Easiest buy in my life!Summary-super fast in and out no hassle-super friendly and kind, willing to go above and beyond for service-extremely reasonable prices that you don t have to worry about crazy negotiating such as at other dealers where they sell something 5k over what it s worth.details:So as I was recently hit on my motorcycle I was looking at getting an enjoyable car to drive again, something that really quenched my thirst and made me happy. Growing up I ve ALWAYS loved z cars and in fact I bought a 370z in 2020 and had the best experience of my life in that car. Fell in love with it hardcore! Well unfortunately I sold it and long story short when I had seen it on the lot at ANG I IMMEDIATELY called and put a deposit on it and came to see it same day as I ended up with time too. They (Tony specifically but all of them there are AWESOME) Tony went above and beyond allowing me to even look at it with my own eyes on the service lift. As I have a mechanic background I prefer doing inspections on my own cars. Well the QUALITY OF THE CAR didn t disappoint. 12/10 not a single oil leak, not a single issue found over all. This car was in awesome shape. Before I even got done inspecting it I got the good news of course that I was approved! And I asked them to run me with one of my preffered lenders who has given me great rates over the years and they did and I got approved through them but they also ran me through another credit union as a suggestion because they believed they could get me a lower APR and they did! So I bought the car the same day with approximately 10-15% down! Tony was an awesome salesman who goes above and beyond for his customers and this is the first dealership that truly made me feel welcome and everyone there was super friendly and kind! My roommate has bought from them, now I have. And if I am in the market again you bet I ll be returning here.To Tony and all the others employed here,THANK YOU, you guys are awesome and it was genuinely my pleasure to work with yall and buy a car from you!

Just got done helping a family member buy a car here and wanted to share what an outstanding experience we had.My family member is a woman, and every member of the staff treated her with courtesy and respect, making time to answer all questions to her satisfaction. Mackenzie was our salesman and he was open and honest and a genuine pleasure to deal with. He did a great job of helping her buy a good car at a very fair price. From the first call to signing the paperwork, this was an excellent experience.Driving from Eugene to Bend was well worth the effort, and I strongly recommend Auto Network Group NW. I will be calling them when it's time to buy a car of my own!

DO not buy from these people. They're the worse......From the beginning i thought i was tripping, then after trying to buy a vehicle cash, i realized they were Racist people, don't let their fake smile fool you. They will play you for being a minority or person of color. Watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will outsmart you if you let them. I don't recommend them, Beware of MacKenzie and his sale staff, he'll pretend to call owner. They're not transparent and will not try to help out the customer. Customer service is as good as what drops in the toilet. And you can smell it too. Just warning they deserve no stars. I took my money elsewhere where my business was wanted and I saved 8900 buying elsewhere.

My husband and I just bought our car there. Beau was the sales person that we worked with. But my sister in law just bought a car there as well. And they were fantastic! I highly recommend going there if you are in search of a new car. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! From the sales people to even there financial dept. Hands down best experience!

Fantastic car-buying experience top to bottom. It's refreshing to see a company successfully forging their own path in a business that isn't always consumer-friendly. Beau, Greg and the team were kind, patient and straight-forward, and most important engendered trust, allowing us to relax and make decisions without feeling pressed by sales tactics common elsewhere. We recently purchased a Jeep from ANG. We had the best experience all around. The Jeep is in great shape, we had a couple minor issues after the purchase, which is common with used vehicles, and the sales manager and sale person came out to the house to pick up the Jeep to get it fixed. ANG the type of company you can feel at ease with when purchasing a car. Fair and honest and great quality!

I had a great car buying experience andwould highly recommend ANG to others.I first noticed the good quality of all the vehicles on their lot. That gave me additional hope about the vehicle I was coming to look at. They gave us plenty of time to checkout the vehicle to determine if it was the right one for my family. The negation process was very reasonable and stress free. They took time to explain everything in the buying process. Being from out of town and not having a bank branch in Bend, they worked through those issues very quickly and got us on the road in our new vehicle. I also appreciated the follow up call to ensure that we were enjoying the vehicle. That really showed they care and commitment to their costumers, which was already evident throughout this car buying experience.

Purchased my first car on finance here!! Tony and Greg were the nicest people I have come across. Tried several car dealers and their pricing and interest rates were too high compared to ANG. They made the interest rate really low compared to market rates and also the price of the vehicle and the whole process was smooth and friendly - didn t feel any burden or stress. My next car would be from ANG! Would highly recommend ANG.My honest opinion : they treat you more like a friend than a customer (no pressure or force)!Love you guys !!!

I wasn t planning on buying a car when I walked in, but Tony was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. I ve never bought a car before, and everyone was so great at explaining things and making it clear why things were priced where they re at. My mom said this was the smoothest buying experience shes ever seen. I got a great deal on the car with the price and loan interest rate. Greg in finance was amazing as well - no pressure! Definitely will be going there again when needed!

We wish we could give these guys 10 stars! We have been RVers for over 30 years and owned many, many RVs. Auto Network Group was, by far, our best experience EVER buying an RV. Their honesty and integrity far outshines any dealership we have done business with in the past. Greg Clarke and Tony Kristiansen were awesome to work with and, by the time we rolled away in our Dutch Star, we were friends!

The team at ANG in Bend went above and beyond to help me get into my new camper trailer, which is a perfect fit for me and my dog (she approves)! I d recommend asking for Tony. He s friendly, knowledgeable, and wants to ensure the rig you re looking at is right for you and your needs. Overall, great experience from him and the whole ANG team. I m extremely happy with my decision!

Char is the BEST at what she does!! I have never felt so relaxed buying a car! She made it easy and fast!! She listened to my needs and fulfilled every expectation and then some! My wife and I bought our current vehicle from ANG and it was a very smooth and painless process. Our salesperson was Char, who was very easygoing and gave us a ton of space to check out the vehicle on our own while also answering all of the questions that we had with patience and kindness. Char and the rest of the team got us the deal and the financing that we needed to make it work and Mackenzie was very friendly and helpful in walking us through the financing process. After three weeks we are still extremely happy with our purchase!It was a refreshing car buying experience compared to previous experience with other dealerships and we would definitely recommend ANG to anyone searching for their next vehicle.

This was my first time purchasing from a dealer (vs private sale) and all the staff were extremely welcoming, not pushy, honest and helpful. The whole process was very easy and everyone went above and beyond. I read every single paper thoroughly before signing and I didn t feel rushed at all (like I have been at other dealers when buying a camper). Any questions were answered thoroughly. I cannot recommend enough!

One of the easiest car buying experiences I ve had. Easy going people, no pressure or hard sell tactics. Char was a pleasure to work with and Greg the finance manager was great also. Over all I am pleased with the deal and felt like I got a very fair price for both them and me. Other dealers should take a lesson from ANG, I M sure I ll be a repeat customer in the future.
