I received a flyer in the mail from Davis and Clark Auto Repair and called for an appointment for a transmission service. They told me the length of time it would take and how much it would cost. When my service was done they called me to pick up my vehicle and paid the price they quoted me. I was very impressed with the staff and the service I received. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for further service as needed. Working with the dealership in Bend was too expensive and they are always 2 to 3 months out with us unacceptable. Davis and Clark is my new auto repair shop. Thank you for serving our community.

Davis and Clark is a great auto repair shop! They have done nothing but take great care of us the mechanics the service it s all been just amazing I just had my oil cooler changed the transmission service and some brake work done. The whole job was done in a very reasonable time. The expense for the repair was very reasonable. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone I know.

I ve taken my Subaru to Davis and Clark several times for basic maintenance. They ve been efficient and fairly priced. I asked them to check brakes on my recent visit. They reviewed the status of the brakes with me and gave me a time frame for when the work may need to be done no hard sell on doing it right away. I appreciate their response. They always follow up to see if I m satisfied with their work and are really customer-oriented.

Took my VW for a 2nd opinion at no charge, which was wonderful.Davis and Clark saved me some money and found another problem that wasn't diagnosed at another shop.They were very easy to work with and will be returning for more maintenance service.Can't say enough good things about this shop!!

Great customer service. Had my vehicle in and diagnosed the problem quickly. They also picked up on a chronic problem that the dealership said was a natural noise and not to worry . It is fixed and running better than ever. Thanks

Davis and Clark have repaired all three of my vehicles, all older. Whether it's a simple oil change or a more involved repair, they've done a great job of getting my family back on the road in good time and at a fair and reasonable price. And they're easy to work with! Highly recommend Joseph, Micah, and the whole crew.

Paid over 1k to have spark plugs and coils fixed. Now on a road trip and the exact issues we had repaired are happening again. Waste of money and having to fix the same exact issue we paid over 1k to fix. I wasn't happy with the price in the first place but we were in a crunch and had to have it fixed right then. Other places quoted me less than half the price but they didn't have openings in over a week so we had Davis and Clark fix our car. This was in October and we are having to fix the same issue in January with the exact same location as the previous repair. Not happy since we are out of state on a road trip. Save your money and go elsewhere.UPDATE: The coil that supposedly I paid to replace was the original manufacturer coil when checked during our trip. So they charged me to replace a coil but never did it. The spark plug was replaced but they left the coil. This place is a SCAM and they LIE about the work they do. Please learn from my mistake and go somewhere else, they charge you for services and don't do the repair. I've never run into this situation before and I'm blown away at their dishonesty. I can't believe they are still in business. DON'T GO HERE, LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!!!

Very happy to write this review for Davis and Clark Auto Repair in Bend Oregon. It is one thing to have your car regularly maintenance and taken care of. It is quite another, when the chips are down in the middle of an ice storm, to have your mechanic shop come through for you! Very grateful for everything Joseph, Micah, and the team do for us. If you need work on your car in Bend, this is the place to go! Strong Recommend for routine maintenance and specific problems; heck they work on my brakes, ya know? JP

I had new tires installed in Portland and on my drive to Bend it felt like the alignment was off. I wanted to have the issues addressed before I drove back home and was able to get into Davis & Clark on short notice. They were professional and got me back on the road quickly.

They did an amazing job! Joseph did a thorough diagnostics and had delt with alot concerning a warranty issue. Finally the dealer just paid for the repair and Joseph and team had it fixed in 3days. I highly recommend Davis & Clark Automotive Repair for all your mechanical needs. Thank You Very Much!!!!

Dropped off car for Oil and Oil Filter change - went to lunch - received text "car done" - went to shop - paid and drove off. No problems with my service. Satisfied and happy with Davis & Clark. Will go back.

Truck wouldn t start. Suspected it was the fuel pump. Plenty of places would let me pay to diagnose but wouldn t do the repair because my truck lived in the rust belt for 15 years before moving to Bend. Explained this to Joseph who said they would fix it regardless of rust. Had it towed to them. Got a quick estimate and quick repair. They also told me about a few other issues I had. Declined those for now because I don t want to throw much more money into the truck. Got $100 off my repair from their mailing. A straight up company. Will return.

Extremely prompt and honest shop. Had my check engine light come on in my Grand Cherokee and after going to the jeep dealers website and finding out their first available was months out, I called Davis and Clark; and they got me in that afternoon. They had my car back on the road in just over 24 hours including them ordering and waiting on parts. They sent a detailed quote via email for me to docusign for authorization which was very convenient and informative which allowed me to take a second and do research to make sure the price was competitive instead of deciding on the spot. In the end they got my car fixed for almost 1000$ less than the other two shops I called and if you are like me and don t want to deal with the prices and wait times for the big name dealers and mechanics in town; I highly recommend checking Davis and Clark out.Service: Engine repair

Davis and Clark are as honest as they come. I take all of my vehicles to Joseph and the crew at D&C. Having lived in Bend all of my life, I expect honest care and responsible technicians. I think I've taken six or seven vehicles into D&C and I'm always impressed. Highest recommendation I can give! :)

I took my 2011 Nissan Xterra to Davis and Clark Auto Repair so that they could use their expertese to look at my alternator and starting sequence. The next day, they sent me a lengthy list of things (some I was aware of but weren't confident in being able to repair well) that needed work. I decided to allow them to take care of all of it including my front and rear suspension, front struts, alternator, battery mount, negative battery terminal replacement, gasket valve seal, and basically everything that a car needs to go from a headache to a 10 year daily driver. I was honestly worried at first because for all of the work they planned on doing it was only around 3.5k so i expected short cuts to be taken with my repairs. They did everything within 3 days and better than any shop I've been to. I seriously appreciated how efficient and thorough Davis and Clark's work was for me.

Joseph, Micah, and their team at Davis and Clark are the absolute Best! Without their diligence, hard work, and amazing customer service I would not be driving my truck today. They were able to track down and install a part that was recalled by Ford and on back order for months. I was told by Ford Corporate Office that I had to order the part from the Ford dealership and it could take several months to receive. The dealership told me that even if they could get the part I would have to wait several months to get an appointment to have it installed. The crew at Davis and Clark Auto Repair were able to find and install the part in just a few weeks. What an amazing team they are! 5 STARS! Highly recommended!Service: Transmission

I would not recommend this place. They charge me $150 diagnostic that simply confirmed that I needed back breaks which I already knew and had asked them to service. Then they quoted me $1000 for back breaks! I said no thanks and had Les Schwab do them for $300. At that time Les Schwab told me that the car also desperately needed struts. Not sure why Davis And Cark's $150 diagnostic didn't find this issue when they "inspected" the breaks as asked. When I called and told them, they said "Hmm, yes we should have noticed that".

We were in route for the birth of our first grand child from Arizona to Eugene, towing our 5th-wheel, when we lost power steering and brakes in our tow vehicle. We reached out to the local Chevy dealer for service , only to learn they were booked out solid 3 weeks into September! Joseph and Micah and their team at Davis and Clark saved the day! Not only did they replace the power steering pump the same day, but also caught another issue with our radiator that could have left us stranded roadside in some remote location during these excessive heat warnings. Charged me $150 to read a code and tell me they couldn't find the part my car needed. No advice on what to do next. Got the part myself and asked if they would install it, they said no and again absolutely no advice on next steps I could take. I called other places that also were not able to work on my car but were happy to give me advice and ideas for next steps given the situation. For $150 Davis and Clark did absolutely nothing. Thanks.

We stopped by early on Monday morning, July 3rd. We were in a road trip, our check engine light went on, and nobody else was open or could make an appointment. The Davis and Clark folks were friendly And accommodating (thanks to a cancelation). They replaced our truck s spark plugs, and starter coil, and had us back on the road in hours. The price was fair, and our truck has been running well.Service: Engine repair
