Store Manager Warren and his staff have been absolutely wonderful. Warren was super patient and detail-oriented, figuring out what exactly was needed for our truck. Also, I appreciated that there wasn't any pressure sales pitch at all. I know nothing about cars and parts but Warren made it easy to get what was needed. Every employee I've encountered here has been friendly. I highly recommend shopping at this store for any of your auto needs!

HelloI have had very positive good experiences with this Autozine.Today the lady said they were understaffed, which I know can add stress to a workplace.She still helped me do my part swap and warranty replacement..Being a patient customer has always worked well for me and also helps alleviate the stress of a workplace that is understaffed.Thank you for your wonderful help today

shout out to the very chill manager (?? Warren? i think?) who OBD-scanned my bus, then when no codes came up, listened to my very uninformed explanation of the problem and checked the transmission fluid for me. he recommended i go get a transmission flush and sure enough, transmission flush did the trick. you definitely saved my trip & possibly my vehicle, good sir!! thank you!

Visiting Bend, my car battery appeared without prior warning to go on the fritz. After getting a jumpstart I drove my car nonstop for an hour. After few hours and a few stops later, my battery died again. I am not mechanically included. My friend suggested trying a nearby Auto Zone as my mechanic husband was not on this trip with me, and it was late enough on a Saturday that Les Schwab was closed and wouldn t open until after I needed to drive home. I got a jump start which got me to Auto Zone, where the battery again died. David at Auto Zone used their tester to check out my battery (low), then loaned us tools to access our battery (Auto Zone employees are not allowed to remove customer s car parts understandable). He then rechecked the removed battery; it was definitely dead. He helped me decide what the right replacement was then helped replace it. We got the whole transaction done in less than 1/2 hour. All the while David was super gracious. Kudos to David and Auto Zone for their excellent customer service. I can now drive home without having to worry about my battery. I would definitely recommend Auto Zone.

Extremely helpful and nice! Made an already good day better The shorter guy at the counter helped me find what headlights I needed, helped me put them in, and was generally really sweet.I get ignored when I walk in at a lot of other locations so this was a really nice change!

Went in to get a rear wiper blade which they did not have in stock. I was completely fine with that as with any store you might find some products that are out of stock. An associate placed an order for store-to-store transfer and was told once it got there, I would get a call. Few weeks went by and called to check the status and they had nothing to report, I was asked to wait one more week. Long story short 2 months went by, they never called so I asked for a refund. Communication needs to improve.

Payed 2100 dollars for a transmission it came broke so they sent me another and when I went to pick it up they wouldn t give it to me unless I take the old one out they had the choice to give it to me they just didn t want to they treat there customers so good

Mark Miller is awesome! He volunteered to install my battery even though it was a pain since it was located in the trunk. He was very nice and professional. I will definitely consider Autozone for my future automotive needs!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lucas helped me at the register and was knowledgeable about my vehicle. When the part I needed wasn't in stock, even though the website said it was, Lucas remained friendly and helpful when I asked for a managers assistance in resolving the issue. Manager resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciate the help, thanks!

I would highly recommend this store, I was having a ton of issues with my battery. Well which I thought was my battery, I needed a new alternator. One of the guys was more then helpful with my issue. I purchased the new part and he helped me switch my old alternator with the new one in the parking lot tonight. My truck would of been dead in the parking lot and caused me more issues if it wasn t for him. I have never replaced a alternator before so having him there to show me and also help the whole way was a very very good experience. I highly recommend this auto store.12-7-22

I never post reviews but I feel I should give the credit they deserve. I needed some tyre chains yesterday in order to drive to crater lake, went into autozone, the two people in there were incredibly helpful. I knew nothing about the car (rental, shhh don t tell them I put chains on), they went out to have a look, found some chains that would fit, and helped explain to me how to put them on. Even after I told them I planned on returning them if I didn t have to use them.

On Saturday last I stopped at the Bend, OR store to have my car battery checked out. David, the manager, diagnosed the failing battery and installed the new one in freezing cold temperatures. He was kind, quick, professional and informative. Outstanding service and a lasting impression that will have me choosing AutoZone over all others. Service matters! Keep up the great work!

Shigh is very knowledgeable of the product line that you offer. Instant shudder fix transmission eliminator worked and Shigh assisted with putting it in the vehicle. Product fixed the vehicle instantly and we made it to Keno safely thank you.

The people here took care of me when i was in need. The battery in my car was no longer holding it's charge and I have been dealing with this for over a month now because I couldn't afford a new one, living paycheck to paycheck.The kind lady that helped me out today got me a deal on a new battery with a 3 year warranty for under $200. I will never forget her she was so kind to me. Thank you!

Bought some brake fluid and the clerk was super. Nice and went out of his way to find a coupon and save me $1.12. Then when I was still short 11 cents, he went into his own pocket to cover it. Now THAT'S customer service. I am now down to the core a customer for life. The rest of these lazy, snobby little wastes of a place to stand should take notes off this guy. He actually made the world a little bit of a better place.

Went in last night to grab a few small things. Darrel was by himself running two registers helping multiple people with out neglecting service to anyone. Impressive to see people work this hard and diligently. You re lucky to have him as an employee.

Ordered an AC compressor over the phone through Joseph, this went ok. Went to pick up my prepaid part, asked for receipt was told it was emailed to meIt never was in my email. Called the store to ask about the receipt and Nancy tried to find it after 20 minutes I told them to call me back when they located my receipt. Now I have to make another trip to town to get my receipt. Because they can't email it to me after the sale need this receipt because I paid a core charge...As of the time I sent my review still no receipt yet...

Ordered a part on Thursday, I was guaranteed absolutely it would be here Saturday, went to pick it up and was told it would be here Tuesday. didn t seem to care that we were counting on a Saturday delivery to keep our schedule, total attitude from them. I will never spend another dime in that store.Shouldn t make promises you can t keep!

Employees were busy looking at videos on their phone. Three of them. One turned to help us but wasn t really interested in helping us. One burped so loud and disgusting No excuse me, nothing.

AutoZone is my favorite parts store and I have no complaints about the customer service.However: be careful that you're paying the right price at this store.Today I went in to buy 3 items, and all 3 of them rang up for a higher price than what was displayed on the shelf.Jack stands: marked $69.99, rang up as $79.99Bottle jack: marked $41.99, rang up as $44.99Wheel chocks: marked $24.99, rang up as $29.99I pointed out the discrepancies and they gave me the lower prices. But if I hadn't been paying attention, I would have paid $18 more than what was marked! It's not the first time this has happened to me at this store either.I don't know if it's deception or incompetence to blame here. I just hope they will see this review and bring the shelf prices into alignment with the computer prices store-wide.

Went in just a few minutes before closing needing wiper blades and Amy was awesome! Only remember her name because I always wanted to be named Amy as a kid :) Showed us the different options for my car and you would ve thought it was the start to her day...energetic, knowledgeable and friendly! Her co worker, can t remember his name was super rad and was able to quickly install them on my car as well and didn t even want to take the tip I was giving him at first until I insisted. The owners should be proud they have a crew that know what good, old fashioned (because it isn t as common these days) service is! Thanks guys!

I live in la pine and auto zone bend sold me the wrong oil and oil filter. Only after i filled up car did i relise it was wrong oil. Now cant drive car untill i drain it. Unacceptable service.
