Excellent work, excellent customer service. Ryan kept us up to date from what was needed to when the parts were coming and timeline of repair. Never had to call them. They were on top of it and car looks amazing! So much gratitude and highly recommend.

I have worked with Auto Body Concepts two times in the last year and their service is exceptional. I went back a second time after having a great first time experience and I was not wrong. The second time didn t disappoint either. The whole team is great. Brian, Ryan, Kaitlin (Sorry for the spelling) and all others go above and beyond with their communication and they take pride in their work. Work was delivered when estimated without delays. Both my vehicles looked good as new, a 2000 Yukon and a 2023 Tundra. The whole process was a breeze with them. Thank you so much for your great service and work everyone!!

My teenager daughter was in an accident with her car and Auto Body Concepts did an excellent service in communicating and getting her car repaired in a timely manner. We were very pleased with their services as we have used them in the past with our insurance carrier USAA. I highly recommend and refer their excellent services!

I've had Auto Body Concepts perform body work on a few cars of mine over the years. Recently my wife was hit in her new-to-us Yukon Denali, which caused a huge dent in the front corner, with metal poking out through the bumper, and damaged the headlight. We were extremely bummed because it is the nicest vehicle we have ever owned. We just got it back from the ABC yesterday and it looks as good as new! They always impress me but this is even better than I expected! They're the only shop I'll use for body work. Highly recommend!!

I was skeptical using the auto body shop that my insurance is with because I felt like they would be working for the insurance company and not me but boy was I wrong. They fought to do the job right! Everything was so perfect and so much easier than me trying to choose an auto body shop not on my insurance list, the fight would have been mine. Taking it to Auto Body Concepts they worked with the insurance company and the job was done with integrity and perfection. They have great communication with updates, etc. Took awhile to get an appointment but that should also say something.

From start to finish, and absolutely excellent experience! Ryan was thorough and very helpful with the estimate. He worked closely with the insurance company to expedite the process. The repairs were done on time, and were perfect! Auto Body Concepts is highly, highly recommended!!!

The service was great. The communication was above and beyond anything I've experienced in a very long time. They stayed on schedule and delivered on time.Brian was amazing to work with, as was the gal at the front desk. Brian even gave us a recommendation for a different type of repair (not related to this one at all), and that worked out perfectly.

My van looks brand new again! I also couldn't believe how clean and shiny it was when I picked it up. Ryan and the rest of the team made this a smooth experience from start to finish. These guys are spot on. Took my Fusion there for front end body work. Brian told me one to two weeks. One and a half weeks it was done. Brian also had great communication with me on an everything every other day basis. I'll be back if ever needed too.

Can't say enough about the great job they did on our Jeep. Grew up in my dad's body shop, and I know quality work when I see it. The car looks brand new. Car was dirty when dropped off at the shop, but when we went to pick it up, they had washed it, detailed all the door jams, and even vacuumed the inside! Talk about attention to detail! If you need body work, this is the place to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team at AutoBody Concepts is great. My vehicle was part of a hit and run last winter, with significant damage to the right-side passenger door. AutoBody Concepts was recommended by my insurance company, and while it took months to get my car in for the repairs, once they had it they worked very quickly.I am very pleased with their body work, paint job, and orderly process. And the team there has a great sense of humor!While I hope my vehicle is not part of another hit and run, I would absolutely go back to AutoBody Concepts and recommend them highly.Service: Body & Trim

Ryan is our guy! This place does awesome work, every single time. We have had BMW's, Lexus, Toyos et all into them (sadly we need a punch card) and every single time they give us a perfect end product with no surprises.

Auto Body Concepts is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I spoke with Mary and Ryan and they were both great. The communication there is fantastic. Jason was great to work with! He made my car look like new again, even cleaned the interior for me and buffed out a scratch not from the accident. He went above and beyond. He made it very convenient to leave it there for repairs while we were gone on vacation, finished the work quickly while we were gone, and allowed us to leave it there until we returned from our trip.
