Bend Battery updated our power systems just after Thanksgiving and we have been putting it through the ropes evey since. Bend Battery along with our new upgrades has exceeded our expectations. These guys know what they are doing. Excellent communication, first class service and an excellent team. Highly recommend! If you are from out of town like us, the City of Bend is a great place to visit while waiting for your upgrades to be completed. Loved Bend!

Bend Battery is fantastic! More than I could have imagined. When we first walked in, Brandon was very thorough and asked us how we use our van. Also, because we did not have a lot of storage, he helped us choose which batteries and the size solar panels that would be good for us since we were worried about space. Brandon came up with a whole plan based on finances and our needs. The next day Brandon sent us a quote. All was good. We put down a deposit (small) and after a week of installing and testing a beautiful system for us, we got to pick up our van today. Brandon went over the system with us along with giving us a booklet with all the information and all that we ordered. Wow! What a wonderful job they did starting at the first day we arrived to the day we picked up. We can not wait to camp again in a week to test the whole system out. Hands down, I would only go to Bend Battery in Bend Oregon!!

We love our solar system! When we bought our Arctic Fox 27-5L we had the RV dealer deliver the trailer to Bend Battery for the installation before we picked up the trailer. They worked with us to design a system that met our needs and desires. The workmanship was high quality. We have had the trailer a year now and our record is 28 days off-the-grid. I would and have recommended them.

The whole crew at Bend Battery are super helpful, but shout out to Brandon, the most AMAZING dude ever. He has taken so much time to explain everything so we can actually understand it. He s helped us create the system that we need at the price our wallet can handle. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Definitely shop here. Drive here if you don t live here, it s worth it.

Brandon, Jacob and the whole team are absolutely fantastic to work with. I brought in a sprinter project and they knew exactly what to do and how to get it done efficiently and effectively. Super thankful for all of their knowledge on Victron batteries and the works. Highly recommend working with them on any van or RV project. They know their stuff for sure and are great guys to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about Bend Battery. Ordered an inverter yesterday at 3pm it arrived today at 12pm! Amazing service from Amelia and techs! Great vendor that Channel Islands Charter will continue to use.

Our golf cart batteries died in our bus and my girlfriend needs a nebulizer and breathing machine. We had a 20% discount code which they honored and we were able to move up to lithium. So far so good. Thank you Bend Battery! We are definitely using you for all our solar needs from here on out....

These guys are amazing. I emailed on Monday afternoon about problems I was having with my solar controller on my rv. Jacob responded almost immediately. We discussed solutions, and by Wednesday afternoon I had a new vastly improved controller installed. They were able to install it behind a panel so I lost no storage space, and it looks better than the factory install. Brandon took the time to explain my new Bluetooth interface until I was comfortable with its operation.This is the second time I ve used these guys. In the fall they did a lithium battery upgrade, and I m equally pleased with those results.I can t recommend them highly enough.

Look no further! Who knew that a shop in Bend, OR would have one of the biggest selections of Victron Energy and Blue Sea? On top of that, these guys have such great customer service, top of the line consultations, and top quality installations. I am converting a shuttle bus and had them install 600 amp hours of Expion batteries, 1800 watts of solar, 2 x Victron Multiplus Inverter/Chargers, Massive DC-DC charging, and the full works. This system works flawlessly and turns heads everywhere I go! What a great shop! 10/10 would recommend!

Was looking to get some solar components for my camper and they were a huge help. Drew me a diagram and helped me find everything I would need to even upgrade to lithium in the future. Has to be the coolest store in bend. Will be back!

Brandon and the crew at Bend Battery will help you through all your needs with not only the products but he ll help educate you too! I m 67 and Brandon got my inverter plus all the accessories showed me everything on paper and has answered multiple emails about my install which you just don t find nowadays

It s so rare to come across a business like this anymore. I was lucky enough to win some prizes at a festival that Bend Battery sponsored in La Pine. I had issues one cold morning in my van when my batteries were reading really poor voltage. I decided to call after going down endless rabbit holes trying to fix it. Jacob literally could not have been more willing and understanding of my situation and almost immediately knew what the issue was after I explained. He walked me through all the settings that needed to be changed with the smartshunt over the phone and we even talked about the rest of my setup to make sure nothing else would go wrong, all free of charge. I live mostly in Portland but will genuinely make the active effort to drive all the way to Bend to give these guys business. Thank you again Jacob!!

The team at Bend Battery truly went above and beyond to help us get our rig back up and running. Their top priority was to ensure that our solar & battery systems were working properly and in good condition so we could be safe. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking us on last minute, staying late, and spending the time to educate us on our new pieces of equipment. We cannot recommend them enough!!!

10 stars out of 5. Helped resolve some issues I had created and explained how to fix some problems I had with old hardware. Took the time to help troubleshoot my problems with my old software version on my inverter / charger. If ever looking for an electrical setup they have everything and are very knowledgeable. These folks are the best. We arrived with a couple issues and left later that day all set. The staff took the time to show us the different options to solve the problem, price things out (their prices matched or beat online prices) and make sure everything would work together as we intended and with the system as we make future upgrades. After purchasing a couple parts we installed everything in their driveway and they were more than happy to answer questions along the way. Once we had everything installed, Jacob came out to make sure it looked right and set the specs on the charge controller for us. Truly can not thank or recommend these folks enough! I wish there was a way to give more stars. The team at Bend Battery is awesome, hands down the best customer service. Brandon (and team) went above and beyond to help me out in a crisis when my fridge decided to stop working mid camping trip. I am sincerely grateful for your help and expertise. I'll definitely be swinging by next time I'm in town to look at camper ideas. Thank you and keep up the great job!

This is a great place. I will not be going anywhere else for my battery or even my Jeep accessories going forward. Jacob was both very friendly and knowledgeable in what he does. You can also tell he enjoys it and he enjoys people. I believe him to be an honest guy who is NOT about just making a buck but more about building a good reputation. He got me in really quickly and I think I only waited 15 minutes! Then, on top of everything else, I got a smoking deal because my Jeep was not as bad as I was thinking. So instead having me pay through the nose like most places, he was actually honest and let me know it would be a quick fix. I'll be back!

I'm not from Bend but I had some pretty significant electrical issues with our Victron/Battle Born system. What great luck to have Bend Battery as a resource! How many businesses do you know that have 145 reviews and 5 stars? This is not a mistake. These guys are professional, high energy, positive problem solvers that you can trust to deliver on their promises.

Fairly rude first interaction over the phone, very expensive prices and poor return policies. Not a bad reviewer but felt the need to express this sadly :(Definitely recommend Oxbow instead

These guys are the best. We have been traveling for five weeks with our awesome Bend Battery installed Victron solar/battery/electric system. When we experienced some strange warnings on the system I reached out via email and three quick emails later with detailed instructions, we were able to reset our system and problem solved. Not so common anymore to get this level of customer service! I highly recommend !

10/10 recommend Bend Battery!!I bit off WAY more than I could chew on a Truck camper Solar + battery + inverter install bought my hardware online and called Bend Battery for help when I was in a tough spot. Most retailers would have left me hanging - instead, Bend Battery went above and beyond!! They helped me, gave me the materials I was missing, gave me a room to work and ensure the solution was right THEY ARE AWESOME! The type of good people you d want as your neighbor!

My new van conversion was having some voltage issues and since the builder is in another state I was referred to Bend Battery. They have a really good reputation around town, and several people independently referred me to them. They were fantastic! I was trying to get out of town on a Fall trip and they made it possible. They did a trouble shoot on my van and pointed out some cables on my inverter they recommended changing out for better/safer performance, as well as a smart shunt so I could monitor my battery percentages. They changed these out quickly and were also very professional in working with my van builder to trouble shoot and fix the problem. We ended up swapping out the batteries, but BB was very helpful in working with the builder and making the repairs quickly so that I could get on the road. They also took a lot of time explaining everything to me, so that I came away knowing my system much better than I did before. It is running optimally now and I am very grateful!

The team at Bend Battery are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. No matter your knowledge or skill level they can help you build a system that fits your needs and or budget. Their number one priority is your safety and the safety of your install whether you are doing it or they are. I definitely price shopped before committing to 1800 watts of solar and 600amp/hrs of batteries and their prices were as good or better than what you could buy online. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I ve been using Bend Battery for about 2 years now. I have a Victron system in my converted sprinter van. Jacob and his team go above and beyond for their customers. Any time I ve needed assistance on the road or in person, they make me feel like a top priority. They are extremely timely with their communications and spend time educating me along the way. I m very grateful to have them as my go to for my electrical needs.

I bought the victron solar system (exclude the solar panel) from them. I was concerned since I'm going to do self installation. I moved across the country. I was amazed how they were able to provide the information. Jacob helped and navigate through the process some issue. He was able to discover the simple issue. This local company definitely deserves the recognition. I highly recommend this company as I will purchase the solar system form them if I'm far away.

I don't have enough good things to say about Jacob and the entire team at Bend Battery. They helped me complete a wonky DC/Solar project on my 1999 VW Eurovan and they went above and beyond to help me solve the issue myself. I tried to have them work on it in their shop but my van is unfortunately too old and too modified by previous owners to be worked on in the Bend Battery shop: they have high standards and justifiably so!All along the way, they provided superior customer service, educated me, helped me troubleshoot weird issues that cropped up during my installation, and with their help I was ultimately able to figure out the issues, and fix them (Old solenoid and an unplugged wire causing no power from alternator to back of the house.)They hooked me up with a sweet Victron and Blue Sea Systems setup (DC/DC charger, Solar MPPT charger, Smart Shunt and Fuse) and in case you were considering ordering off of Amazon, their products are for sale at the same price but you get Bend Battery's customer service which is an amazing value add.Best of all, now I finally understand what's happening with my van's house power system and there's no more questionable wiring back there! Thank you Bend Battery! I am lucky that you are in my back yard. I will be a customer for life and plan on spreading the news about this shop far and wide in my VW Facebook groups. :)

These people went above and beyond to help me get my solar system up and running for winter. Their customer service alone is outstanding (Jason was emailing me on the weekend to make sure I was installing everything correctly). I really appreciate all their help and knowledge and highly recommend their services! Also, they have pretty good snacks :) Also, the batteries come with jelly beans :)

Edit: i never admitted to leaving my car door open. It was only after you refused to warranty my battery and claimed that my car had a short that i suggested maybe a door got left open. I hope you cant sleep at night knowing your word means nothingLongtime customer, turned away forever now. They are quick to sell you stuff, with promises and guarantees, make sure you get it in writing! I was sold an expensive battery for my truck, two years into a 5 hear warranty, and the battery dies. They tell me its my fault, zero warranty. What a joke!!!!!Buy a dam bimart battery. You atleast get 3 years out of them .
