Wow. Coach masters are the authority on mobile home work on the planet. Trent was incredibly helpful, the front desk were very nice. There was nothing wrong with my experience here. They even let us sleep in the lot while our camper was being working on complete with city water and electrical hookups. If you have an issue big or small with your rig, do yourself a favor and take it to coach masters.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are the best! I was traveling through and was leaking coolant. Although they were extremely busy, they fit me in and got me moving on. Highly recommend!

From the first phone call to my first visit, they were very professional and very pleasant. From the service manager to the service tech, they all seem very happy with their jobs and happy the customers were there and treated them very professionally would highly recommend five stars all the way, they were very busy and Blake was able to squeeze me in to do diagnostics for my coach. I have a vintage travel trailer that popped off of the ball. It slid on its front end across 3 lanes of HWY. The whole bottom front of the trailer was open and destroyed. Now, if you have ever owned an all original, mint condition, vintage trailer, an accident like that is DEVISTATING. Especially when you can't get insurance that covers the true value. From my first call, to picking up my trailer was the best experience. I had to get skin, flooring, wood, metal bracing on the front, fiberglass rearrainged, molding, seams all replaced, and painting done. I couldn't imagine my trailer would EVER be the same. I was extremely pleased! It was PERFECT! You could'nt tell that anything had ever been done. Everyone was kind and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Coachmasters.

Always get the best service. Blake and all the crew know what they are doing and are friendly as well. Made all the repairs we needed. Prices are quite reasonable. Will definitely go again when needed.

We were lucky they were able to fit us into their schedule early to replace our refrigerator, which had quit working so that we could head out of town as planned. They really helped us in our time of needing it done ASAP.

This was the second time I came to Coach Masters for repairs on my 40' Class A. Different issue this time. Trent Fuller and Mike Harris took great care with a unique problem and did a masterly job in two days. Parts were "forever" on back-order but Trent followed up and when the parts were ready he made room for our rig. Very pleased with the service and advice. If ever needed again, Coach Masters is the place I will go.Service: Body & Trim

I have used Coach Master for 2 repairs. First they replaced a damaged awning for me. Then when my FireFly system would not work they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a few hours. Would highly recommend coach masters. Trent and the team were very easy to work with throughout the process. Not only did repairs take one day, but they washed the vehicle as well.

Not your typical auto repair experience. Every single person I interacted with was honestly a joy to be around. Good people with lots of knowledge and willingness to troubleshoot thoroughly. I am not happy I had a roof leak, but I'm happy it happened here. They were also very informative the whole time about every that was going on and educated me about how to troubleshoot these things in the future.

Brought our 2013 Phaeton in for a heater core replacement. Was very nervous about this repair but Blake was quite reassuring that the estimate shouldn't be off. It was....a lot....UNDER. That and they let us stay on site in our coach so we didn't have to drive 5 hours home in the dark. Very happy and highly recommended.

In 11 years on the road I've had repairs done at many of the major & minor shops in The Western USA - without hesitation, Coach Masters of Bend is the best I've found. Our coach needed a wide variety of work done, including engine, air conditioner, differential, and body work (it was a tough winter). They accomplished all in very good time. Everyone I met was friendly & eager to help. Even though they were very busy, I was made to feel like my business was important to them. Thank You Coach Masters for an excellent job!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This is a shop that actually makes their customers a priority... a rarity in this business! We do not often take time to write reviews, but there are moments in life when you simply must express your gratitude by sharing about your experience. We are a family of seven traveling across the country from Florida. Not long after arriving in Oregon, our motorhome broke down on a busy road around 1 pm on a Friday afternoon. To say the least, these were not ideal conditions, but it was at that point we were given the name of Coach Masters. We had our motorhome towed there and from the first phone call to the last goodbye, we knew this was a very different experience than most RV repair shops. Our issue ended up being rather difficult to diagnose, and at one point they had 4 different mechanics looking at the coach trying to diagnose it. They were honest, kind and made us feel like a real priority, even in the midst of their very busy Friday afternoon. Within 2 hours, they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part necessary, and had us up and going not long after 5 pm. I can t tell you how much it meant that they actually worked past 5 pm on a Friday to help get us back on the road! We pray God s richest blessings upon the team at Coach Masters, and we even bought a hat that we will be wearing the rest of the trip. We would love to find this kind of shop in our home state of Florida, as we are Coach Masters fans for life!!!

These people are the BEST! They went out of their way to fix our refrigerator. Did we need a new refrigerator? Did we need expensive work done to fix it? NO, just fixed a stuck power button with very reasonable charge. Sure wish they were where we are from. And to top it all off, Marilyn is such a happy, fun person to deal with.THANK YOU SO MUCH!Service: Electrical repair

I have to start off by saying we have had more good experiences then bad here so sorry for the 3 star review but it is honest. We took our RV in to have a basic service and a trailer brake installed. When we hooked it up to the trailer not only did the trailer brake not work but I noticed they shorted out one of the RV brake lights. We went on my trip but was unable to take my trailer and fix the brake light ourselves. Everybody makes mistakes so a second chance with a good attitude on our part was certainly in order. We took the RV back to get the problems corrected plus have a new strap put on the awning, fix a chair and repair 2 trim pieces. It was suppose to be ready for a trip the next day. 2 days later (one day late for our trip) we were told we could pick it up. The charges were an additional $300, the trailer brake they put in still didn't work, they couldn't fix the brake light but admitted it worked when we dropped it off, they only fixed one of the two trim pieces, didn't fix the chair or the awning. The second visit ended up being a total waste of time and money. We have spend a lot of money there over the last ten years and sadly won't be back ,not even to have fixed what we already paid for. I give them 2 stars for being polite folks and 1 star more for mechanical repairs they did well in the past. We really like the guys that work there it's just don't seem to be able to fix RV's very well anymore over the last 2 year.

Popped in to see if they had a replacement water cap. Super friendly and helpful staff. We ended up getting our motorhome propane refilled, and they also helped us figure out how to turn on our oven after we had already paid for the propane - just to help us out. Would highly recommend.

I have taken my coach to a number of repair/maintenance shops and have had service ranging from poor/dishonest to acceptable. Since finding CoachMasters, I have had nothing but tremendous advice, service and performance. I live 150 miles away but refuse to go to any other shop. These folks are honest, thorough, skilled, and excellent to work with.

These people are the best, if you want your coach fixed and fixed right. Marilyn and Blake and their team are great people and sincerely care about you and your coach. You may not want to hear whats wrong, but they will be upfront with you and that's hard to find now a days. Would recommend them in a "heart beat"

I emailed these guys to get some service work done on my tiffin phaeton and they were very responsive and scheduled me in even though I'm a 1st time customer. I really appreciated that as I know it's the busy season for rv maintenance/repair. Looking forward to working with coach masters in the future.

I have been working with Coach Masters for the past 3 years on my Sprinter RV. They have done normal maintenance as well as full remodel work. They have helped me install a new bed system, upgraded batteries and installed a diesel heater system. The work has always been done on time and in a clean way. They even washed my RV before I picked it up. This is a great local company for all your RV needs. I will be working with them for many years to come. Thanks Coach Master Team!

We are lifetime coach Masters customers! Each time we've looked at purchasing a used RV they've helped us to identify potential problems before making a purchase. Might be a little pricey but certainly worth it!

When we bought a used travel trailer earlier this year, we also bought a separate warranty. At the end of the summer, there were a few things that stopped working, were broke, etc, so we went to Coach Masters as they were recommended to us. It turns out that nothing was covered under our warranty. This is not Coach Masters' fault, but they went ahead and fixed everything on my list. Had I known that nothing would have been covered by the warranty, I would not have had the non-essential work done. In the end, this could have saved me $300-$400 but they didn't call me except to say my travel trailer was ready. Upon bringing it home, the kitchen sink cover was not in place which fell off the counter and damaged the floor, the water pump was on, and the bathroom light was on. Overall I am not pleased with Coach Masters and will not be using them next time I need work done on my travel trailer, warranty or not.

Coachmasters is the place to bring your rig. This shop exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and diligent in their work.I developed a serious coolant leak in my journeys. Called Coachmasters, Blake said bring it by. They were able to fit me in, address the leak and then pointed out another issue (I was using the wrong fluid). They flushed that, and if that wasn t enough they completed a long overdue project of mine.Blake, Marilyn (front office) and Hippie Joe in the shop made it happen. Can t say enough good about Coachmasters. Thank you!!!!!

We have been repeat customers of Paul and Scott since we bought our 1999 Beaver Marquis. In 2000, Paul and his team completely repainted the coach to correct manufacturing poor work. Every since then, we have been back to have the tile flooring completely replaced with wood laminate, had them install custom desk and other cabinetry, perform a complete brake job, replace weather cracked fuel lines for the generator and Hurricane heater system, routine service, etc., etc.Now that we have come off the road full time and are spending time in FL, it is not likely we will ever get back to Bend for any service but I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys and this shop for any coach work. We have NEVER been dissatisfied with the service we have gotten here!In the 17 years with this coach, we initially had the original dealer ... La Mesa RV ... work on it but once we found Paul and Scott, there was no other service center for us!
