Bought my very first vehicle from them a few days ago. They talked me through everything. Gave me a payment I could actually afford. Was able to work with me. Even though I had no credit. They are absolutely amazing. Would recommend 10/10.

Great experience. These guys are great. No pressure. No haggle. Good truck at reasonable price. It has a few needs and they are taking care of them. Marc was so helpful and easy to work with. I also bought the extended warranty. It was reasonable for what I'm getting. Would highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for a good used vehicle.

Bradley in Redmond was incredible to work with, and I'd recommend Auto Kings to friends and relatives. Brad stayed late and was very efficient and organized. My experience with Auto Kings in Bend & Redmond was exceptional. Thank you Bradley & Derrick! I love my new truck and I have the piece of mind of an extended warranty that I was able to include.

Had a very good experience with Austin! He took care of us and went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of on our 2015 Ford F-250 and making sure some issues get taken care of for us since not everything could be fixed (slow oil leak from unknown source) before we purchased from out of town. Will be keeping them in mind for future vehicles even with the 4.5 hour drive we have

Their service was fantastic. My family has bought quite a few vehicles from Auto Kings and it's always been an enjoyable experience. I love my Nissan Rogue. If I ever need to buy another vehicle, I will go back to Auto Kings for sure. I also recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle. They are great to work with and won't leave any customer unsatisfied.

I do not know where to begin. Beyond happy and satisfied with the experience. Trever and Derrick at the Bend location were great, friendly and knowledgeable. They made the experience very hassle free. I had no clue what I was getting into but they made it easy and took in consideration all my concerns of prior vehicles and as well as my needs! What an amazing experience! Lance was kind and answered my questions. I appreciated the no haggle price; they are already the best price I could find after weeks of looking at different models. Auto Kings is definitely the best vehicle purchase experience I ve ever had. They were able to beat my pre-approval rate & talked us through the entire process so I really didn t have any questions at the end. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in. I love they don t work off commission and so they are not aggressive in the sale. Makes for a comfortable car buying experience. Also after our purchase we found out our car needed a bunch of work and they fixed all of it! They really made buying a car super easy. We will be going back!

Purchased my Jeep back in 2020 and I still drive it with no issues today! The gentleman at Auto Kings in Bend helped make my dreams possible! They helped me pick the best way to finance and made it fast and easy not to mention their no haggle pricing! And their 30 day/1000 mile warranty offers peace of mind too if anything happens! Definitely would purchase from them again!

This is her third purchase from Auto Kings. Trevor was great. It was such a smooth transaction. I love the fact that it s no hassle. You don t have to have the regular car experience from a dealership where you sit there for hours on end negotiating. We love our new to us Toyota sequoia. Thanks auto Kings will be back!

Most definitely the easiest vehicle I've ever bought from a car lot. The easy no haggle pricing was great. You can look at vehicles without being bothered by overbearing sales people and when you are ready to talk to them they're very happy to help. I have recommended them to many people. I will absolutely go see them the next time I am shopping for my next vehicle.

They don't deserve even 1 star. These guys sold me a totaled vehicle. Which tells me they don't check their vehicles before they sell them. They sold me a vehicle that had catastrophic engine failure within 2 months of driving it. The type of damage that would have been there before I bought it and very noticeable. And since it had been more than 1 month they were not liable for anything. I traded in a perfectly good working car for a totaled vehicle. That put me $8k in debt in the fall of 2020. Jeff is also a very shady person.

I was looking for a very specific car. Auto Kings had it. I drove from Portland to Bend to pick it up. The whole buying process was super easy and fast! Took less than 30 minutes. The car was exactly as described, the price was the price no need to negotiate. Fast and easy! Highly recommend this dealership!

I have bought two vehicles from Auto Kings and I will always go with them. Such a different buying experience than the usual! No waiting for hours in a room while the salesman talks to his manager about your financing or the price. Unsupervised test drives .and they even offer overnight test drives. Just all around a wonderful experience. Thanks Auto Kings!!
