Wow! What a great experience! Easy to deal with, got me in and out FAST! Outstanding customer service at the front desk! Gwen was very helpful and sincerely appreciative. I ve been a Les Schwabs customer for a long time. I got to tell you , give these guys a try!

Best tire shop in town. I had the best experience at Bend Tire Pros. Fast and efficient. Receptionist is very friendly. Highly recommend if you are needing any tire or wheel service!

10 stars if I could. They were able to do my free balance check and rotation on my truck when I just dropped in for a look at new tires for my wife's car. Then I was able to get her car in the next day for new tires and alignment check. So far the tires they recommended are really impressive and compared to other tire shops $300-$500 less expensive. They also checked the alignment for free and it didn't need it. I'll bet the other shops would have charged me.I've been buying from Tire Pros in California for years with excellent customer service and prices. I don't know why I even bothered looking any where else in Oregon. They are the best.

I used to go to The other guy's tires until the owner was rude to me. Had to find another tire place. After calling around, finding everyplace too busy to get me in, I tried Tire Pros. They were pretty busy, but said they would fit me in somewhere. I wasn't there more than 45 minutes before my tires were changed out. Free coffee too. I needed my tires changed out again today, so where did I go? The Oth..Kidding Tire Pros. Again, great service. I waited in the front area and was able to observe the guy and girl working at the counter helping customers. Very professional and personable with everyone, even with me.

This was actually a enjoyable experience. I spoke with Gwynn about putting studs on my vehicle she said they don't make that size anymore. So I bought new rims for the studded tires I was given. Gwynn was informative and helpful in the whole process and the guys who did the work, were very efficient. Really nice surprise. This is a honest and helpful business. You made a repeat customer that day.Thank you Gwynn and your Tire Pros in the shop.

This a great local business that will not disappoint you. I got a few quotes around town and Bend Tire was the best, specially when they would do the rotation of your new tires for free for the life of the tires. They ordered my tires quickly and were able to work a time for me as well. Great people and service! Give them a try.

This place is awesome, I got so e winter tires from them last year around this time for an excellent price and they rotated and balanced them yesterday for me for free, I will be returning for more services in the future

They are there to help you. They gave me a discount for being a employee of a company that they change out winter & summer tires. I am very happy with the tires they put on my Blazer . They eat up mud,snow ,rain, and desert dust.

I had a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak so I called these guys to get a quote. They literally fixed it for free. Who does that? Definitely getting all work on my tires done here in the future.

After a full suspension lift install, Bend Tire Pros got everything aligned quick. Very affordable. They're a great team who's helped me out more than a couple times.

They sell you winter tires with the promise that they will switch them for the life of tire without charging you. So tire changing is included but come winter time, they don't pick up the phone, I tried calling literally for days and when I finally got someone on the phone they tell you the don't have enough staff to switch your tires. The owner is a liar and completely unhinged. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to one of the chain tire stores as they have some accountability.

I was driving down the road and hit a piece of metal a few blocks away from their location. I was able to make it there just barley before my tire was flattened to the rim. They got me right in and were very patient with my highly active children. The tire wasn t patchable but we re able to order me a new tire and have it there by the next day. They helped me unplug my subs and put on my spare on. Then when the new tire came out my spare away. I was so thankful this happened by their location! Great price, wonderful staff, quick service. I would highly recommend!

SUV had a slow leak, so I searched Google and went with the highest rated shop. They got my vehicle in immediately, took a screw out, plugged it up, and sent me on my way! So great getting to know there are actual decent businesses/people out there, thanks guys!

The guy at the front desk is super helpful, kind, and professional. I had a flat tire and Costco tire center charged me $30 to say they couldn t fix it. I brought it here and they patched it for free. I ll definitely be going back for any tire needs!

Bought my snow tires from Bend Tire and was very happy. But what I love most about this small tire shop is that once you re a customer they take such great care of you. We got a flat on a summer tire on our way out of town today. We headed straight to Bend Tire and they had us back on the road in less than an hour after helping us come up with a creative solution. Thank you all so much!

Amazing people, Very well priced. I get my tires put on my rims for my drift car and every time it's a fair price and well done. If They feel someone else can do a better job they do not hesitate to recommend someone else. 10/10

I have been taking my cars to Bend Tire Pros for years. Unfortunately, I have to share a bummer experience that happened today, and I will not be going back in the future.I took a blemish-less car in to get new tires put on. I purchased the car 3 days ago and it came with stud tires. I picked up the car, drove home and went to take the tires out of the trunk and there was a fresh scratch of paint on the bumper. Super bummed! Rather than running to my computer to write about my frustration in a review, I decided to take the car back to them this morning. I asked the employee I worked with yesterday to come take a look, I was calm, showed the spot and he apologized and said he would get the manager/owner (Jake I believe). Nine minutes later, the employee comes back out and says "are you sure you didn't do that when you took the tires out?" "He says they were very careful putting the tires in."Good customer service is hard to find these days. The fact that now my integrity was in question, and the fact that the manager/owner would not even come out and say something like "sorry, that sucks, how can we make it right" is really sad. Les Schwab might be busier and have higher prices but their customer service is hard to beat.

Blew out the sidewall of my tire, took it into Bend Tire and they were awesome! They didn t have the exact same size tire I needed, and I was on my way back home over the mountains, they sold me a brand new tire, of comparable size, for an amazing price, just to get me back home. They checked my wheel as it had taken quite a blow, and then they rotated the tires as they didn t want me driving home with a different size tire on the front. Unbelievable service and prices. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

This place is top notch. Veteran owned and operated. Quality tires at competitive pricing, fast service, and knowledgeable staff. If you're tired of Les Schwabs and waiting months to get service, look no further. Bend Tire Pros has a top class hawkeye alignment machine, great pricing, and fast service. It's a no brainer. I can get everything I need done in one stop, in no time. Great crew of honest guys. I'll be back soon.

First-time customer, I went in at a recommendation of a family member. Really nice staff, quick less than I thought it would cost. They wrapped all my old tires before putting them back in my car. Overall very satisfied.

These guys are amazing. I made an appointment with les schwab for the wrong day and was told I would have to wait for hours if I wanted it done same day. I said no thanks and called Bend Tire pros and they told me they could get me in same day. I came in within 30 minutes of talking with them and they did my tire swap within 40 minutes (while other customers were being helped) just AMAZING customer service and AMAZING hard work from the guys here. I will never go back to let schwab or discount tire.
