I have now purchased two sets of tires from this business and recently helped my son pick up a set for his truck. I had never considered used tires until a friend of mine told me of his experience. The Tire Depot is a very busy little business, and rightly so. The owner is very friendly and knowledgable and makes good recommendations about the types and sizes that will fit your vehicle. They are good about sharing their inventory sheets so a person can browse the list. The prices and percent of tread life remaining is easy to follow. Sometimes, they have brand new sets that can be purchased at half the cost a person would pay in a retail facility. I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop to anyone looking for tires.

I had a flat tire and called multiple shops for a quote but none of them had the right tire size or would quote me over the phone.I called Duane at Tire Depot and not only did he quote me over the phone, he identified that I had a rare tire size that would make it difficult to find tires, then offered a solution for a different size to make it easier and affordable long term.In the end I went in to buy tires and they saved me money with a repair job and a recommended return date. That and a quote for budgeting a full set.So, if you re looking for an honest and affordable tire shop that does good work, I d strongly recommend Duane and the Tire Depot.

Everything I come here for 1 tire, they tell me I need at least 1 more. I understand used tires don't last forever but they should last for more than 9 months. Bought 4 used tires in April and now they telling me 1 needs replaced and that my front brakes need to be replaced and that they do those too. Never coming here again. Tired of people trying to take advantage of females. Not today satan.

I've bought tires here about a dozen or more times in the past 5 to 6 years and have always had a good experience with the employees price , quality of tires and service. 2 months ago I had bought a set of four tires and had a issue with one so I decided to get a different set of tires and was pleased when Dwayne, The owner gave me same price trade in on the tires I had previously purchased more than fair thanks you guys keep up the standards.

I ve been getting hooked up with these guys for a long time, Duayne has been great doing business with him, and they ve always gotten me very good deals to get used tires and even mount my own new set one time for a reasonable price!

Came in after going to a different tire shop, and was lucky enough to met Dwayne and his crew. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with, he helped me patch up a tire with a nail in it in less than 10 minutes right before closing shop ($20). He also kindly showed me some used tire options that they have and secured himself a new customer today. Thank you for the great service, Dwayne and team!Side note; you can always tell what kind of boss/owner someone is by the way their employees interact with them. His crew seemed energetic, satisfied, and happy to be there!Never usually leave reviews but wow a really great experience during an importune time!

I was in a bit of a mood when I dropped off my car to have the tire patched and said little more than patch the rear left and walked off. Thankfully Duane & Bill are much more professional than I was, and I came back to a fixed car and a $45 dollar bill. Completely reasonable, quick service. Would come again.

Owner was nice, until my cars tire lugs were over tightened. Owner tried to get me to believe they only hand torque there wheels to "spec" but when I used a breaker bar.. it broke two brand new adapters. I've had friends that have had similar issues with this shop using power tools to tighten lugs and then lying that they hand torque them. There is no reason a wheels lugs should be so tight that it breaks a breaker bar. Owner tried blaming it on me by saying I had aftermarket lugs (when they are oem bmw lugs). Then when they were trying to remove the wheels off my car. They couldn't even do it themselves with their "special" tools for removing wheel lugs. They ended up stripping 3 out of my 5 lugs and then told me that the stripped lugs are on me and it's my problem now. Owner told me "I'm not about to spend all day working on this car" as if it wasn't his problem to begin with... aside from that, the tires he sold me only lasted 4 days of driving and when I got back from a California trip, the tire had a hole in it and was flat.

Dwayne and his amazing crew including Bill saved the day today! They were super busy and I can see why! Great prices, no pushing sales on you, genuine care to get as much for your money as they can get you and very fast service! Especially given how busy they were. Every employee was working hard and helpful when I showed up. Being a single mom finding a tire shop I can trust is very important. I will definitely be back!

I've bought used tires 5 times in the last 7 years for 4 different vehicles from here. They've always treated me right. Fantastic deals like 4 tires with 75% tread for $395 vs $1100 for 100% tread from the free beef guys for the same tire. They often have an even lower price if you only need tires with less tread, like when I was selling my dad's car and he'd been driving with the donut on for a few months. Check them out, you will be happy you did.

Duane at Tire Depot has been awesome, hooked me up with some studded snow tires and factory wheels for nearly half the price of other places. Excellent customer service! Don t hesitate on this place.

One of the nicest tire shop owners I've ever had pleasure doing business. They were the only shop that had my rare tire sizes in town 225/35/20. Also the only ones open on a holiday. Great customer service! Super satisfied. Thank you guys. Have a great year! Will be back for future business.

I am extremely disappointed.I went to this place to get a tire expecting a great service because of the 5 star reviews I saw online. However, they gave me a tire that has a very weak sensor valve and it ended up breaking when I was getting my oil change. Not only they gave me a tire with an old sensor valve but also they blamed the oil changing place for what happened and asked me $115 for a repair.

Called and spoke to Dwayne who got me in the following day. When I showed up they immediately got started on fixing my flat tire. I ended up needing 2 tires replaced. They found a perfect match to my other tires, same brand & tread wear. The chrome was worn off of my rims so they had to do additional work & gave a more than generous price. Very fast. Very honest. Quality work & will always come back. Highly recommend.

Great prices and service. I've come in twice to replace two different tires that the dealership said was not repairable. Both times, they were able to repair the tire for $25. Today, I heard them speaking to a couple of customers, and they were actually recommending the more cost effective option for them! They clearly explained why it was better to go with a different (cheaper tire) than what the customers requested, and I thought that was awesome! They would *never* do that at the dealership! They're also always friendly - both on the phone and in person. I was done and out the door each time in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

We had a screw in our tire and another tire shop said it couldn't be repaired and wanted to sell us a new tire. This place put a plug in it for us. Everyone was extremely nice and it was incredibly fast service. Would recommend anyone try this place first!

Got a pair of excellent tires at a great price. Super easy and really fast reliable service. I keep coming back and recommend to others. Duane was very courteous and found a set that made my ride even quieter than I could imagine.

Went to tire depot a couple months ago for a set of tires on my 2012 Ford Focus. They had a ton of inventory and very friendly staff to help me find a good set at an exceptional price. The process was very easygoing and they were very quick to install them once helping me find the right tires. Their service and prices exceeded my expectations after many disappointing encounters with other tire retailers in the past.

I refuse to go anywhere else but tire depot! Dwayne and his team are fast,efficient and are will to work with you on any tire related needs. From a simple flat tire to getting the right tires for proper custom fitment they have it handled. Lots of inventory to chose from at great cost!I highly recommend Tire Depot. They are the only ones left in the area that are hard working and most importantly honest tire shop. Great pleasure doing business with them!

I can't say enough good things about Tire Depot. This was our second visit, traveling 45 minutes was well worth the service we received. Dwayne, Bill, and Bob's outstanding attention, when it was a busy Sunday afternoon spoke volumes. And they were just as nice this visitas my last visit. The selection of tires is amazing. This is a great place for buying used tires. Better for your wallet, better for the planet. 5 stars, No BS.

I have been buying tires here for years. Amazing deals, employees know what they are doing, and Duayne, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and business oriented. I refuse to buy tires anywhere else.

Have have been very pleased with Duane and his assistant manager and the customer service I've received from both of them. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. I am a repeat customer so obviously pleased with my experiences. I would definitely recommend. I won't ever buy tires elsewhere:)

These guys helped repair a tire that had some damage at the edge of my tire tread after educating me about the pros/cons of different options (repair, replace with used, replace all four tires with new) and contextualized recommendations from another reputable tire shop inspiring confidence in their recommendation. This company has likely done more to address climate change, minimizing waste, and meeting the needs of low-income drivers than any other tire store in Oregon. Thank you!

Honestly, a perfect customer service experience in the auto industry can be challenging:) Well, Duane and his crew totally delivered the goods. An extra vehicle that had constant tire leaks from some chrome wheels that just wouldn t seal was totally healed at the hand of these craftsman as opposed to buying a new set of wheels. Duane told me not to buy new wheels - they had a machine that would cut a new bead on the inside of the wheel the tire would seal normally again. Then, as I noticed the tires were well worn, he got me a set of four Toyo Proxes 4 tires with 75% tread left for $275 mounted. You ve got yourself 4 Yes s from the Jensen Crew.

Good friendly people and products at a fraction of the cost. They have a huge inventory of previously owned tires up to 90% tread remaining and go the distance to give you the best experience. They have earned my business when I twice needed tires to match my Geolandar OEMs after an accident and winter replacements. Request and quote are handled promptly by Duanne and the crew takes care of getting the tires on quickly. They accept credit card payment and are very helpful in other ways so my interactions went through very smoothly. I will look to return whenever I m in the market for tires.

Great price on labor. 4 stars because they said they had the wheels I needed, but when I got there, they couldn't find them. I found an individual selling them and they installed them for a reasonable price. It ended up taking more of my time tracking down wheels, but the price was great and the staff were all super friendly.

It was super bowl Sunday, I found I had a flat tire when I left the grocery store, I pulled in about 4:00 all the employees present were trying to go home to go watch the game and they all put the effort in to get me mounted / balanced on a set of 4 tires run flats for less than $200.00. The experience of the employees willing to put their lives on hold to get me back on the road was awesome. I highly recommend this tire shop to anybody looking for good rates and amazing service.
