discount Tire in 2018. I ve never complained about this or any company in this way.But this has been ridiculous.I can t say anything about the tires (there are different types and brands, etc.), but I can speak to the installation. That installation was bad and cost me a lot of time and money.Discount Tire needs to train their employees better.I can t say that you won t have a good installation, but then those good installers will probably be gone in 3 to 6 months.You are rolling the dice with this company.I will seek tires at another company in the future.If you feel the same or have had similar experiences, please leave a review about no longer going to this company to help impress upon Discount Tire that quality customer service is critical as is hiring and training people to do a job right.

We have purchased tires and wheels from the Bend Discount Tire and always have been happy with the staff and service. Today Guy went way out of his way to help me track down some spacers for my winter wheels. Additionally he explained how best to install the spacers. He was a tremendous help. They have a customer for life.

Great experience! Fast, friendly service and Kalaih was awesome! She helped me swap our two appointments so I could get my wife out first, and offered extra services like new wipers blades to get us ready for winter. The shop manager even checked in with us to verify our preferred tire pressure, was not expecting that!

Every employee I ve ever encountered here has bent over backwards to make sure I m pleased with their service. This company does a great job of instilling a customer first attitude in their employees. I will use Discount Tire for life.

This centers management and the girl at the front desk are not on the ball to say the least expect to wait an hour on the phone and 3-6 hours if you bring your car in with no appt. I had a tire fail due to a recall. I did get a set of replacements mind you for an additional cost and I waited 6 hours to get the new set installed as I watched many people in and out before I was(maybe had an appointment) and I was never warned about this tire recall could have been a serious safety risk. The wheels I have are/were fairly new good condition after market wheels with no lost pressure and after the first set of recalled tires I purchased I started losing air from one tire returned and I was told one of the wheels was cracked but then after the faulty tire failed I was told a different one was bent and couldn t get it balanced after the second set where installed which whatever I didn t complain just accepted the facts but That s not the only issue I had after the second set was installed. They pulled the car out and one of the center hub caps were missing. I immediately asked where it was and they responded they broke it and the girl at the front would get one ordered and call me when it s in. We ll fast forward a month and still had no call so I waited the hour/ s the o get them on the phone to find out one was never ordered I sent a pic of the inside of the cap as they needed to order a new one and here I am 2 weeks later with no email response or knowledge of a cap there to replace the one they broke. I m an auto tech at a very busy location and would always recommend discount until this past experience. I m on hold now for 37:59 seconds now I sure hope I don t hear they still haven t ordered.

After an unfortunate series of events and statements, I got the tires I wanted installed. I would recommend them. But I would make sure the tires you want are actually at that location. If they have the tires shipped in, I would also follow up the next day to make sure they are either there or on their way.

Been a customer of Discount Tire here in Bend for several years. But last year purchased a new "used" vehicle so tires were new at time of purchase. Unfortunately, I recently had a low Tire pressure warning, and ultimately tire was slowly going flat. Made an appointment to have them inspect. Their customer service is top notch. Store was busy, but agent took their time informing me of possible solutions if tire was not repairable. In the end, it was repairable, and when my car was brought out, I asked them how much I owed, and total was Zero. All they asked is that if I am in the market for tires in the future, that I please patronize their business. Will most definitely.

Update 4/2024. Still awesome with great customer service. Great prices. And Great work.An excellent place for all your your and wheel needs. After shopping some it was clear this place has the best price and service. I've taken a couple rigs here and have never been let down. I really like the online reservation system and how everything can be done online. Go here anytime you need wheels and tires.
