I cannot thank JR and his team enough for their incredible hard work and amazing customer service throughout the entire process of fixing my car after an accident. Dealing with someone else's insurance and finding a covered auto body shop was quite a hassle, but I'm so glad I found Central Oregon Auto Body.When I called several places, JR was the only one who answered the phone and accommodated me on short notice, despite their busy schedule. True to his word, he completed the repairs within the promised timeframe and kept me informed throughout the process. The team was exceptionally communicative, which I appreciated.I was pleasantly surprised when JR personally called me to inform me about a betterment deal for my tires. He assured me he would handle the reimbursement process with my insurance company. They truly went above and beyond, making my car look brand new. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.I'm thrilled to hear that JR and his team are moving to a bigger location, which means they can help even more customers while maintaining exceptional service. I will happily recommend JR's Auto Body Shop to everyone I know. Thank you again, JR, for your outstanding work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

While they may do good work and I say May their scheduling sucks, car needed the rear bumper cover replaced from very minor low speed accident. After they received the bumper cover they scheduled us to bring the car in on Monday and it was supposed to be done by Wednesday. Call Wednesday, car not ready, will be ready Thursday afternoon, call Thursday at 4:15 , car is not ready will be Friday. Asked why, they found a broken sensor and needed to order. If they had bother to look at the car in the first three days we could have gotten it Thursday. But they didn t even look at the car until 4pm on Thursday. This is for a very simple fix.

I brought my 2019 Toyota Tundra to this shop. The bid to fix my truck , I thought was fair. It wasn't the highest or the lowest. It was smack in the middle. The work that was completed looked just fine. I feel this is a honest auto body shop, deserving of this nice area of Oregon. I would recommend Central Oregon Auto Body to anyone !

I was rear-ended pretty darn hard and Central Oregon Auto Body did the repair. They were ALWAYS pleasant and available when I had questions, fast to get it on the schedule and worked well with the insurance company. After a little glitch the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation and even did some parts ordering over the weekend when they were closed. Thank you JR (and Jacob), you and your team are really appreciated and I would recommend you to anyone highly!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys were great! JR and his staff are reliable and professional, and they do not try to upsell you for unnecessary services. My car is running wonderfully now after a hit and run. Highly recommend!

Bend Subaru recommended me this body shop for minor body work. The shop walked me through the most affordable repair. They worked with my schedule which helped reduce the time without my car and they followed through on everything they promised. Effortless, timely and affordable!

Brought my car in after a collision. They took me in right away and said they could start on the car within the week while every other shop in town was months out! Work isn t done yet, but wanted to give them a shout out.

Locally owned and excellent auto body shop. Great communication with the owner and excellent work. Works with insurance very easily and seems very well connected with people in the community and local insurance liaisons.
